Description of Innovation: Integration of technologies into a unique novel and definitive workflow
The purpose ofthis document is to outline the description, workflow and functionality of an innovative online product display and transactional page and process (the 'Real Time Fashion Product Page.)
This online product display Incorporates a mix of new and relevant technologies into a website consumer experience (CX) and when combined the result is an innovative and unique product display and consumer shopping experience (CX).
The aim is to convert many products into this new shopping display and process across many different categories such as means, womens and childrens fashion, accessories, homeware's, giftware and other product categories.
This Real Time Fashion Product Page was concepted and developed to support the DANIEL AVAKIAN brand online shopping experience at www.danielavakian.com website commencing 1 t July, 2021 but also be utilised to support many other products across other business entities under business licence.
The key functions of the product page incorporate a variety of technologies to be able to showcase the products and also integrates into a robust local and international supply chain and workflows enabling an end to end solution from customer order through to procurement and including Consumer tracking of their purchased product manufacture and delivery.
The technologies work together to provide the innovative shopping experience represented through the Real Time Fashion Product Page:
1 3D hyper real avatar and photo-realistic rendering technology: We work with an array of integrated 3D software and technologies with 3D art, animation and rendering teams who specialise in 3D hyper-reel avatar animations (ie 360 turntable pus catwalks representations) and photo-realistic rendered cloth simulations. These integrated technologies enable us to create and display eCommerce products in days rather than weeks from product inspiration.
2. 3D Bodyscan technology We work with a smart phone based 3D body scan app technology that enables us to send consumers an email invitation to click through and 3D body scan, so that we can remotely get the customers measurements and metrics to procure their purchased products.with a customised fit confidence
3. 3D Patternmaking / Pattern draping technology: From the remote body scan, and based on the product individually stylised products plus Consumer fit preferences we adjust standard product patterns through to customise to consumer body-scan measurements, so that we can procure the customers ordered garment based on their body-measurements to improve the fit of the garment ordered by the customer. Noting we customise the fit of the IP of the garment ordered by the customer, We do not create a unique new garment for the customer.
4. Supply Chain: We automatically integrate the above mentioned technologies with local and overseas garment technology and production suppliers that manufacture the products displayed, selected and purchased by the consumer.
5. 3D Design technology: We work with 3D design technology to create the designs, proto-types of each design that is represented on the Real Time Fashion Product Page.
6. Photographic Team: We have an in-house photographic team who handle taking detailed photos of the one-off product(s) to compliment the 3D display of the garment represented on the product page. We do this so that a customer can view both the garments features as well as on the human body so that when the customer clicks throught to simulate the customer has a point of reference to how the garment will look and feel like on the human body.
7. A CRM such as Shopify that enables us to create and upload products onto a website
8. Payment gateways to allow a consumer to purchase the product
The Real Time Fashion Product Page display has not yet been launched to market and below is a description ofthe key functionalities and workflows with the design of the product page: An in-depth description of each ofthese functions is found in both the claims and the blue-print visual I have included in this patent application.

THERE IS ONE PAGE OF CLAIMS ONLY
DANIEL AVAVIAN Thursday 24th June 2021
Claim(s) of innovation: Integration of technologiies in a unique, novel and definitive workflow:
3D Body-scan functionaityWe work with a 3D body-scan app that enables a consumer to 3D body-scan with their smart phone. A customer purchases online and is then sent the 3D body scan invitation and widget connectivity to the body-scan technology to their personal email enabling them to body scan in their own time and at any location.
The Real Time Fashion Product Page includes the 3D body scan in the workflow (referto blue prints of designed in the product page). The functionality is as follows:
o A customer is able to click onto the 3D body scan icon and learn more'. As the customer clicks the icon to learn more they can be re-directed to our landing page that informs them ofthe process. The landing page link is here: www.danielavakian.com/paaes/bodvscan. o The customer can also add the 3D body-scan as a additional and optional size to their shopping cart. After the customer makes their purchase they are sent a link to 3D body scan widget via e-mail and as mentioned above the customer can 3D body-scan in their own time where ever they are located geographically.
Hyper Real Avatar Media Display:Further to the incorporation to the 3D body scan display in the product pages functionality, is the functionality of hyper real avatar media displaying the customer journey on the product page. The purpose of this layout is: o to allow a customer to be able to select from a large array of examples of products being displayed considering style and functionality. Both the fabrics and 3D avatar media are pre-loaded when a product is created in the CRM. o The advantages, concept and purpose of the 3D hyper real avatar product display is to limit our carbon foot print as we are in reality not producing 'physical stock' (including samples) of our products and instead producing a'one-off'ofthe product that is then simulated through variances for our customer. " The aim is to enable the customer the opportunity to be able to select from many examples and variances that we set to configure their / our our products such as colour, length and design.Eg - By allowing the customer to simply click a fabric swatch or other pre-loaded variable's such as button choice, lining choice etc. (Noting we are able to pre-prepare such variances via the 3D art team and 3D software for all types of fabric swatches, colours and textures to give the customer a unique purchasing experience and opportunity). " The functionality of the page I have designed enables all of the 3D pre-loaded fabrications /and or trimmings and configurations to simultaneously change the display of the 3D avatar media with a click of the'colour choice' button detailed in our supported diagram. o Once the customer selects and purchases their configured product we then custom manufacture the product for them through our integrated supply chain. o Please note the Retail Time Product Page interface functions and supports both 'custom made' products as we as 'stock' products o . Definitions • A'custom-made' product is custom made as a'one-off'based on a selection of pre-prepared variables such as fabrics, trimmings and accessories for the customer. • A'stock' product is any products pre-manufactured and held as stock by u .Stock products can also able to be represented via the 3D avatar display and a customer can use the Real Time Product Page to 3D body-scan and make a purchase. The benefit to the customer is that we can'best'advise the customer which stock item would best fit them based on the customers'body measurements metrics. S I also note prior to commercialising All products, we first proto-type each product as a 'one-off'to test the product for commercial accuracy. The proto-typing enables our internal design team to decide upon ALL product attributes such as styling, fabrications, patterns and fit so that ALL our products are well tested prior to commercialisation. We do this prior to simulating the product into 3D avatar media so that the IP of all new uploaded products are well tested prior to deciding on the variances in theCRM and before uploading the product on the consumer facing Real Time Product Page. o Another feature of the 3D avatar media display is that a customer can 'Play', 'Pause' and 'Zoom'both the 3D media as well as photo-realistic 3D representations ofthe product and also photographic images ofthe product. This enables our customer to view the product from which-ever angle they wish. (I also note the 3D avatar media rotates 360 degrees to give a customer the opportunity to view the product from many angles). o The images left of the main display are there to ensure our customer can drop-down /and scroll to also view the products in various media. These images can be a mix of either photographs OR 3D photo-realistic simulations of the'one off'of a product.. This purpose of this feature as aforementioned enables the customer to be able to click and enlarge /zoom any selected image Eg: Should a customer wish to view a close-sup, detail shot of the product, see it on model and soon. We can pre-set any of these variables prior to creating and uploading each product onto the Real Time Product Page so as to enable a unique customer experience.
Servicing the needs of our customer dedicated to give the customer a great experience on the www.danielavakian.com website: o Additionaly in order to ensure our customer's experience is well serviced we have plugged in various other 31d party apps in the CRM so that the User Experiences (UX) that is connected to the product page and website ticks off the main purchasing touch-points. Thus our customer experience is streamlined with 3rd tyapp's such as various payment gateways, product descriptions, remote shipment tracking and of-course we have our own internal customer service team a customer can reach out to, as well as we have clear terms and conditions on the website.
