Abstract
OF THE DISCLOSURE
Disclosed is a cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine brewing, which
comprises an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, a belt pulley mechanism and a motor,
wherein the bottom end of the outer cylinder is fixedly installed on a support plate, the
motor is installed on the support plate, the output end of the motor is connected with a
vertical shaft through the belt pulley mechanism, meanwhile, the inner cylinder is
rotationally installed in the outer cylinder, a feeding hole and a discharging hole are
formed in the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder respectively, and a pressing plate is
arranged in the inner cylinder. According to the cylinder-type vinasse filtering device
for wine brewing, vinasse is jointly filtered in a pressure filtration mode and a
centrifugal filtering mode, the filtering effect is ensured, a pressure filtration power
source comes from the rotating acting force of centrifugal filtration through the design
of a transmission structure, and the operation of the equipment is integrally more
energy-saving and environmentally-friendly.

[01] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wine brewing equipment, and specifically relates to a cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine brewing.
[02] Vinasse is an inevitable product in the wine brewing process and is residues left by raw materials after wine brewing is completed, and due to the fact that vinasse has
certain values, in the modem technology, a corresponding filtering device needs to be
used for taking out residual liquid in the vinasse, but existing similar filtering devices
have the following problems in actual use:
[03] A main body structure of the filtering device is of a single-layer or multi-layer filter screen structure, the filtration mode is pressure filtration or centrifugal filtration,
and after vinasse is piled up, the internal density of vinasse is relatively high and the
whole vinasse is not loose enough, so that a single filtration mode is poor in effect,
repeated filtration of the device needs to be used, and thefilter efficiency is affected.
[04] The present disclosure aims to provide a cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine brewing to solve the problems that in the background art, a main body
structure of a filtering device is of a single-layer or multi-layer filter screen structure,
the filtration mode is pressure filtration or centrifugal filtration, and after vinasse is
piled up, the internal density of vinasse is relatively high and the whole vinasse is not
loose enough, so that a single filtration mode is poor in effect, repeated filtration of the
device needs to be used, and the filter efficiency is affected.
[05] To achieve the purpose, the present disclosure provides the following technical
effects: the cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine brewing comprises an outer
cylinder, an inner cylinder, a belt pulley mechanism and a motor, the bottom end of the outer cylinder is fixedly installed on a support plate, the motor is installed on the support plate, the output end of the motor is connected with a vertical shaft through the belt pulley mechanism, meanwhile, the inner cylinder is rotationally installed in the outer cylinder, a feeding hole and a discharging hole are formed in the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder respectively, and a pressing plate is arranged in the inner cylinder.
[06] Preferably, the inner cylinder is of a honeycomb structure and is fixedly connected with the outer cylinder, the material doors are arranged on the side walls of
the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the hairbrush is arranged on the side of the
inner cylinder, and the bottom end of the inner cylinder is rotationally installed on the
support plate through the vertical shaft.
[07] Preferably, the end of the hairbrush is attached to the inner cylinder, the hairbrush is installed on a cleaning rod, and the cleaning rod is fixedly installed in the
inner wall of the outer cylinder.
[08] Preferably, the upper end face of the pressing plate is fixedly connected with the
bottom end of a lead screw, the top end of the lead screw is in threaded connection with
the interior of a sleeve, and the lead screw and the support plate form a vertical sliding
connection structure.
[09] Preferably, the sleeve is rotationally installed at the top end of the support plate, a large-diameter first gear on the sleeve is meshed with a small-diameter first gear on a
connecting shaft, and the connecting shaft is rotationally installed on the support plate.
[10] Preferably, second gears are installed at the bottom end of the connecting shaft, the large-diameter second gear is meshed with the small-diameter second gear on a
vertical cylinder, and the bottom end of the vertical cylinder is fixed to the top end of
the inner cylinder and coaxially arranged with the lead screw.
[11] Compared with the prior art, the cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine
brewing has the beneficial effects that vinasse is jointly filtered in a pressure filtration
mode and a centrifugal filtering mode, the filtering effect is ensured, a pressure filtration
power source comes from the rotating acting force of centrifugal filtration through the
design of a transmission structure, and the operation of the equipment is integrally more
energy-saving and environmentally-friendly;
[12] Firstly, due to the use of the hairbrush structure, in the centrifugal filtration process that the inner cylinder rotates at a high speed, the meshes in the surface of the
inner cylinder can be conveniently cleaned through rotation of the inner cylinder, and
blockage is avoided; and
[13] Secondly, due to the structural use of the pressing plate and the lead screw, pressure filtration and rotary centrifugal filtration can be synchronously carried out, and
due to the structural design of differential transmission and threaded transmission of the
connecting shaft and the multiple gears, the pressing plate can slowly move up and
down by taking the rotation of the inner cylinder as power, and electric hydraulic lifting
equipment does not need to be used for independently controlling the pressing plate,
and the structural design is more reasonable.

[19] The following clearly and completely describes the technical scheme in the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the attached figures in the
embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are
merely a part rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other
embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the
present disclosure without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the
present disclosure.
[20] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the present disclosure provides the following technical scheme: a cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine brewing comprises
an outer cylinder 1, a vertical shaft 2, an inner cylinder 3, a belt pulley mechanism 4, a
motor 5, a feeding hole 6, a discharging hole 7, a hairbrush 8, a cleaning rod 9, material
doors 10, a pressing plate, a lead screw 12, a sleeve 13, a support plate 14, first gears 15,
a connecting shaft 16, second gears 17 and a vertical cylinder 18, wherein the bottom
end of the outer cylinder 1 is fixedly installed on the support plate 14, the motor 5 is
installed on the support plate 14, the output end of the motor 5 is connected with the
vertical shaft 2 through the belt pulley mechanism 4, meanwhile, the inner cylinder 3 is
rotationally installed in the outer cylinder 1, the feeding hole 6 and the discharging hole
7 are formed in the inner cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 1 respectively, and the
pressing plate 11 is arranged in the inner cylinder 3.
[21] The inner cylinder 3 is of a honeycomb structure and is fixedly connected with
the outer cylinder 1, the material doors 10 are arranged on the side walls of the inner
cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 1, the hairbrush 8 is arranged on the side of the inner
cylinder 3, and the bottom end of the inner cylinder 3 is rotationally installed on the
support plate 14 through the vertical shaft 2. The end of the hairbrush 8 is attached to
the inner cylinder 3, the hairbrush 8 is installed on the cleaning rod 9, and the cleaning
rod 9 is fixedly installed in the inner wall of the outer cylinder 1. The motor 5 can be
started, under the transmission effect of the belt pulley mechanism 4, the vertical shaft 2 rotates to drive the inner cylinder 3 to synchronously rotate at a high speed in the outer cylinder 1, and therefore the purpose of rotary centrifugal filtration is achieved.
Correspondingly, due to the fact that the hairbrush 8 and the side wall of the inner
cylinder 3 are kept in an attached state, the hairbrush 8 can clean meshes in the inner
cylinder 3 in the rotating process of the inner cylinder 3, and blockage is effectively
avoided.
[22] The upper end face of the pressing plate 11 isfixedly connected with the bottom end of the lead screw 12, the top end of the lead screw 12 is in threaded connection with
the interior of the sleeve 13, and the lead screw 12 and the support plate 14 form a
vertical sliding connection structure. The sleeve 13 is rotationally installed at the top
end of the support plate 14, the large-diameter first gear 15 on the sleeve 13 is meshed
with the small-diameter first gear 15 on the connecting shaft 16, and the connecting
shaft 16 is rotationally installed on the support plate 14. The second gears 17 are
installed at the bottom end of the connecting shaft 16, the large-diameter second gear 17
is meshed with the small-diameter second gear 17on the vertical cylinder 18, and the
bottom end of the vertical cylinder 18 is fixed to the top end of the inner cylinder 3 and
coaxially arranged with the lead screw 12. When the inner cylinder 3 rotates, the
vertical cylinder 18 arranged at the top end of the inner cylinder 3 is synchronously in a
rotating state, so that under the meshing transmission effect of the second gears 17, the
connecting shaft 16 synchronously rotates on the support plate 14 at a low rotating
speed, meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 3, when the connecting shaft 16 is in the rotating
state, under the differential transmission effect of the first gears 15, the sleeve 13 can
rotate at a slower speed, so that the lead screw 12 can vertically move up and down on
the support plate 14 under the thread transmission effect of the lead screw 12 and the
sleeve 13, the surface of the lead screw 12 is provided with a reciprocating thread
structure, the pressing plate 11 is driven to slowly move up and down in the inner
cylinder 3, and the purpose of synchronously carrying out cylinder-type centrifugal
filtration and pressure filtration is achieved.
[23] According to the working principle, in the initial state, the pressing plate 11 is positioned above the bottom end of the feeding hole 6, so that when vinasse needs to be
filtered, firstly, materials can be put into the inner cylinder 3 through the feeding hole 6,
then the motor 5 can be started, and under the transmission effect of the belt pulley
mechanism 4, the vertical shaft 2 rotates to drive the inner cylinder 3 to synchronously
rotate at a high speed in the outer cylinder Is, so that the purpose of rotary centrifugal
filtration is achieved. Correspondingly, due to the fact that the hairbrush 8 and the side
wall of the inner cylinder 3 are kept in the attached state, the hairbrush 8 can clean
meshes in the inner cylinder 3 in the rotating process of the inner cylinder 3, and
blockage is effectively avoided;
[24] When the inner cylinder 3 rotates, the vertical cylinder 18 arranged at the top end of the inner cylinder 3 is synchronously in a rotating state, so that under the
meshing transmission effect of the second gears 17, the connecting shaft 16 can
synchronously rotate on the support plate 14 at a low rotating speed, meanwhile, as
shown in FIG. 3, when the connecting shaft 16 is in the rotating state, under the
differential transmission effect of the first gears 15, the sleeve 13 can rotate at a slower
speed, so that the lead screw 12 can vertically move up and down on the support plate
14 under the thread transmission effect of the lead screw 12 and the sleeve 13, the
surface of the lead screw 12 is provided with the reciprocating thread structure, so that
the pressing plate 11 is driven to slowly move up and down in the inner cylinder 3, and
the purpose of synchronously carrying out cylinder-type centrifugal filtration and
pressure filtration is achieved.
[25] Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have already been illustrated and described, various changes, modifications, replacements and
transformations can be made by those skilled in the art under the condition of without
departing from the principle and the spirit of the present disclosure, and thus the scope
of the present disclosure should be restricted by claims and equivalents thereof.
Claims (5)
1. A cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine brewing, comprising an outer
cylinder (1), an inner cylinder (3), a belt pulley mechanism (4) and a motor (5), wherein
the bottom end of the outer cylinder (1) is fixedly installed on a support plate (14), the
motor (5) is installed on the support plate (14), the output end of the motor (5) is
connected with a vertical shaft (2) through the belt pulley mechanism (4), meanwhile,
the inner cylinder (3) is rotationally installed in the outer cylinder (1), a feeding hole (6)
and a discharging hole (7) are formed in the inner cylinder (3) and the outer cylinder (1)
respectively, and a pressing plate (11) is arranged in the inner cylinder (3).
2. The cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine brewing according to claim 1,
wherein the inner cylinder (3) is of a honeycomb structure and is fixedly connected with
the outer cylinder (1), material doors (10) are arranged on the side walls of the inner
cylinder (3) and the outer cylinder (1), a hairbrush (8) is arranged on the side of the
inner cylinder (3), and the bottom end of the inner cylinder (3) is rotationally installed
on the support plate (14) through the vertical shaft (2).
3. The cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine brewing according to claim 2,
wherein the end of the hairbrush (8) is attached to the inner cylinder (3), the hairbrush
(8) is installed on a cleaning rod (9), and the cleaning rod (9) is fixedly installed in the
inner wall of the outer cylinder (1).
4. The cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine brewing according to claim 1,
wherein the upper end face of the pressing plate (11) is fixedly connected with the
bottom end of a lead screw (12), the top end of the lead screw (12) is in threaded
connection with the interior of a sleeve (13), and the lead screw (12) and the support
plate (14) form a vertical sliding connection structure.

The cylinder-type vinasse filtering device for wine brewing according to claim 4, wherein the sleeve (13) is rotationally installed at the top end of the support plate (14), a large-diameter first gear (15) on the sleeve (13) is meshed with a small-diameter first gear (15) on a connecting shaft (16), and the connecting shaft (16) is rotationally installed on the support plate (14); wherein second gears (17) are installed at the bottom end of the connecting shaft
(16), the large-diameter second gear (17) is meshed with the small-diameter second gear
(17) on a vertical cylinder (18), and the bottom end of the vertical cylinder (18) is fixed
to the top end of the inner cylinder (3) and coaxially arranged with the lead screw (12).
