Abstract

The invention discloses a folding 110kV hot stick & electroscope combined test supporting frame and a test box, which comprises a hot stick test supporting frame, an electroscope test supporting frame and a sliding structure. The hot stick test supporting frame and the electroscope test supporting frame are connected together through their common sliding structure. The sliding structure comprises a first base, a second base and a sliding base. The ball screw between the first base and the second base passes through the sliding base and the sliding base can slide along it. A first hot stick supporting frame is vertically installed on the sliding base, a space for accommodating the height of the first hot stick supporting frame is provided between the first base and the second base, and a second hot stick supporting frame is vertically installed on the second base. When the sliding base is at one end of the first base, the first hot stick supporting frame can be folded along the direction of the ball screw, and the second hot stick supporting frame can also be folded along the direction of the ball screw. Technical field
The invention relates to the technical field of test and detection of electric power safety
tools and instruments, in particular to a folding 110kV hot stick & electroscope combined
test supporting frame and a test box. Background technique
For safety tools such as hot stick and electroscope, power frequency AC voltage
withstand test is required regularly. Container type mobile test platform for safety tools and
instruments is the first choice to deal with multiple tests efficiently at present.
In the container type safety tools and instruments mobile detection platform, the
complete set of safety tools and instruments test equipment are installed and stored in the
test box, which can complete the test in different regions. The container can be carried by
medium-sized trucks, and all equipment shall be reasonably arranged in the container. The
box itself is separated from the driving space and equipment area to fully ensure the safety
of drivers and passengers. Control cabinet and equipment placement cabinet are set inside
the box. The instruments and equipment shall be reasonably arranged, stably fixed, and form
a test system with portable computer mobile station. Some equipment can be disassembled
and moved, and can be separated from the system. It can be used as an independent
instrument for temporary site test. Each instrument can adopt patented technology of
multichannel high-pressure leakage measurement, infrared data communication technology
and computer wireless control technology to realize the purpose of safely measuring high
voltage leakage current. By completely isolating the tester from the high voltage system and
the computer from the test system, it can not only accurately measure the multichannel high
voltage leakage current, but also ensure the personal safety of the tester.
The standard hot stick test supporting frame and electroscope test supporting frame can

The technical problem to be solved by this invention is that the existing container type
safety tools and instruments mobile detection platform is difficult to equip them in the box at the same time because the container volume is limited and the occupied volume of hot stick supporting frame and electroscope support is generally large .The purpose of the invention is to provide a folding 110kV hot stick & electroscope combined test supporting frame and test box, and each support is designed into a folding test equipment, which can greatly reduce the floor area, reduce the occupied space of the equipment and meet the requirements of mobile test. The invention is realized through the following technical scheme: The invention relates to a folding 110kV hot stick & electroscope combined test supporting frame, which comprises a hot stick test supporting frame and an electroscope test supporting frame. The invention is characterized in that it also includes a sliding structure, and the hot stick test supporting frame and the electroscope test supporting frame are connected together through their common sliding structure. The sliding structure comprises a first base, a second base and a sliding base. The ball screw between the first base and the second base passes through the sliding base and the sliding base can slide along it. The working principle is: the existing standard container type safety tools and equipment mobile detection platform equipment configuration, due to its limited internal space, each test equipment needs to reduce the volume as much as possible to facilitate container loading under the condition of meeting the normal test requirements. Among the pressure test equipment required for the test, the special test equipment for each test object shall be used for the test of different types of safety tools and instruments. For example, when it is necessary to test different types of capacitive type electroscope below 35KV or
63kV ~ 100kV separately, prepare spherical electrodes and ring electrodes of various
specifications respectively, then adjust the spacing between the two poles according to the
length of the electroscope test object, and then install the electrodes on the fixed base to
forma special test equipment. In order to meet the test requirements, additional equipment
stations should be added to deal with it, and considering the experimental safety insulation
distance, the requirements will be extremely harsh for the container platform with limited
volume. The hot stick test needs to ensure the fixed electrodes at both ends with the same
length as the rod body to ensure the measurement length, which also needs a large occupied
space. Although these equipment can complete the normal test, they cannot be folded and
transported, so they are not suitable for container platform. When a number of equipment
need to be moved, the man hours of personnel are increased, and it cannot meet the
requirements of portable assembly on container.
Therefore, the invention provides a folding 110kV hot stick & electroscope combined
test supporting frame. By assembling the hot stick test supporting frame and the
electroscope test supporting frame by sharing a sliding base, the equipment structure can be
adjusted immediately as needed, so as to carry out the power frequency voltage withstand
test for different types of hot sticks and electroscope, so as to achieve multi functionality,
space saving and efficiency. When it needs to be loaded into the box, the whole can be
folded by adjusting the movable hinge on the base, so as to further reduce the floor area,
make the movement easier, and perfectly solve the problem of limited loading space of
container type safety tools and instruments mobile detection platform.
Preferably, the opposite sides of the second base and the sliding base are provided with
movable hinges, through which the first hot stick supporting frame is folded along the
direction of the ball screw, and the second hot stick supporting frame is folded along the
direction of the ball screw. The folding and storage of the first hot stick supporting frame
and the second hot stick supporting frame are realized through the cooperation of two
movable hinges.
Preferably, it also includes a scale slide rail, which is arranged between the first base
and the second base and is arranged in parallel with the ball screw. The scale slide rail
penetrates the sliding base.
The scale slide rail is uniformly provided with a scale for adjusting the spacing offixed
electrodes to achieve accurate adjustment.
Preferably, the electroscope test supporting frame comprises an electroscope base, and
the electroscope test object is installed on the electroscope base through an electroscope
support column.
Preferably, the electroscope support column comprises a first support column and a
second support column. The first support column comprises two vertical and parallel support
rods, and the first support column is provided with a second support column through a
connector. It is considered that the top of the second support column is used to install the
electroscope test object to prevent it from being broken down by electric shock in the
process of electrical inspection. The second support column is a support column made of
insulating material.
Preferably, it also includes two stay wires. One end of the two stay wires is arranged on
the connecting piece, and the other end is respectively arranged on both sides of the
electroscope base to maintain stability.
Preferably, the ring electrode to be tested is installed on the first base through the
support frame, and the first hot stick supporting frame is installed with the ball electrode to
be tested through the support rod. The ring electrode to be tested and the ball electrode to be
tested can be disassembled and replaced freely, which is convenient to replace the ball
electrode and ring electrode of different specifications.

measure the capacitive type electroscope between 35kV and below and 63kV-100kV.
Preferably, an insulator is arranged on the second hot stick supporting frame.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a test box, which is provided with a
supporting frame for test, and the supporting frame for test is a folding 110kV hot stick &
electroscope combined test supporting frame. When the combined supporting frame for test
needs to be loaded into the test box, it can be folded for storage, so as to reduce the floor
area and make the movement easier. When the combined supporting frame for test is used,
the hot stick test supporting frame and the electroscope test supporting frame share a sliding
base, which can be assembled and used conveniently and quickly.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects: 1.The invention can be assembled by sharing a sliding base between the hot stick test supporting frame and the electroscope test supporting frame, and the equipment structure can be adjusted immediately as needed, so as to carry out the power frequency voltage
withstand test of different types of hot sticks and electroscope, so as to multi functionality, space saving and efficiency. 2.When the invention needs to be loaded into the box, the whole can be folded by adjusting the movable hinge on the base, so as to further reduce the floor area, make the movement simpler, and perfectly solve the difficult problem of limited loading space of the
mobile detection platform of container type safety tools and instruments. 3.The scale slide rail of the invention is evenly provided with a scale, which is used to adjust the spacing of fixed electrodes and realize accurate adjustment. Description of drawings

In order to make the purpose, technical scheme and advantages of the invention clearer,
the invention is further described in detail below in combination with the embodiments and
attached drawings. The schematic embodiment and description of the invention are only
used to explain the invention and are not used as alimitation of the invention.
Example 1
As shown in Figures 1 to 5, the invention relates to a folding 110kV hot stick
& electroscope combined test supporting frame, which comprises a hot stick test supporting
frame and an electroscope test supporting frame. The invention is characterized in that it
also includes a sliding structure, and the hot stick test supporting frame and the electroscope
test supporting frame are connected together through their common sliding structure. The
sliding structure comprises a first base 1, a second base 2 and a sliding base 3. The ball
screw 12 between the first base 1 and the second base 2. The ball screw 12 passes through
the sliding base 3 and the sliding base 3 can slide along it. The second base 2 and the sliding
base 3 are used to cooperate with the installation of the hot stick test supporting frame, and
the first base 1 is used to install the electroscope test supporting frame.
A first hot stick supporting frame 5 is vertically installed on the sliding base 3, a space
for accommodating the height of the first hot stick supporting frame 5 is provided between
the first base 1 and the second base 2, and a second hot stick supporting frame 6 is vertically
installed on the second base 2.When the sliding base 3 is at one end of the first base 1, the
first hot stick supporting frame 5 can be folded along the direction of the ball screw 12, and
the second hot stick supporting frame 6 can also be folded along the direction of the ball
screw 12.
In this embodiment, due to the limited loading space inside the container, it will be
difficult to load the electroscope supporting frame for test and hot stick test supporting frame
at the same time during transportation. For the designed hot stick electroscope combined test
folding support, a movable hinge 7 is arranged on the opposite sides of the second base 2
and the sliding base 3. Through the inward folding movable hinge, the first hot stick supporting frame 5 and the second hot stick supporting frame 6 can be changed from a vertical state to a parallel state with the sliding rail, so as to liberate the upper space. The electroscope support part can also be separated from the upper and lower support columns at the same time and stored separately. Universal pulleys are respectively installed at the four comers of the base to make the movement more convenient and fast. After the test platform is deployed, the placement position can be adjusted at any time according to the test requirements.
The invention provides a folding 110kV hot stick & electroscope combined test
supporting frame, which can be assembled by sharing a sliding base between the hot stick
test supporting frame and the electroscope test supporting frame, and the equipment
structure can be adjusted immediately as needed, so as to carry out the power frequency
voltage withstand test of different types and models of hot sticks and electroscope, so as to
multi functionality, space saving and efficiency. When it needs to be loaded into the box, the
whole can be folded by adjusting the movable hinge on the base, so as to further reduce the
floor area, make the movement easier, and perfectly solve the problem of limited loading

Example 2
As shown in Figures 1 to 5, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1
is that this embodiment also includes a scale slide 4, which is arranged between the first base
1 and the second base 2 and is arranged parallel to the ball screw 12. The scale slide rail 4
penetrates the sliding base 3.
The scale slide rail 4 is uniformly provided with a scale for adjusting the spacing of
fixed electrodes to achieve accurate adjustment.
In this embodiment, the electroscope test supporting frame comprises an electroscope
base 8, and the electroscope test article 13 is installed on the electroscope base 8 through an
electroscope support column.
In this embodiment, the electroscope support column includes a first support column 9
and a second support column 10, the first support column 9 includes two vertical and
parallel support rods, and the first support column 9 is provided with a second support
column 10 through a connector. It is considered that the top of the second support column 10 is used to install the electroscope test object 13 to prevent it from being broken down by electric shock in the process of electrical inspection. The second support column 10 is a support column made of insulating material. In this embodiment, it also includes two stay wires 11. One end ofthe two stay wires 11 is arranged onthe connecting piece, and the other end is respectively arranged on both sides of the electroscope base 8 to maintain stability. In this embodiment, the ring electrode 14 to be tested is installed on the first base 1 through the support frame, and the first hot stick supporting frame 5 is installed with the ball electrode 15 to be tested through the support rod. The ring electrode 14 to be tested and the ball electrode 15 to be tested can be disassembled and replaced freely, which is convenient to replace spherical electrodes and ring electrodes of different specifications. In this embodiment, the ring electrode 14 to be tested and the ball electrode 15 to be tested cooperate to measure the capacitive type electroscope of 35kV and below and the capacitive type electroscope of 63kv-I00kv. In this embodiment, an insulator is arranged on the second hot stick supporting frame 6.
The container type safety tools and instruments mobile detection platform of the invention is a new type of mobile detection equipment. The device needs to detect all common safety tools and instruments, so it needs to be equipped with a variety of detection equipment. Due to the limited volume of containers and large space occupied by various independent equipment, it is difficult to provide complete test equipment. Therefore, it is
necessary to develop multifunctional folding test equipment to reduce the occupied space of equipment and meet the requirements of mobile test. Considering that the 110kV voltage level usually includes an hot stick test supporting frame, a 10-35kV electroscope supporting frame for test and a 63-110kv electroscope supporting frame for test, the multi equipment integrated structural design of the invention extends the electric hot stick test supporting
frame and the electroscope supporting frame for test upward based on the same sliding base. The ring electrode 14 of the invention can be disassembled and replaced freely. The electrode ends of different voltage levels can be selected according to the test situation, so that the electroscope test part can meet the electroscope test requirements of various specifications. The rotatable ball electrode 15 support can also meet the electroscope test of two different voltage levels. The sliding base can freely adjust the spacing between the ball electrode 15 and the electroscope test object 13. It is matched with the electroscope fixed base which can be disassembled and assembled freely to form a complete set of electroscopes supporting frame for test.
When carrying out the withstand voltage test of the hot stick, the invention takes the
electrode end supported and fixed by the insulator as the base point, and can adjust and slide
the fixed end of the other electrode according to the scale on the slide rail, so as to ensure
the distance between the two electric poles and meet the erection and test of hot sticks with
different lengths of each voltage grade.
(1) When the 10-35kV electroscope supporting frame for test is used for testing, the
grounding electrode is a ring electrode structure. Remove the removable grading ring and
replace it with a small grading ring consistent with its test voltage level. The high voltage
electrode is a spherical electrode. Rotate the support rod of the spherical electrode 15 by 180
degrees, and use the small spherical electrode 15 as the high voltage end. The bottom sliding
base can adopt two control modes of key and wireless remote control to ensure that the
voltage equalizing ring surrounds the ball electrode 15 to form a uniform electric field, fix
the electroscope to be tested on the top of the electroscope support, and align the measuring
point of electroscope test article 13 with the ball electrode 15.
(2) During the 63-110kV electroscope test, also remove the small grading ring and
replace the large grading ring, rotate the support of the ball electrode 15 for 180 degrees, use
the large ball electrode with higher voltage level at the other end to form a grading field with
the ring electrode 14, fix the electroscope test article 13 and align it with the high voltage
ball electrode.
(3) During the withstand voltage test of the hot stick, the fixed electrode spacing can be
adjusted according to the length of the hot stick of the test object and the scale on the slide
rail. The motor adopts two control modes: key press or wireless remote control. At the same
time, adjust the telescopic support height to make the fixed electrodes at both ends parallel,
and then set up the hot stick to start the test.
Example 3
As shown in Figures 1 to 5, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that this embodiment also provides a test box, which is provided with a supporting frame for test, and the supporting frame for test is a folding 110kV hot stick & electroscope combined test supporting frame. When the combined supporting frame for test needs to be loaded into the test box, it can be folded for storage, so as to reduce the floor area and make the movement easier. When the combined supporting frame for test is used, the hot stick test supporting frame and the electroscope test supporting frame share a sliding base, which can be assembled and used conveniently and quickly. In this invention, a test box is designed to meet the increasing test demand of safety tools. In order to realize the batch inspection test, the inspection platform led by the movable container test platform is more and more widely used. However, due to the limitation of the box loading capacity, many test equipment are too large to be equipped for the test vehicle at the same time. This test box has a new integrated design for the hot stick test and electroscope supporting frame for test, which accounts for the largest proportion in the test. It integrates the functions of the three equipment, which greatly solves the problem of limited storage space of the container test platform.

    electroscope test supporting frame. The combined supporting frame for test also
    includes a sliding structure. The hot stick test supporting frame and the electroscope

    The sliding structure comprises a first base (1), a second base (2) and a sliding base
    (3). A ball screw (12) is arranged between the first base (1) and the second base (2).
    The ball screw (12) passes through the sliding base (3) and the sliding base (3) can
    slide along it. The second base (2) and the sliding base (3) are used to cooperate with
    the installation of the hot stick test supporting frame. The first base (1) is used for
    installing the electroscope test supporting frame.
    The first hot stick supporting frame (5) is vertically installed on the sliding base

    supporting frame, which is characterized in that the electroscope support column
    comprises a first support column (9) and a second support column (10). The first
    support column (9) comprises two vertical and parallel support rods, and the first
    support column (9) is provided with a second support column (10) through a
    connector. The second support column (10) is a support column made of insulating
    material.
  6. 6.According to claim 5, the folding 110kV hot stick & electroscope test
    supporting frame, which is characterized in that it also comprises two stay wires (11).
    One end of the two stay wires (11) is arranged on the connecting piece, and the other
    end is respectively arranged on both sides of the electroscope base (8).
  7. 7.According to claim 1, the folding 110kV insulated rod electroscope test
    supporting frame, which is characterized in that the ring electrode (14) to be tested is
    installed on the first base (1) through the support frame, and the first insulated rod
    support (5) is installed with the ball electrode (15) to be tested through the support
    rod.
  8. 8.According to claim 7, the folding 110kV hot stick & electroscope test
    supporting frame, which is characterized in that the ring electrode (14) to be tested
    and the ball electrode (15) to be tested cooperate to measure the capacitive type
    electroscope between 35kV and below and 63kV-100kV.
  9. 9.According to claim 1, the folding 110kV hot stick & electroscope combined
    test supporting frame, which is characterized in that the second hot stick supporting
    frame (6) is provided with an insulator.
  10. 10.The invention relates to a test box, which is characterized in that the test box is provided with a supporting frame for test, which is a folding 110kV insulated rod electroscope test supporting frame according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
