DESCRIPTION FAST SAMPLING APPARATUS FOR SURFACE UNDISTURBED SOIL TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] This invention relates to the technical field of undisturbed soil sampling, in
particular to a fast sampling apparatus for surface undisturbed soil.
BACKGROUNDOFTHETECHNOLOGY
[0002] Undisturbed soil refers to a soil sample that retains the original structure of the
soil during the sampling process; undisturbed soil plays an important role in carrying
out soil erosion tests, soil aggregate tests, and soil nutrient analysis; soil sampling
device refers to tools used to obtain soil samples; commonly used are soil drills and
shovel.
[0003] The shape of the cutter head of the current soil extractor in the prior art is
mostly circular, and most of the soil samples collected are of cylindrical structure;
said type of soil extractor is mainly used to collect deep soil samples; said sampling
methods mostly use manual or mechanical power to rotate the handle to damage the
soil structure by rotating and cutting; said method can basically guarantee the original
condition of the soil sample; however, due to said rotation method, while cutting the
root system in the soil, if it cannot be cut immediately, the root system will be dragged,
thereby destroying the original structure of the soil;
[0004] On the other hand, although the existing soil sampling devices on the market
have been widely used for soil analysis sampling and geotechnical test sampling,
there are still some devices for tests such as topsoil stripping, aggregate analysis,
water erosion or wind erosion tests that still require rectangular undisturbed soil; if
said circular soil extractor is used to take soil, there will be large gap between the soil
sample and the test device.
[0005] Meanwhile, some tests have higher requirements for root structure in

undisturbed soil; it is necessary to preserve the original structure of vegetation-surface
soil-root system at the same time; said traditional rotating cylindrical soil sampling
device cannot meet the above requirements; therefore, it is needed to design a surface
soil sampling device with simple structure, reasonable size and convenient sampling.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] Purpose of this invention is to solve the defects in the prior art, and proposes a
fast sampling apparatus for surface undisturbed soil.
[0007] This invention adopts the following technical solutions to achieve the
above-mentioned purpose:
[0008] A fast sampling apparatus for surface undisturbed soil comprises soil sampling
drawer and folding blade; said folding blade is buckled on the upper side of said
sampling drawer by a detachable mechanism; said soil sampling drawer comprises
stationary sole plate, stationary side plate, stationary back plate; said stationary side
plate and stationary back plate are both fixed on the top surface of the stationary sole
plate; said stationary side plate is fixed to each other with said stationary back plate;
first pull ring is installed on the outer wall of said stationary back plate; both ends of
stationary sole plate and stationary side plate that are away from said stationary back
plate are provided with first blade;
[0009] Said folding blade comprises the movable roof, movable side plate and
movable front plate; top surface of said movable roof is fixed with second ring pull;
said movable roof, movable side plate and movable front plate are respectively
hingedly installed through hinges; lower ends of said movable side plate and movable
front plate are both provided with second blade.
[0010] Preferred, said detachable mechanism includes positioning concave hole and
positioning mechanism; said positioning concave hole is opened on the outer wall of
the stationary side plate; outer wall of said stationary side plate is also provided with
vertical chute; said vertical chute is located on the upper side of the positioning

concave hole and connected with it; opening depth of said positioning concave hole is
greater than the opening depth of said vertical chute; opening depth of said vertical
chute is smaller than the wall thickness of said stationary side plate;
[0011] Said positioning mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of said movable side
plate; said positioning mechanism includes sleeve fixed on the outer wall of the
movable side plate; said slider is slidably provided in the sleeve; one end of said slider
that is away from the sleeve is slidingly fitted with said vertical chute; diameter of
said slider is slightly smaller than the aperture of the positioning concave hole; said
shaft is fixed at the other end of the slider; said shaft slides through to the outside of
the sleeve; said sleeve is provided with spring wound on said shaft.
[0012] Preferred, said operation ring is installed at one end of the shaft located outside
the sleeve.
[0013] Preferred, one end of said spring is fixed with the slider, and the other end is
fixed with the inner wall of the sleeve.
[0014] Preferred, one end of said slider close to the vertical chute is provided with
downwardly inclined bevel face.

two parts can cooperate with each other to easily realize the sampling of rectangular
undisturbed soil and keep the soil structure intact when sampling; said sampling
process is convenient with simple and reasonable structure to achieve convenient

[0034] Excavate a stepped soil sampling channel in advance, and press the soil sampling drawer (1) into the soil in the horizontal direction; said soil sampling drawer (1) uses the first blade (105) of the stationary sole plate (101) and the stationary side plate (102) for soil cutting; then use the second blade (205) at the lower end of the movable front plate (203) in the folding blade (2) to perform soil cutting; meanwhile, soil inside the soil sampling drawer (1) is in a rectangular block shape and is separated from the soil outside the soil sampling drawer (1).
[0035] Folding blade 2 is bent to the state shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 and buckle it on the upper part of the soil sampling drawer (1); utilize the positioning concave hole (107) and the positioning mechanism (207) in the detachable mechanism to realize the detachable assembly and fixation of the soil sampling drawer (1) and the folding blade (2); then through the first ring pull (104) and the second ring pull (204), the soil sampling drawer (1) and the folding blade (2) and the rectangular soil inside can be taken out.

moves down; and it can enter into the positioning concave hole (107) under the push

sampling drawer (1) and the folding blade (2).

(210) and slider (209); at this time, said slider (209) leaves the positioning concave
hole (107), and the soil sampling drawer (1) and the folding blade (2) can be
separated.

    drawer (1) and folding blade (2); said folding blade (2) is buckled on the upper side of
    said sampling drawer (1) by a detachable mechanism; said soil sampling drawer (1)
    comprises stationary sole plate (101), stationary side plate (102), stationary back plate
    (103); said stationary side plate (102) and stationary back plate (103) are both fixed
    on the top surface of the stationary sole plate (101); said stationary side plate (102) is
    fixed to each other with said stationary back plate (103); first pull ring (104) is
    installed on the outer wall of said stationary back plate (103); both ends of stationary
    sole plate (101) and stationary side plate (102) that are away from said stationary back
    plate (103) are provided with first blade (105);
    said folding blade (2) comprises the movable roof (201), movable side plate (202)
    and movable front plate (203); top surface of said movable roof (201) is fixed with
    second ring pull (204); said movable roof (201), movable side plate (202) and
    movable front plate (203) are respectively hingedly installed through hinges (206);
    lower ends of said movable side plate (202) and movable front plate (203) are both
    provided with second blade (205).
  2. 2.The fast sampling apparatus for surface undisturbed soil as claimed in claim 1,
    wherein said detachable mechanism includes positioning concave hole (107) and
    positioning mechanism (207); said positioning concave hole (107) is opened on the
    outer wall of the stationary side plate (102); outer wall of said stationary side plate
    (102) is also provided with vertical chute (106); said vertical chute (106) is located on
    the upper side of the positioning concave hole (107) and connected with it; opening
    depth of said positioning concave hole (107) is greater than the opening depth of said
    vertical chute (106); opening depth of said vertical chute (106) is smaller than the wall
    thickness of said stationary side plate (102);
    said positioning mechanism (207) is arranged on the outer wall of said movable
    side plate (202); said positioning mechanism (207) includes sleeve (208) fixed on the
    outer wall of the movable side plate (202); said slider (209) is slidably provided in the
    sleeve (208); one end of said slider (209) that is away from the sleeve (208) is
    slidingly fitted with said vertical chute (106); diameter of said slider (209) is slightly
    smaller than the aperture of the positioning concave hole (107); said shaft (210) is
    fixed at the other end of the slider (209); said shaft (210) slides through to the outside
    of the sleeve (208); said sleeve (208) is provided with spring (211) wound on said
    shaft (210).
  3. 3.The fast sampling apparatus for surface undisturbed soil as claimed in claim 2,
    wherein said operation ring (212) is installed at one end of the shaft (210) located
    outside the sleeve (208).
  4. 4.The fast sampling apparatus for surface undisturbed soil as claimed in claim 2 or
    3, wherein one end of said spring (211) is fixed with the slider (209), and the other
    end is fixed with the inner wall of the sleeve (208).
  5. 5.The fast sampling apparatus for surface undisturbed soil as claimed in claim 2 or
    3, wherein one end of said slider (209) close to the vertical chute (106) is provided
    with downwardly inclined bevel face.
