Abstract

In today's modem world, child molestation is one of major issue where predictor engaging sexual activities with child. It is likely to say prevention of such act is always better than cure. So in this invention such types of things will be taken into consideration and this will try to prevent Childs from any type of accuse happened with them at time of school timings or at a time when their parents are not with them. This invention will provide the complete detail of who tried for this act and parents can prevent their child from anywhere. The aim of the device is to provide security to child as well as identify the perpetrator who sexually abuses the victim. The framework of security system consist of gadgetlgadget2 and android app. Gadgetl consist of wearable sensor technology and gadget2 consist of tracking mechanism ,shock circuit ,buzzer ,retina scanner and spy camera .Parent will get alert ,when the child get stuck in sexual activities perform by abuser. 2/2 Figure 2

The present invention, in general, relates the field of Information Technology in particularly related to area of machine learning, Internet of Things and deep learning this invention is related to child safety device.
Background of the Invention and Prior Art
Now a day with increasing crimes related to human trafficking and sexual assorts parents are
in worry about their child who is going to school when they are not in comfort zone to tell
anything related what is happened to them during their school timing. It is likely to say
prevention of such act is always better than cure. So in this invention such types of things will
be taken into consideration and this will try to prevent Childs from any type of accuse
happened with them at time of school timings or at a time when their parents are not with
them. This invention will provide the complete detail of who tried for this act and parents can
prevent their child from anywhere. This all-in-one safety tool essentially creates a
community of people working together to keep each other safe. With this invention
parents can share location of their child with Police, teachers.

Here, in this invention in a cab, driver seat is totally separated from the backseat passenger by a iron mesh or cage so that the driver remains separated from the passenger and the locks inside the car is also added with a latch inside the cab which means there is no way out for any other people or driver himself to get inside the cab, until and unless the passenger sitting inside opens the latch from inside.
Detailed description of the invention
Child sexual abuse is one of the major issue in India. Child sexual abuse is a form of child abuse where child is physically/mentally abuse i.e.(indecent exposure ,child grooming, child sexual exploitation ).The role of the device is to protect child from certain situation. In this regards in this invention there are two gadget implanted. The Gadget1 contain NodeMCU
,blood pressure sensor ,Respiratory rate sensor, Body temperature sensor. Gadget 2 contains retina scanner, spy camera, shock circuit, GSM and GPS module, Raspberry Pi and batteries. When the abuser will intimate the child, the child undergoes fight or flight response. The child body will face certain changes like increase in blood pressure, Respiratory rate. Sensor embedded in gadget will fetch increased value of Blood pressure, Respiratory rate, Body temperature which is compared by the threshold value in program. If the values get increased out of the set of threshold value it will send signal to Raspberry Pi via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The Raspberry pi will send all of these recorded details to android app of respective child. Parent also and hence parents gets alert due to increase in value of blood pressure, body temperature and respiratory rate of child. Gadget2 which is equipped by Raspberry Pi, Buzzer, Retina Scanner, GSM and GPS module, shock circuit and spy camera will get activated after receiving signal from gadget.
Spy Camera will get activated and record the activities performed by the abuser and the video are send to the parent of respective child. Retina scanner will scan the iris of the abuser and will send the scan image to the app .Further parent can send the scan image of abuser iris to the nearby police station which will identify the identity of the abuser. GSM and GPS module will send the geo-graphical location of the child in order to rescue the child from mishap. Meanwhile buzzer gets activated .After getting all these values, parent get confirm that there '0 is something wrong happening with his/her child. Then the respective parent will activate the button which is in contact with shock circuit of gadget2 which will reduce muscular strength of the abuser.
Statement of Invention
The Child safety Device for monitoring child safety from anywhere is implemented using child who can wear this gadget which is equipped with all the functionality which will protect child from anywhere, NodeMCU will be used as a Micro-controller which will monitor the data from blood pressure sensor, body temperature sensor, respiratory rate sensor and send the data to raspberry pi which will perform further operations. the retina scanner, will scan the retina of predictor/abuser and send its data using Android App to parents of that respective child, then parents can send the data to police station in order to identify the predictor/abuser . The spy camera is used to capture the act of predictor/abuser in order to use it as prove offense against him/her. in order to prevent from this sexual assort there is shock circuit which will activate only when parents click on the button provided in app which will activate shock circuits. the GSM module, GPS module is used to get exact location of child. when the parents receives all these values parents get confirm that something wrong happening to his/her and parents can contact directly to school authorities, nearby police station and prevent their child by getting harmed by abuser.
Object of the Invention
• The primary object of the proposed invention is to provide security to child from
anywhere.
• Yet another object of this invention is to help child's to protect themselves from bad people
• Yet another object of the present invention is to provide relief to parents of children who
wear this device.
• Yet another object of the present invention is it is an effortless and human-less system
which helps to identify the bad intension of person before doing any crime
• Other object, features, and advantages will become apparent from detail description and
appended claims to those skilled in the art.

Detail Discretion of Process
Blood Pressure Sensor Heart Beat sensor work on principal of photoplethysmography according to this principal change in the volume of body measured by change in the intensity of light passing through an organ. Heart release the heart beat at that time heart suck & release the blood. At release time pulse intensity is high& transmitter in sensor measure that intensity. At release time reflective rays are also get release with high amplitude & at sucking time with low amplitude with '0 minute difference so we need to amplify it using amplifier. Some noise is get added to it so we need to filter it. This digital output will be connected to microcontroller directly to calculate the beats per minute (BPM) rate.
Body Temperature Sensor Temperature Sensor is the device, to measure the temperature through an electrical signal and convert to an available output signal. It will change in the electrical resistance indirectly proportional to change in the temperature in a precise and linear manner and voltage reads across the diode. If the voltage increases then temperature rises and there is the voltage drop between transistor terminal of base and emitter, they are recorded by sensor.
Respiratory rate sensor It measures the number of breaths that a person takes per minute. It converts the output of the breathing deflection to the lobe as a varying low voltage breathing signal when connected to human skin. The single youth sensor process the breathing signal using state-of-art algorithm, these algorithm remove noise that is typically associated with other than breathing artifact.
GSM MODULE GSM will allow communication anywhere, anytime, and with anyone. The functional architecture of GSM employing intelligent networking principles and its ideology.GSM network technology for transmission of SMS from sender to receiver. A GSM modem requires a SIM card to be operated and operates over a network range subscribed by the network operator. It can be connected to a computer through serial, USB or Bluetooth connection.
GPS MODULE The GPS system currently has 31 active satellites in orbits inclined 55 degrees to the equator. The satellites orbit about 20,000km from the earth's surface and make two orbits per day. The orbits are designed so that there are always 6 satellites in view, from most places on the earth. Dozens of GPS satellites, all containing extremely accurate atomic clocks, have been '0 launched since the late 70's, and launches continue to this day. The satellites continuously send data down to earth over dedicated RF frequencies. Our pocket-sized GPS receivers have tiny processors and antennas that directly receive the data.
RETINA SCANNER Among the different biometric traits that can be used for person recognition, the human iris is generally considered to be among the most accurate. Iris image interchange formats for biometric enrolment, verification and identification systems.
SHOCK CIRCUIT A piezo electric sensor is used as the shock sensor which provides protection. When the piezo sensor is activated its output voltage goes high and triggers the Schmitt trigger. This results the beeping of the buzzer. The Piezoelectric sensor switch can be turned on, by activating the output of semiconductor device such as a field effect transistor. The shock is not lethal but has a profound impact on the muscular activity of the oppressor.

The Child safety Device for monitoring child safety from anywhere is implemented using child(1), blood pressure sensor(2): to get the blood pressure of child, body temperature sensor(3) ): to get body temperature of child, respiratory rate sensor(4): , to get respiratory rate of child, retina scanner(5):To scan the retina of abuser, spy camera(6):To record the act of abuser, shock circuit(7):to give abuser a shock to reduce abusers strength, GSM module(8): to get exact location, GPS module(9): to get exact location, Raspberry pi(10):Microprocessor for overall connection and coordination of hardware, batteries(11), Android App(12), Parents(13), Node MCU (14): Microcontroller for getting and transmitting data from different sensors, buzzer(15).
2. The Child safety Device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the child (1) will wear this gadget which is equipped with all the functionality which will protect child from anywhere.
3. The Child safety Device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the raspberry pi(10), will be used as microprocessor which will control all the sensor and process the data provided by sensor.
4. The Child safety Device as claimed in claim 1 wherein NodeMCU(14) will be used as a Micro-controller which will monitor the data from blood pressure sensor(2), body temperature sensor(3), respiratory rate sensor(4) and send the data to raspberry pi(10) which will perform further operations.
5. The Child safety Device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the blood pressure sensor(2), body temperature sensor(3), respiratory rate sensor(4), is used to get the blood pressure, body temperature, respiratory rate of child at a time when someone try to accuse child.
