Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of insoles, in particular to a
light-weight orthotic insole.
Background Technology
Insoles, widely used in the shoemaking industry to serve a health care role or play
other special functions, are generally divided into two kinds, i.e., insoles for
shoemaking industry application or shoe factory application , and insoles as a market
commodity. And different types of insoles for shoemaking industry application are
made by forming corresponding forms thereof in view of outsoles and midsoles,
fabricating size boards according to a bottom panel and an upper panel of the boot
last, and fabricating to be corresponding shapes.
For some people who need to conduct a long-term exercise or standing and walking,
the damage to the feet is relatively large, and the feet bear an important role in a
human body. Therefore, how to effectively reduce the injury of the feet has been a
development direction of insoles.
Summary of Invention
The present invention aims to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art and provides
a light-weight orthotic insole, which effectively solves the problem that the existing
insoles have poor orthotic effects on patients' feet.
The present invention is implemented through following technical solutions:
A light-weight orthotic insole includes an insole body, buffer pads respectively fixed
at both front and rear sides of a lower end of the insole body, and a foot arch
support region fixed at a middle part of a lower end of the insole body.
Preferably, the insole body comprises an underside surface, an interlayer fixed at an
upper end of the underside surface, and a fabric layer fixed at an upper end of the
interlayer.
Preferably, the underside surface is made of EVA materials.
Preferably, the interlayer is made of EVA materials.
Preferably, the fabric layer is made by a BK mesh cloth.
Preferably, the buffer pads are of a 20°~25° hardness.
Preferably, the underside surface (4) is of 55 hardness.
Preferably, the interlayer is of a 20°~ 25 hardness.
The foot arch support region is made of EVA materials.
Preferably, the foot arch support region is of a 70° hardness.
Preferably, the foot arch support region is of a "U" shaped structure.
Preferably, a curved cutting notch is provided at a lower front end of the insole body.
Preferably, on a middle part of the insole body is provided an upward miniature
bulge.
A process for preparing the light-weight orthotic insole in the present invention
includes following steps:
Step 1- a foot arch support region is formed by cold pressing, processed with potions ,and glued; Step 2- an underside surface is treated with potions;
Step 3- buffer pads together with the foot arch support region obtained in Step 1 and
the underside surface obtained in Step 2 are molded by cold pressing, processed
with potions, and glued;
Step 4- a fabric layer is processed with potions, glued, and punched, then molded
along with the product obtained in Step 3 by cold pressing to obtain an article;
Step 5- the article obtained in Step 4 is tailored, processed with potions, glued and
packed.
The present invention is novel in structure and ingenious in conception, which is
suitable for people who conduct long-time standing, walking or exercising, workers
with industrial injury and sport strain injury, and people of low foot arch and flat feet,
X-type legs or pigeon toes, and the present invention could render a good orthotic
effect on above people's feet.

Specific Embodiments
In the description of the present invention, it should also be noted that, unless
otherwise clearly defined and limited, those terms like "arranged", "installed",
"connected", and "connecting" should be interpreted broadly. For example, when it
comes to a connection way, it can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or
an integral connection; it can be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection;
it can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium;
or it can be a connection between two components. For those of ordinary skill in the
art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be
understood in specific situations.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be
described clearly and completely below with reference to the accompanying
drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is evident that the
embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present rather than all
the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other
embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in the field without doing creative
work shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
As shown in Figures 1-4, a light-weight orthotic insole includes an insole body (1),
buffer pads (2) respectively fixed at both front and rear sides of a lower end of the
insole body (1), and a foot arch support region (3) fixed at a middle part of a lower
end of the insole body.
In the present invention, buffer pads (2) are made of yellow EVA materials which can
enhance the shock absorption and relieve impact force, thus having a strong shock
absorption effect; further, the foot arch position is provided with a foot arch support
region (3), and a miniature bulge is set at the same time, so as to enhance the overall
stability and buffer fatigue, and avoid injuries during swinging in the process of feet
movement.
The insole body (1) comprises an underside surface (4), an interlayer (5) fixed at an
upper end of the underside surface (4), and a fabric layer (6) fixed at an upper end of
the interlayer (5).
The underside surface (4) is made of EVA materials.
The interlayer (5) is made of EVA materials.
The fabric layer (6) is made by a BK mesh cloth.
The buffer pads (2) are of a 20°~ 25 hardness.
The underside surface (4) is of 55 hardness.
The interlayer (5) is of a 20°~ 25 hardness.
The foot arch support region (3) is of a 70° hardness.
In the present invention, the underside surface (4) is made of EVA materials with a
hardness of 550, the interlayer (5) and the cushion pad 2 are made of EVA with a
hardness of 20°~ 25, and the foot support is made of EVA with a hardness of 70°,
which is suitable for people needing a mild correction, or those of light flat feet.
The foot arch support region (3) is a "U" shaped structure.
The foot arch support region (3), arranged at a position corresponding to the position
of foot arch, is a "U" shaped structure which is good for avoiding swinging injuries
during foot movement.
Further, a curved cutting notch (7) is provided at a lower front end of the insole body
(1).
In the present invention, a size of the light-weight orthotic insole can be freely
tailored along the curved cutting notch (7), which can increase usage versatility.
In the present invention, the cold pressing molding process has been applied for
three times, and the fabric layer (6), the interlayer (5) and the underside surface (4)
are attached together by a cold pressing step. The interlayer (5) is soft and thick, and
on fabric layer (6) are many holes, thus a pressure dispersion area is formed on the
insole of the present invention, so that the area with high foot pressure directly
contacts the interlayer (5) in the middle, thereby dispersing the foot pressure.
Meanwhile, the foot arch support region is a part of the greatest stiffness so as to
form a good support to the foot and avoid swinging injury during exercise; moreover,
the miniature bulge can relieve fatigue of the foot, and the curved cutting notch (7)
makes it possible to tailor the product of the present, thereby increasing the
versatility of the present invention.
Lastly, it should be noted that the above are only some preferred embodiments of
the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Notwithstanding the detailed description of the present invention in reference to the
said embodiments, the technical solutions recorded in the said embodiments may
still be modified or some of the technical features equivalently replaced by those
skilled in the field. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc.
made within the spirit and principles of the present invention shall be included in the
scope of protection of the present invention.
