Technical Field The present invention relates to a lamp, in particular to an ultraviolet sterilization lamp.
Background Ultraviolet sterilization is widely used in various public places and families. It can purify the air and eliminate the musty smell. In addition, it can produce a certain amount of negative oxygen ions. The air in the room sterilized by ultraviolet is especially fresh. Ultraviolet sterilization is the use of appropriate wavelengths of ultraviolet light that can destroy the molecular structure of DNA or RNA in microbial cells, resulting in the growth cell death and (or) regenerative cell death, to achieve the effect of sterilization. In this case, ultraviolet sterilization lamp as a portable product with ultraviolet sterilization function is certainly welcomed. But at present, the ultraviolet sterilization lamps on the market good and bad are intermingled. Many ultraviolet sterilization lamps are lack of enough protection. If users are careless, the lamps are easy to be damaged and the quality cannot be guaranteed.
Summary of the Invention The purpose of the present invention is to provide an ultraviolet sterilization lamp that can solve the problems of insufficient protection and easy to be damaged.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions: An ultraviolet sterilization lamp includes a lamp tube, a lamp holder and a lampshade, the lamp tube is electrically connected to the lamp holder, and the lampshade is arranged around the lamp tube; the lamp holder is surrounded by the lamp holder protection shell, the inner wall of the lamp holder protection shell is provided with at least one fixing rod which is vertically arranged, a slot hole arranged along the axial direction of the fixing rod is arranged in the fixing rod; a detachable connecting ring is arranged on the lamp holder protection shell, a fixing part extending to one side of the fixing rod is arranged on the connecting ring, a fixing hole connecting with the slot hole is arranged on the fixing part; a lampshade connecting ring connected with the lampshade is formed on the connecting ring, the outer surface of the lampshade connecting ring is provided with at least one first limiting key arranged along the circumference of the lampshade connecting ring, and the inner wall of the lampshade is provided with the first limiting groove which can be fastened and fixed with the first limiting key.
The principle of the above technical solutions is as follows: the lamp tube is installed on the lamp holder, the lamp holder is installed in the lamp holder protection shell, the lamp holder protection shell is provided with a connecting ring, and the connecting ring is fixedly connected with the lamp holder protection shell by fixedly connecting the fixing hole and the slot hole; and the lampshade is fixedly connected with the connecting ring by fastened and fixed the first limiting key with the first limiting groove. The lampshade, the connecting ring and the lamp holder protection shell together form a protective structure, which provides more powerful protection for the main part of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp.
In order to ensure the connection is fixed between the lamp holder protection shell and the lamp holder, it is preferred that at least one locating buckle is arranged at the bottom of the lamp holder protection shell, the buckle part arranged towards the lampshade is formed on the locating buckle; and the locating groove which can be buckled with the locating buckle is arranged at the bottom of the lamp holder. The lamp holder can be effectively connected and fixed with the lamp holder protection shell through the buckle of the locating groove and the locating buckle.
In order to facilitate the docking of the fixing part and the fixing rod, and simplify the assembly process of the lamp, it is preferred that the fixing part is provided with a block which is matched and located with the fixing rod, and the block is arranged around the fixing hole and extends to one side of the fixing rod. The block arranged around the fixing hole can effectively limit the position of the fixing rod inserted into the fixing part, so that the user can align the fixing hole with the fixing hole for installation and fixation.
The ultraviolet sterilization lamp is generally equipped with a base for the user to place. The base includes a cover plate and a base plate which cover each other, an electric control board is arranged in the base plate, and a plurality of keys are arranged on the electric control board. The keys cooperate with the cover plate to form a touch switch. In this way, the user can control the function of the lamp on and off through the touch switch, such as ultraviolet lamp switch, timing, etc. The base plate can also be provided with a limiting buckle for fixing the electric control board, the setting of the limiting buckle is to install the electric control board on the bottom plate more firmly. Furthermore, in order to ensure the fixed position of the electronic control board during the use of the product and avoid the situation that the circuit connection is affected due to the change of the position of the electronic control board, the limiting buckle includes a supporting part for supporting the electronic control board, and the supporting part extends to one side of the cover plate to form a buckle part for buckling the electronic control board. Through the cooperation between the supporting part and the buckle part, the electronic control board can be effectively fixed between the supporting part and the buckle part. Still further, the setting of the supporting part and the buckle part may cause obstacles in the assembly of the electric control board. For this reason, the top of the buckle part facing the cover plate can be provided with a guiding slope to guide the electric control board into the supporting part. The setting of the guiding slope is helpful to the installation of the electric control board and can effectively provide the assembly efficiency of the lamps. Still further, in order to ensure that the structural design of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is stable and the lamp will not be turned over when it is placed on the table and other places due to slight impact, it is preferred that the outer contour of the cover plate can be circular; at the center of the circle, the shortest vertical distance is from the top of the cover plate to the base plate; the lamp holder protection shell is connected to the center of the circle of the cover plate. In this way, the lamp holder protection shell is installed in the middle of the cover plate, so that the center of gravity of the product falls in the center of the base, and the stability of the product can be effectively guaranteed.
In order to prevent the lamp holder protection shell from easily rotating and affecting the protective effect, it is preferred that a cylindrical cavity can be arranged in the cover plate, an opening is arranged at the top of the cavity, the opening faces the lamp holder; a second limiting key is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity, the second limiting key is arranged along the axial direction of the cavity; a cylindrical installation part is formed at the bottom of the lamp holder protection shell, a second limiting groove is arranged on the outer surface of the installation part which can be buckled with the second limiting key, the second limiting groove is arranged along the axial direction of the lamp holder protection shell and runs through the installation part. The lamp holder protection shell is installed in the cavity, the position of the lamp holder protection shell can be effectively limited by the matching setting of the second limiting key and the second limiting groove.
The ultraviolet sterilization lamp is a product that can be carried by the user, and convex blocks can be arranged along the circumference of the lamp holder protection shell for the user to grasp, so as to increase the friction force when carrying the lamp and facilitate the user to grasp the product.
The advantage effect of the present invention is as follows: providing better protection for the main part of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp, optimizing a plurality of connecting positions, strengthening the connectivity of each part, making the ultraviolet sterilization lamp more integrated, so as to prevent damage in the process of moving or careless operation. Detailed Description of Embodiments In order to make the person skilled in the art to better understand the technical scheme of the present invention, and make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more understandable, the present invention will be further described in combination with drawings and embodiments.
As shown in Fig. 1-8, the ultraviolet sterilization lamp includes a lamp tube 5, a lamp holder 6 and a lampshade 1; the lamp tube 5 is electrified and installed on the lamp holder 6; the lampshade 1 is arranged outside the lamp tube 5 and around the lamp tube 5; the lamp holder 6 is installed in the lamp holder protection shell 3, and the lamp holder protection shell 3 surrounds the lamp holder 6; the lamp holder protection shell 3 is provided with three fixing rods 10 which are vertically arranged, and inside each fixing rod 10 is provided with a slot hole 9, the slot hole 9 is arranged along the axial direction of the fixing rod 10; a connecting ring 2 is arranged on the lamp holder protection shell 3, and the connecting ring 2 is detachable; the connecting ring 2 is provided with three fixing parts 7, the fixing parts 7 extend to the direction of the fixing rod 10, each fixing part 7 is provided with a fixing hole 8, and the fixing hole 8 connects with the slot hole 9; a lampshade connecting ring 25 is formed on the connecting ring 2, and the outer surface of the lampshade connecting ring 25 is provided with four first limiting key 17; the interior of the lampshade 1 is hollow, and the inner wall of the lampshade 1 is provided with four first limiting grooves 23 which can be fixed with the first limiting key 17. The bottom of the lamp holder protection shell 3 is provided with two locating buckles 11, the locating buckles 11 are formed with a first buckle part 14 arranged towards the lampshade 1, and the bottom of the lamp holder 6 is provided with two locating grooves 12 which can be buckled with the locating buckle 11. Each fixing part 7 is provided with two blocks 18 which can limit the movement of the fixing part 7, the blocks 18 are arranged around the fixing hole 8; and the blocks 18 extend to the direction of the fixing rod 10.
A base is arranged under the lamp holder protection shell 3, the base includes a base plate 26 and a cover plate 4, an electric control board 20 is arranged in the base plate 26, and a plurality of keys 22 are arranged on the electric control board 20, and the keys 22 cooperate with the cover plate 4 to form a touch switch; the base plate 26 is also provided with a limiting buckle for fixing the electric control board 20; in this embodiment, the limiting buckle includes a main limiting buckle 19 and an auxiliary limiting buckle 21, and the main limiting buckle 19 is set at both ends of the electric control board 20, one at each end, which plays a main limiting role; there are a plurality of auxiliary limiting buckles 21, which are set on both sides of the electric control board 20, which play an auxiliary limiting role. The outer contour of the cover plate 4 is circular, and the center of the circle is closest to the base plate 26, while the center of the cover plate 4 is set in the lamp holder protection shell 3.
A cylindrical cavity 15 is arranged in the cover plate 4, an opening 27 is arranged at the top of the cavity 15, and the opening 27 faces the lamp holder 6, a second limiting key 16 is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity 15, and the second limiting key 16 is arranged along the axial direction of the cavity 15; an installation part 13 is formed at the bottom of the lamp holder protection shell 3, the outer contour of the installation part 13 is cylindrical, and a second limiting groove 24 is arranged on the outer surface of the installation part 13 which can be buckled with the second limiting key 16, and the second limiting groove 24 is arranged along the axial direction of the lamp holder protection shell 3 and runs through the installation part 13.
Convex blocks 30 are arranged around the outer surface of the lamp holder protection shell to help the user to hold the ultraviolet sterilization lamp.
The principle of this embodiment is as follows: The lamp tube is electrified and installed on the lamp holder 6, the lamp holder 6 is installed in the lamp holder protection shell 3 through the buckle of the locating buckle 11 and the locating groove 12, the lamp holder protection shell 3 is provided with a detachable connecting ring 2, which is fixedly connected with the lamp holder protection shell 3 through the fixed connection of the fixing hole 7 and the slot hole 9, and the lampshade 1 is fixedly connected with the connecting ring 2 through the buckle of the first limiting key 17 and the first limiting groove 23. The lampshade 1, the connecting ring 2 and the lamp holder protection shell 3 together form a protection structure to provide more powerful protection for the main part of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp. In addition, the setting of the block 18 makes the connection between the connecting ring 2 and the lamp holder protection shell 3 more stable; the setting of the limiting buckle is to prevent the electric control board 20 from moving, ensuring the normal operation of the key 22 to a greater extent; the setting of the second limiting key 16 and the second limiting groove 24 can prevent the lamp holder protection shell 3 from rotating freely, which will affect some functions, and strengthen the connection between the lamp holder protection shell 3 and the base. On the whole, the ultraviolet sterilization lamp of this embodiment has stronger integrity, and the connection relationship of each component is also firm, which can fully protect the main part of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp and prolong the service life.

Claims
1. An ultraviolet sterilization lamp includes a lamp tube (5), a lamp holder (6) and a lampshade (1), the lamp tube (5) is electrically connected to the lamp holder (6), the lampshade (1) is arranged around the lamp tube (5); wherein the lamp holder (6) is surrounded by the lamp holder protection shell (3) , the inner wall of the lamp holder protection shell (3) is provided with at least one fixing rod (10) which is vertically arranged, a long hole (9) arranged along the axial direction of the fixing rod (10) is arranged in the fixing rod (10); a detachable connecting ring (2) is arranged on the lamp holder protection shell (3), a fixing part (7) extending to one side of the fixing rod (10) is arranged on the connecting ring (2), a fixing hole (8) connecting with the slot hole (9) is arranged on the fixing part (7); a lampshade connecting ring (25) connected with the lampshade (1) is formed on the connecting ring (2), the outer surface of the lampshade connecting ring (25) is provided with at least one first limiting key (17) arranged along the circumference of the lampshade connecting ring (25), and the inner wall of the lampshade (1) is provided with the first limiting groove (23) which can be fixed with the first limiting key (17).

The ultraviolet sterilization lamp according to claim 1, wherein at least one locating buckle (11) is arranged at the bottom of the lamp holder protection shell (3), the first buckle part (14) arranged towards the lampshade (1) is formed on the locating buckle (11); and the locating groove (12) which can be buckled with the locating buckle (11) is arranged at the bottom of the lamp holder (6).
3. The ultraviolet sterilization lamp according to claim 1, whereinthe fixing part (7) is provided with a block (18) which is matched and located with the fixing rod (10), and the block (18) is arranged around the fixing hole (8) and extends to one side of the fixing rod (10).

The ultraviolet sterilization lamp according to claim 1, wherein it also includes a base; the base includes a cover plate (4) and a base plate (26) which cover each other, an electric control board (20) is arranged in the base plate (26), a plurality of keys (22) are arranged on the electric control board (20), the keys (22) cooperate with the cover plate (4) to form a touch switch; a limiting buckle used for fixing the electric control board (20) is also arranged inside the base plate (26).

The ultraviolet sterilization lamp according to claim 4, wherein the limiting buckle includes a supporting part (29) for supporting the electric control board (20), and the supporting part (29) extends to one side of the cover plate (4) to form a second buckle part (28) for buckling the electric control board (20).

The ultraviolet sterilization lamp according to claim 4, wherein the outer contour of the cover plate (4) is circular; at the center of the circle, the shortest vertical distance is from the top of the cover plate (4) to the base plate (26); and the lamp holder protection shell (3) is connected to the center of the cover plate (4).
