Abstract

OF THE DISCLOSURE The present disclosure discloses one kind of heat pipe exchanger cleaning devices, relating to the technical field of heat exchanger cleaning. The heat pipe exchanger cleaning device includes: a lifting device, a box body, a driving device, a support component, and a plurality of cleaning devices. An opening is formed in the upper end of the box body. The support component is fixedly arranged on the lifting device. The box body is fixedly arranged on the support component. The driving device is fixedly arranged on the support component and is located below the box body. The driving device includes a motor, a driving gear, and a plurality of driven gears. Each cleaning device includes a hairbrush part and a rotating shaft part that are coaxially arranged. Each rotating shaft can penetrate through a bottom plate of the box body and is fixed to the driving gear or one driven gear. Each driven gear is indirectly or directly engaged with the driving gear. A motor shaft of the motor can drive the driving gear to rotate. Heat pipes in a heat exchanger can be cleaned by the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device provided by the present disclosure without disassembling. -2/4 FIG. 2

HEAT PIPE EXCHANGER CLEANING DEVICE TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of heat exchanger cleaning, and in particular, to one kind of heat pipe exchanger cleaning devices.
BACKGROUNDART
[02] Heat pipes in heat exchangers are heat transfer elements with high heat conductivity, which transfer heat through evaporation and condensation of a working medium in a fully enclosed vacuum pipe housing. At present, they have been widely used in the industries, such as metallurgy, chemical industry, oil refining, boilers, ceramics, transportation, light textile, and machinery, serve as energy-saving equipment for heat energy utilization during waste heat recovery and process, and achieved significant economic benefits. In order to improve the heat conducting efficiency of the heat pipes, many fins are usually added on the surface of the heat pipes to increase the heat conducting area of the heat pipes. However, a lot of dirt, such as dust, fine fibers, and oil grease, will deposit on the heat pipes and their fins due to long-term operation of the heat exchangers, which reduces the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchangers, even causes blockage in serious cases, and affects normal operation of production and equipment safety. Therefore, heat pipe exchangers need to be cleaned periodically to remove the dirt, so as to ensure high-efficiency heat exchange of the heat exchangers and normal production. Generally, in order to perform waste heat recovery, evaporation sections of the heat pipes are soaked in high-temperature waste gas or waste liquid, while condensation sections of the heat pipes are soaked in low-temperature clean air or liquid, so only the evaporation sections of the heat pipes need to be cleaned. However, at present, the outer walls of the evaporation sections of the heat pipes are cleaned by a method that: each heat pipe is taken out from the heat exchanger for performing manual cleaning. However, in some large heat exchangers, the weight of the heat pipes is up to several kilograms, and the number of the heat pipes is up to several hundred, so the detachment workload is very heavy, and repeated detachment will affect the sealing effect of a partition plate.
SUMMARY
[03] An objective of the present disclosure is to provide one kind of heat pipe heat exchanger cleaning devices to solve the previously described problems in the prior art, so that the heat pipes in heat exchangers can be cleaned without being detached.
[04] To achieve the previously described objective, the present disclosure provides the following solutions:
[05] The present disclosure provides one kind of heat pipe exchanger cleaning devices, including: a lifting device, a box body, a driving device, a support component, and a plurality of cleaning devices. An opening is formed in the upper end of the box body. The support component is fixedly arranged on the lifting device. The box body is fixedly arranged on the support component. The driving device is fixedly arranged on the support component and is located below the box body.
[06] The driving device includes a motor and a plurality of gears. Only one gear is a driving gear, and the others are all driven gears. Each cleaning device includes a hairbrush part and a rotating shaft part that are coaxially arranged. Each rotating shaft can penetrate through a bottom plate of the box body and is fixed to the driving gear or one driven gear. Only one driven gear or the driving gear corresponds to each rotating shaft part. Each driven gear is indirectly or directly engaged with the driving gear. A motor shaft of the motor can drive the driving gear to rotate. The rotation of the driving gear can drive each driven gear to rotate.
[07] Preferably, various gears are arranged in a matrix; the driving gear is arranged in the center of the matrix; two adjacent gears in the transverse direction are engaged in pairs; and two adjacent gears in the longitudinal direction are engaged in pairs.
[08] Preferably, the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device further includes a plurality of bearings; and each rotating shaft part is rotatably connected to the bottom plate through the bearing.
[09] Preferably, the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device further includes a plurality of sealing rings. A plurality of shaft holes are formed in the bottom plate. Each rotating shaft part is rotatably connected to the corresponding shaft hole through one bearing. A sealing ring is arranged in each shaft hole. The sealing rings are fixedly arranged on the shaft hole walls above the bearings.
[10] Preferably, the sealing rings are rubber-encased double-lip sealing rings with spring frameworks.
[11] Preferably, a plurality of wheels are arranged at the lower end of the lifting device.
[12] Preferably, a water outlet valve is arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the box body.
[13] Preferably, one end, far away from the hairbrush part, of the rotating shaft part penetrates through the driving gear or the driven gear and is rotatably connected to the support component.
[14] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure achieves the following technical effects:
[15] The heat pipe exchanger cleaning device provided by the present disclosure has a lifting function, and is provided with a plurality of cleaning devices, so when the heat pipes in a heat exchanger need to be cleaned, staff only needs to disassemble the components similar to housings of the heat exchanger. After a heat exchanger core consisting of a plurality of heat pipes is exposed, the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device is placed below the heat pipes, a cleaning liquid is added into the box body, the position of the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device is adjusted, each cleaning device can be inserted into a gap between every adjacent heat pipes when the lifting device rises, and the motor is started, the cleaning device rotates at a high speed, so that the cleaning work of the heat pipes of the heat exchanger can be completed without performing large-scale dissembling and assembling on the heat exchanger. Therefore, the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device provided by the present disclosure can clean the heat pipes without detaching the heat pipes of the heat exchanger.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[22] Technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described herein below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely part rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. On the basis of the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
[23] An objective of the present disclosure is to provide one kind of heat pipe exchanger cleaning devices to solve the previously described problems in the prior art, so that heat pipes in heat exchangers can be cleaned without being detached.
[24] In order to make the above objective, features, and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent and more comprehensible, the present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific implementation manners.
[25] The present disclosure provides one kind of heat pipe exchanger cleaning devices, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, including: a lifting device 3, a box body 1, a driving device, a support component 2, and a plurality of cleaning devices 4. An opening is formed in the upper end of the box body 1. The support component 2 is fixedly arranged on the lifting device 3. The box body 1 is fixedly arranged on the support component 2. The driving device is fixedly arranged on the support component 2 and is located below the box body 1. The heights of the heat exchangers used in different occasions are different, and the lengths of the heat pipes of the evaporation sections of the heat exchanger are long, so the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device provided by the present disclosure is widely used, can clean the heat pipes of the heat exchangers of various heights, and each cleaning device 4 can be conveniently inserted between adjacent heat pipes for performing a cleaning process.
[26] The driving device includes a motor 6 and a plurality of gears. One gear is a driving gear 10, and the other gears are driven gears 7. Each cleaning device 4 includes a hairbrush part 8 and a rotating shaft part 11 that are coaxially arranged. Each rotating shaft 11 can penetrate through a bottom plate 9 of the box body 1 and is fixedly arranged on the driving gear 10 or one driven gear 7, and only one driven gear 7 or the driving gear 10 corresponds to each rotating shaft part 11. Each driven gear 7 is indirectly or directly engaged with the driving gear 10. A motor shaft of the motor 6 can drive the driving gear 10 to rotate. The rotation of the driving gear 10 can drive each driven gear 7 to rotate. The heat pipe exchanger cleaning device provided by the present disclosure is provided with a plurality of cleaning devices 4. The heat pipes of the overall heat exchanger can be cleaned at one time, so the cleaning efficiency is high. When the heat pipes of the heat exchanger need to be cleaned, staff only needs to disassemble the components similar to housings of the heat exchangers. After a heat exchanger core consisting of a plurality of heat pipes is exposed, the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device is placed below the heat pipes, a cleaning liquid is added into the box body 1, the position of the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device is adjusted, each cleaning device 4 can be inserted into a gap between every adjacent heat pipes when the lifting device 3 rises, the motor 6 is started, the cleaning device 4 rotates at a high speed, so that the cleaning work of the heat pipes of the heat exchanger can be completed without performing large-scale dissembling and assembling on the heat exchanger. Therefore, the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device provided by the present disclosure can be used to clean the heat pipes without detaching the heat pipes of the heat exchanger, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
[27] It should be noted that the present disclosure is suitable for the cleaning work of the heat pipes when the heat exchanger is vertical. However, when the heat exchanger is arranged in an inclined manner, the staff can disassemble the overall core of the heat exchanger and put it in the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device for cleaning. The cleaning efficiency is much higher than that achieved by a conventional method of disassembling the heat pipes one by one.
[28] In addition, the number and the spacing of the cleaning devices of the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device provided by the present disclosure can be set according to actual situations.
[29] Further, as shown in FIG. 3, various gears are arranged in a matrix. The driving gear 10 is arranged the center of the matrix. Two adjacent gears in the transverse direction are engaged in pairs. Two adjacent gears in the longitudinal direction are engaged in pairs. The connection among various gears is increased, each gear has an engaged relationship with their adjacent gears. The transmission is accurate, the structure is compact, the operation is reliable, and the service life is long.
[30] Further, the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device includes a plurality of bearings 12. Each rotating shaft part 11 is rotatably connected to a bottom plate 9 through bearings 12, so that the rotating shaft rotates stably.
[31] Further, the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device includes a plurality of sealing rings 5. A plurality of shaft holes are formed in the bottom plate 9. Each rotating shaft 11 is rotatably connected to the interior of the shaft hole through a bearing 12. A sealing ring 5 is arranged in each shaft hole. The sealing ring 5 is fixedly arranged on the shaft hole wall above the bearing 12. The heat pipes need to be cleaned by adding the cleaning liquid into the box body 1. The sealing rings 5 are arranged, so that the cleaning liquid can be prevented from loss or flowing into the driving device to affect the work of the driving device.
[32] Further, the sealing rings 5 are rubber-encased double-lip sealing rings 5 with spring frameworks. The sealing effect of the sealing rings 5 is good.
[33] Further, a plurality of wheels are arranged at the lower end of the lifting device 3. The device can be pushed by arranging a handrail without transporting the device manually, which is simple and easy to operate.
[34] Further, a water outlet valve is arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the box body 1, which is used for draining the cleaning liquid in the box body 1 after the cleaning is completed.
[35] Further, one end, far away from the hairbrush part 8, of the rotating shaft part 11 penetrates through the driving gear 10 or the driven gear 7 and is rotatably connected to the support component 2, so that the rotation of the rotating shaft part 11 is more stable, and the work of the heat pipe exchanger cleaning device is more stable.
[36] In the present disclosure, specific examples are applied to illustrate the principle and implementation manner of the present disclosure. The description of the above embodiment is only used to help understand the method and core idea of the present disclosure. Meanwhile, for those of ordinary skill in the art, there will be changes in the specific implementation manner and scope of application according to the idea of the present disclosure. In conclusion, the content of the present description shall not be construed as a limitation to the present disclosure.

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. A heat pipe exchanger cleaning device, comprising: a lifting device, a box body, a driving device, a support component, and a plurality of cleaning devices, wherein an opening is formed in the upper end of the box body; the support component is fixedly arranged on the lifting device; the box body is fixedly arranged on the support component; the driving device is fixedly arranged on the support component and is located below the box body; the driving device comprises a motor and a plurality of gears; one gear is a driving gear, and the others are all driven gears; each cleaning device comprises a hairbrush part and a rotating shaft part that are coaxially arranged; each rotating shaft can penetrate through a bottom plate of the box body and is fixed to the driving gear or one driven gear; only one driven gear or the driving gear correspond to each rotating shaft part; each driven gear is indirectly or directly engaged with the driving gear; a motor shaft of the motor can drive the driving gear to rotate; and the rotation of the driving gear can drive each driven gear to rotate.
2. The heat pipe exchanger cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein various gears are arranged in a matrix; the driving gear is arranged in the center of the matrix; two adjacent gears in the transverse direction are engaged in pairs; and two adjacent gears in the longitudinal direction are engaged in pairs.

The heat pipe exchanger cleaning device according to claim 1, comprising a plurality of bearings, wherein each rotating shaft part is rotatably connected to the bottom plate through the bearing; further comprising a plurality of sealing rings, wherein a plurality of shaft holes are formed in the bottom plate; each rotating shaft part is rotatably connected to the corresponding shaft hole through one bearing; a sealing ring is arranged in each shaft hole; the sealing rings are fixedly arranged on the shaft hole walls above the bearings; wherein the sealing rings are rubber-encased double-lip sealing rings with spring frameworks.
4. The heat pipe exchanger cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of wheels are arranged at the lower end of the lifting device; wherein a water outlet valve is arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the box body.
5. The heat pipe exchanger cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein one end, far away from the hairbrush part, of the rotating shaft part penetrates through the driving gear or the driven gear and is rotatably connected to the support component.
