Abstract

The invention relates to a disposable debridement bag, in particular to a disposable debridement bag suitable for a debridement vehicle. The debridement vehicle is provided with a funnel-shaped debridement groove, and a debridement hole is arranged in the debridement groove; the debridement bag comprises a bag body, a pipeline, a sewage bag and a dirt bag, wherein the bag body is laid on the upper surface of the debridement tank, and a water outlet is arranged on the bag body, and a filter screen is arranged at the water outlet; the pipeline is located below the debridement tank, one end of which is communicated with the upper surface of the bag body, and the other end is communicated with the sewage bag; the diameter of the pipe is smaller than that of the debridement hole. A flexible steel wire is fixedly surrounded at the mouth of the dirt bag, and the dirt bag is detachably connected with the debridement groove through a clamp; the bag body, pipeline, sewage bag and dirt bag are all made of waterproof materials. TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a disposable debridement bag, in particular to a
disposable debridement bag suitable for a debridement vehicle.
BACKGROUND
Wound refers to the skin and other tissues damaged or destroyed to varying
degrees when the normal tissues of the body are affected by various injury factors or
pathogenic factors. Cleaning the wound is one of the key links to ensure the success
of trauma surgery. During clinical debridement, a large amount of cleaning fluid is
needed to clean the wound. In the surgical debridement of the injured head, face,
limbs and trunk of patients, the wounds also need to be cleaned, and the standard
cleaning of surgery needs to be cleaned three times, if the injury is special, it needs to
be cleaned several times, and a large amount of flushing fluid will be used in the
cleaning process. The common method is to use containers such as cylindrical
garbage pots to hold the washing liquid on the ground, and then move it out and dump
it. This operation can easily cause splashing and spilling of the washing liquid, which
will not only pollute the operating table, patients and medical staff, but also have a
great impact on the sterile environment of the operating room.
At present, the most commonly used debridement instruments are wooden
debridement vehicles and stainless steel debridement vehicles. Wooden debridement
vehicles are cumbersome and inconvenient to use, so the probability of using stainless
steel debridement vehicles is higher. However, the use of stainless steel debridement vehicles to clean wounds has the following shortcomings: 1. At present, the clinical stainless steel debridement vehicles need to be cleaned after use, which is not only troublesome to operate, but also reduces the utilization rate of debridement vehicles and wastes human resources. 2. Although the stainless steel debridement vehicle is made of stainless steel at present, it is easily corroded by disinfectant at the welding joint and rusts, which shortens the service life of the stainless steel debridement vehicle. 3. Clinically, the dirt bucket is far away from the stainless steel debridement vehicle, which is inconvenient for the operator to handle the dirt after debridement, such as gauze after use. 4. Stainless steel debridement vehicle is not suitable for some patients who can't move greatly, especially for patients who can only clean wounds in hospital beds, which is inconvenient. To sum up, it is still inconvenient to use stainless steel debridement vehicle to clean patients' wounds, even affecting the service life of stainless steel debridement vehicle.
SUMMARY
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a disposable debridement bag
suitable for debridement vehicles, which aims to solve the problem that the
debridement vehicles need to be cleaned every time, resulting in low work efficiency.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the
invention is as follows: a disposable debridement bag suitable for a debridement
vehicle, wherein the debridement vehicle is provided with a funnel-shaped
debridement groove, and a debridement hole is formed in the debridement groove; the
debridement bag comprises a bag body, a pipeline, a sewage bag and a dirt bag, wherein the bag body is laid on the upper surface of a debridement groove, and the edge of the bag body is surrounded by an elastic adhesive tape which is clamped outside the debridement groove; a water outlet is arranged on the bag body, and a filter screen is arranged at the water outlet; the pipeline is positioned below the debridement groove, one end of the pipeline passes through the debridement hole and is connected with a water outlet, and is communicated with the upper surface of the bag body through the water outlet, and the other end of the pipeline is communicated with a sewage bag; the diameter of the pipeline is smaller than that of the debridement hole; a flexible steel wire is fixedly surrounded at the mouth of the dirt bag, a clip is arranged on the flexible steel wire, and the dirt bag is detachably connected with the debridement groove through the clip; the bag body, the pipeline, the sewage bag and the dirt bag are all made of water-proof materials.
Furthermore, the disposable debridement bag suitable for debridement vehicles
further comprises a water valve, one end of the pipeline far away from the sewage bag
is connected with the water outlet through the water valve, and the cross section of the
water valve is smaller than that of the debridement hole.
Furthermore, the pipeline is divided into two sections, and the two pipelines are
communicated through a water valve and are both in threaded connection with the
water valve.
Furthermore, one end of the pipeline far away from the sewage bag is provided
with an internal thread, and one end of the water valve connected with the pipeline is
provided with an external thread.
Further, the sewage bag is provided with a water outlet valve.
Further, the capacity of the sewage bag is 5-30L.
Further, the sewage bag is made of elastic material.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. The bag body is laid on the debridement groove, and the bag body is provided
with a water outlet. When the water outlet is opposite to the debridement hole, the
debridement liquid can be sprinkled on the bag body and flows out from the water
outlet when people use the debridement vehicle to debride a patient's wound, thus
ensuring that the debridement groove in the debridement vehicle is not polluted by the
debridement liquid; in addition, by arranging the pipeline and the sewage bag, the two
ends of the pipeline are respectively connected with the water outlet of the bag body
and the sewage bag, so that the debridement liquid flowing out of the bag body flows
into the sewage bag through the pipeline, and the debridement liquid is prevented
from splashing on the debridement vehicle or external objects when flowing out of the
bag body to cause pollution; In addition, a filter screen is arranged at the opening to
prevent insoluble substances from falling into the pipeline and causing blockage when
cleaning the wounds of patients. According to the invention, by arranging the dirt bag,
it is convenient for an operator to discard debridements generated in the debridement
process; in addition, the diameter of the pipeline is smaller than the diameter of the
debridement hole, so after using the debridement bag, the bag body can be rolled up
and pulled out of the debridement hole, and then a new debridement bag can be replaced for the debridement vehicle, which is convenient for secondary use of the debridement vehicle.
2. The pipeline of the invention is communicated with the bag body through the
water valve, so when the water valve is adjusted to the closed state, the debridement
fluid will be collected on the bag body, which is convenient for soaking the affected
limb of the patient. The pipeline and the water valve can be detachably connected by
threads, aiming at solving the problem that the sewage bag or the bag body cannot be
independently replaced.
3. The invention can improve the utilization rate of the debridement vehicle, and
can reduce the cleaning of the debridement vehicle, thereby prolonging the service
life of the debridement vehicle and saving human resources; the invention is also
convenient to discard the filth such as gauze produced in the debridement process. In
addition, the present invention is suitable for debridement vehicles and patients who
can only clean their wounds in hospital beds. Specifically, the disposable debridement
bag can be directly placed on the hospital bed to clean the wounds of patients, which
is convenient to use.

The following detailed description of the present invention will further explain
the invention in conjunction with the above drawings.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a
disposable debridement bag suitable for a debridement vehicle, wherein the
debridement vehicle has a funnel-shaped debridement groove, and a debridement hole
is opened in the debridement groove. The disposable debridement bag comprises a
bag body 1, a pipeline 2 and a sewage bag 3, wherein the bag body 1 is laid on the
upper surface of the debridement tank, and the edge of the bag body 1 is surrounded
by elastic adhesive tape 11 which is clamped outside the debridement tank; the bag
body 1 can be stably laid on the debridement groove through the elastic tape 11. The
bag body 1 is provided with a water outlet 12, and a filter screen 121 is arranged at
the water outlet 12. The filter screen 121 can prevent insoluble dirt on the bag body 1
from flowing out of the water outlet 12. The pipe 2 is located below the debridement
tank, one end of the pipe passes through the debridement hole and is connected with
the water outlet 12, and is communicated with the upper surface of the bag body 1
through the water outlet 12, and the other end of the pipe is communicated with the
sewage bag 3. According to the arrangement, the debridement liquid flowing out of
the bag body 1 flows into the sewage bag 3 through the pipeline 2, so as to prevent the debridement liquid from splashing on the debridement vehicle or external objects when flowing out of the bag body 1 and causing pollution; Specifically, the sewage bag 3 is provided with a water outlet valve 31, and after the water outlet valve 31 is opened, the debridement liquid in the sewage bag 3 is discharged. The sewage bag 3 has a capacity of 5-30L, which is suitable for various debridement operations. The sewage bag 3 is made of elastic material, so it is not easy to be broken. In addition, the filter screen 121 can prevent the insoluble matter from falling into the pipe 2 and causing blockage when the operator cleans the patient's wound.
The invention also includes a dirt bag 4, the mouth of which is fixedly
surrounded by a flexible steel wire 41. Because the flexible steel wire 41 has
flexibility, it can be freely shaped and has a certain supporting force, which can
maintain the shape and position of the mouth of the dirt bag 4 and facilitate the fixing
of the dirt bag 4. A clip 42 is provided on the flexible steel wire 41, and the dirt bag 4
is detachably connected with the debridement groove through the clip 42. Considering
that a large amount of debridement fluid will be used during debridement, the bag
body 1, the pipeline 2, the sewage bag 3 and the dirt bag 4 are all made of waterproof
materials to avoid water seepage.
In the present invention, the diameter of the pipe 2 is smaller than the diameter of
the debridement hole; therefore, after using the debridement bag, the bag body 1 can
be rolled up and pulled out of the debridement hole, and then a new debridement bag
can be replaced for the debridement vehicle, which is convenient for secondary use of
the debridement vehicle. When replacing a new debridement bag, first extend the bag body 1 from the debridement hole to the debridement groove, and then lay the bag body 1 on the debridement groove, which is convenient to operate.
In an embodiment of the present embodiment, the disposable debridement bag
suitable for debridement vehicles further comprises a water valve 5, and the end of the
pipe 2 far away from the sewage bag 3 is connected with the water outlet 12 through
the water valve 5, and is communicated with the upper surface of the bag body 1
through the water outlet 12. Therefore, when the water valve 5 is adjusted to the
closed state, the debridement liquid will be collected on the bag body 1, and then the
affected limb of the patient can be soaked. The cross section of the water valve 5 is
smaller than that of the debridement hole, so that the water valve 5 can pass through
the debridement hole, which is convenient for replacing the debridement bag for the
debridement vehicle.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, the pipeline 2 is divided into two
sections, and the two pipelines 2 are communicated with each other through a water
valve 5, and both of them are connected with the water valve 5 by threads. Aiming at
solving the problem that the sewage bag 3 or the bag body 1 can not be replaced
separately. In the debridement process, when the capacity of the sewage bag 3 reaches
the upper limit, the water valve 5 can be closed and the pipeline 2 can be rotated, so
that the sewage bag 3 can be replaced after the pipeline 2 is separated from the water
valve 5; in the same way, the bag body 1 can be replaced as required, which is
convenient for use. In addition, when one end of the pipe 2 far away from the sewage
bag 3 is provided with an external thread and one end of the water valve 5 connected with the pipe 2 is provided with an internal thread, one end of the pipe 2 needs to pass through the water inlet valve 5 for threaded connection with the water valve 5. When the sewage bag 3 or bag body 1 is replaced, the water valve 5 is closed and the pipe is rotated to separate the pipe 2 from the water valve 5, there will be debridement fluid in the thread gap between the pipe 2 and the water valve 5, so when the pipe 2 and the water valve 5 are separated, the residual debridement fluid will drip to the bottom or bottom of the debridement vehicle, causing pollution. Therefore, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in another embodiment of this embodiment, the end of the pipe 2 far away from the sewage bag 3 is provided with an internal thread, and the end of the water valve 5 connected with the pipe 2 is provided with an external thread. Therefore, there is no residual debridement fluid in the threaded gap between the pipe 2 and the water valve 5, and when the pipe 2 and the water valve 5 are separated, the dripping of residual debridement fluid can be avoided.
According to the invention, the utilization rate of the debridement vehicle can be
improved, and because cleaning of the debridement vehicle can be reduced, the
service life of the debridement vehicle is prolonged, and human resources are saved;
the invention is also convenient to discard the filth such as gauze produced in the
debridement process. In addition, the present invention is suitable for debridement
vehicles and patients who can only clean their wounds in hospital beds. Specifically,
the disposable debridement bag can be directly placed on the hospital bed to clean the
wounds of patients, which is convenient to use.

1. A disposable debridement bag suitable for a debridement vehicle, wherein the
debridement vehicle has a funnel-shaped debridement groove, and a debridement hole
is formed in the debridement groove; characterized in that the debridement bag
comprises a bag body, a pipeline, a sewage bag and a dirt bag, wherein the bag body
is laid on the upper surface of a debridement groove, and the edge of the bag body is
surrounded by an elastic adhesive tape which is clamped outside the debridement
groove; a water outlet is arranged on the bag body, and a filter screen is arranged at
the water outlet; the pipeline is positioned below the debridement groove, one end of
the pipeline passes through the debridement hole and is connected with a water outlet,
and is communicated with the upper surface of the bag body through the water outlet,
and the other end of the pipeline is communicated with a sewage bag; the diameter of
the pipeline is smaller than that of the debridement hole; a flexible steel wire is
fixedly surrounded at the bag opening of the dirt bag, a clip is arranged on the flexible
steel wire, and the dirt bag is detachably connected with the debridement groove
through the clip; the bag body, the pipeline, the sewage bag and the dirt bag are all
made of waterproof materials.
2. The disposable debridement bag suitable for debridement vehicles according
to claim 1, further comprising a water valve, wherein one end of the pipeline far away
from the sewage bag is connected with the water outlet through the water valve, and
the cross section of the water valve is smaller than that of the debridement hole.
