TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present invention relates to the field of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) related work, more particularly, related to a foot over bridge for proper laying of RCC works with great comfort for labour without any defect.
BACKGROUND
[02] In case of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) works, as the shuttering is removed reinforcement bars appear on the surface which usually get deteriorated by rusting after coming in contact with water, humidity, whitewashing, and painting. This problem extends even up to covered bars later. Also, if slabs are made of RCC, the PVC pipes are also damaged by the working and walking labour over the reinforcement bars during the RCC laying activity resulting in issues related to underground electrification of building.
[03] Additionally, the walking load impacts the mild steel bars resulting in depression causing the bars to stick with shuttering and on removal of shuttering, these bars are exposed to the air. Furthermore, if plaster covering is provided over these bars, due to differential expansions at the junction of two materials, cracks develop and plaster falls down. So plaster is also not the solution of this problem.
[04] There are many accidents of falling labour and other staff getting entrapped in reinforcement bars. The shoes of working are also damaged by these bars. So, the working and walking labor during RCC work is the root cause of the problem which can only be solved during RCC laying activity and not at all by plastering which is the traditional solution. Hence, there is a need to solve this issue.
[051 CN104805866B relates to a prefabricated pipe gallery and construction method which include prefabricated panel, one group of outer surbase is provided with prefabricated panel, outer surbase and precast facade connection wherein the invention is integrated for improving city integrated piping lane. However, this invention has a complex design and is quite different from the disclosed invention.
[06] US9458576B2 discloses a dual direction pre-stressed pre-tensioned precast concrete slabs and process for it having a casting bed which has the capability of permitting pre-tensioning of a concrete cast to be carried out within the casting bed in both the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction. However, this invention does not address the stated problem and is costly too.
[071 JP6027983B2 provides a precast wall panel construction method ofhigh rise building using this panel.
[08] W02007039887A2 discloses a method of constructing a roof or floor slab for domestic, commercial, or industrial buildings. The method includes erecting a support grid of a plurality of elongate, laterally spaced, parallel, longitudinally extending, pre-cast reinforced concrete beams, and a plurality of orthogonally disposed elongate pre-cast reinforced concrete cross ribs interconnecting adjacent pairs of beams.
[09] The present invention addresses the above shortcomings of the prior art. However, the present invention is entirely different from the prior art in terms of novelty and technological advancement.
SUMMARY
[0010] The present invention discloses a foot over bridge for proper laying of RCC works with great comfort for labour without any defect. The present invention comprises of a mild steel frame (2) attached with six legs or foot (4) each with mild steel hollow rectangular cross-section and a particular length.
the length and width of the frame (2) can be modified and also a number of such bridges can be used as per requirement.
[0011] In one implementation, the present invention works on bridge theory that bypass the labour load to the form work/ shuttering without any damage to the RCC bars and PVC pipes laid for underground electrification.
[0012] In one of the implementations, the present invention is a cost effective approach to bypass labour load without damaging MS bars of RCC and PVC pipes for underground electrification.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[00131 The foregoing detailed description of embodiments is betterunderstood when read in conjunction with the attached drawing.
[0014] Figure 1 illustrates the schematic illustration of the presentinvention.
[0015] Figure 2 illustrates the block diagram of the process taking place inthe present invention
[00161 Both figures depict an embodiment of the present disclosure for the purpose of illustration and better understanding only.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0017] Some embodiments of this disclosure, illustrating all its features, will now bediscussed in detail.
[0018] The present disclosure provides a solution for proper laying of RCC works with great comfort to the working staff without any defect. The present invention consists of reinforcement bars (1), mild Steel frame (2), a welded metal sheet (3) covered with antiskid mat, and leg/ foot (4). Thepresent invention works on bridge theory that bypass the labour load to the form work/ shuttering without any damage to the RCC bars and PVC pipes laid for underground electrification. The present invention is a cheap approachto bypass labour load without damaging MS bars of RCC and PVC pipes for underground electrification.
[0019] In one embodiment, a mild steel frame (2) of1" (inch) angle section, attached with six legs or foot (4) each with mild steel 1"* 1" hollow rectangular cross-section and 6" (inch) in length.
[0020] In another embodiment, the metal sheet is covered with antiskid mat (3) of rubber or any other material is welded over the M.S frame (2).
[0021] In an exemplary embodiment, the length and width of the frame (2) can be modified and also a number of such bridges can be used as perrequirement.
[00221 In another exemplary embodiment, the M.S frame (2) is quite strong to transfer the labour load directly to the form work or the shuttering without damaging reinforcement or any PVC pipe laid for future underground electrification.
[0023] In one of the embodiments, the legs or foot (4) is placed between the MS bars of reinforcement (1).
[0024] In yet another embodiment, the metal sheet (3) welded to the frame is covered by some antiskid material so as to avoid any skidding of working labour or staff
[0025] In another embodiment, the present invention not only provides great comfort and ease to the working staff but also prevents injuries while performing RCC laying work.
[0026] Referring to figure 1 indicates the schematic illustration of the present invention consisting of reinforcement bars (1), mild Steel frame (2), a welded metal sheet (3) covered with antiskid mat, and leg/ foot (4).
[00271 Referring to figure 2 indicates the block diagram explaining thestep by step process taking place in the present invention.
