sawing machine, which comprises a worktable, wherein a front clamping device and
a rear clamping device are provided on the worktable respectively and operate
independently to clamp a workpiece at the same time. The worktable provided by the
present invention is mainly applicable to metal band sawing machines for clamping,
fixing, and sawing workpieces. The worktable mainly includes a front clamping
device and a rear clamping device, which can operate independently. During the
sawing operation, the front clamping device and the rear clamping device clamp the
workpiece at the same time, thus the sawing is stable and reliable, at high speed and
high accuracy. There is no impact on the saw blade when the sawing is finished since
the workpiece and the saw-off parts are in a clamped and fixed state, thus the service
life of the saw blade is prolonged effectively.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to worktables for metal band sawing machines, in particular to a worktable having high sawing speed and high precision for a sawing machine.
Background Art
At present, the worktables of sawing machines are mainly categorized into single rear worktables and central sawing worktables. A single rear worktable is arranged behind the saw blade, and the saw-off parts are in an unfixed state; consequently, the sawing teeth of the saw blade may be damaged or broken easily; a central sawing worktable has a single jaw opening, and the saw blade carries out the sawing from the center of the jaw opening; since the worktable has a single jaw opening and the workpiece is not in an ideal state, it is impossible to clamp and fix the workpiece and the saw-off parts at the same time; consequently, the sawing teeth of the saw blade may be damaged or broken easily. All of the worktables described above can't avoid the huge impact of the saw-off parts on the saw blade when the sawing is finished.
Contents of the Invention
To overcome the drawbacks in the prior art, the present invention provides a high-speed and high-precision worktable for a sawing machine.
A high-speed and high-precision worktable for a sawing machine, which comprises a worktable, wherein a front clamping device and a rear clamping device are provided on the worktable respectively and operate independently to clamp a workpiece at the same time.
As an improvement of the technical scheme described above, the front clamping device comprises two front micro oil cylinders, a first fixed vice and a second fixed vice, wherein the two front micro oil cylinders are fixedly connected with the first fixed vice and the second fixed vice respectively and fixed on the worktable, and the two front micro oil cylinders can drive the first fixed vice and the second fixed vice to act respectively;
The rear clamping device comprises a clamping oil cylinder and a movable vice, wherein the clamping oil cylinder is fixedly connected to the worktable through the movable vice, and the movable vice is movably connected to the worktable;
A vice guide rod is fixedly connected to a jaw plate through a self-lubricating bearing and a clamping oil cylinder fixing plate sequentially, and a clamping oil cylinder flange is fixedly connected to the jaw plate; the clamping oil cylinder fixing plate is fixed on the worktable.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme described above, the worktable supporting plate is fixedly connected with the worktable. The first fixed vice and the second fixed vice are provided with a top hold-down device thereon respectively. The top hold-down device comprises a first top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate, two top hold-down screw rods, two top hold-down oil cylinders, two top hold-down blocks, two top hold-down guide rods, and a second top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate, wherein the top hold-down guide rods pass through the first top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate and can move up and down; the first top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate and the second top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate are fitted with the corresponding top hold-down screw rods respectively; the top hold-down oil cylinders, the top hold-down blocks, the top hold-down guide rods, and the two top hold-down screw rods are fixedly connected with the corresponding first fixed vice and second fixed vice respectively.
The worktable provided by the present invention is mainly applicable to metal band sawing machines and is an integrated worktable, and is used for clamping, fixing, and sawing workpieces. The worktable mainly includes a front clamping device and a rear clamping device, which can operate independently. During the sawing operation, the front clamping device and the rear clamping device clamp the workpiece at the same time, thus the sawing is stable and reliable, at high speed and high accuracy. There is no impact on the saw blade when the sawing is finished since the workpiece and the saw-off parts are in a clamped and fixed state, thus the service life of the saw blade is prolonged effectively.

Embodiments
Hereunder some preferred embodiments of the present invention will be detailed with reference to the accompanying drawings, in order to enable those skilled in the art to understand the advantages and features of the present invention more easily and define the scope of protection of the present invention more clearly.
As shown in Figs. 1-4, the present invention discloses a high-speed and high-precision worktable for a sawing machine, which comprises a worktable 11, wherein a front clamping device and a rear clamping device are provided on the worktable 11 respectively and operate independently to clamp a workpiece at the same time. The sawing operation is stable and reliable, at high sawing speed and high accuracy. There is no impact on the saw blade when the sawing is finished since the workpiece and the saw-off parts are in a clamped and fixed state; thus the service life of the saw blade is prolonged effectively.
The front clamping device comprises two front micro oil cylinders 8, a first fixed vice 7 and a second fixed vice 9, wherein the two front micro oil cylinders 8 are fixedly connected with the first fixed vice 7 and the second fixed vice 9 respectively and fixed on the worktable 11, and the two front micro oil cylinders 8 can drive the first fixed vice 7 and the second fixed vice 9 to act respectively; the rear clamping device comprises a clamping oil cylinder 13 and a movable vice 12, wherein the clamping oil cylinder 13 is fixedly connected to the worktable 11 through the movable vice 12, and a channel is provided between the movable vice 12 and the worktable 11, thus the movable vice 12 can be moved with respect to the worktable 11; of course, the specific quantities of oil cylinders and vices related to the front clamping device and the rear clamping device may be increased or decreased according to the size of the worktable.
A vice guide rod 14 is fixedly connected to a jaw plate 3 through a self-lubricating bearing 2 and a clamping oil cylinder fixing plate 1 sequentially, and a clamping oil cylinder flange 6 is connected to the jaw plate 3 through threads; the clamping oil cylinder fixing plate 1 is fixed on the worktable 11.
The worktable supporting plate 4 is fixedly connected with the worktable 11, and is used to receive workpieces. The two sides of the worktable supporting plate 4 are fitted with a first worktable hold-down bar 5 and a second worktable hold-down bar respectively.
The first fixed vice 7 and the second fixed vice 9 are provided with a top hold-down device respectively, which is mainly used to prevent the broken pieces of saw blades used in bundle from flying out and injuring the workers, and prevent any broken piece of saw blades from flying out and injuring the workers during high-speed sawing. Thus the worktable has a high safety factor.
The top hold-down device comprises a first top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate 15, two top hold-down screw rods 16, two top hold-down oil cylinders 17, two top hold-down blocks 18, two top hold-down guide rods 19, and a second top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate 20, wherein the top hold-down guide rods 19 pass through the first top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate 15 and can move up and down; the first top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate 15 and the second top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate 20 are fitted with the corresponding top hold-down screw rods 16 respectively; the top hold-down oil cylinders 17, the top hold-down blocks 18, the top hold-down guide rods 19, and the two top hold-down screw rods 16 are fixedly connected with the corresponding first fixed vice 7 and second fixed vice 9 respectively.
Working principle and function: after a workpiece is placed on the worktable supporting plate 4, the two front micro oil cylinders can drive the first fixed vice 7 and the second fixed vice 9 to act to clamp the workpiece respectively; at the same time, the clamping oil cylinder 13 drives the movable vice 12 to clamp the workpiece; in that way, the front clamping device and the rear clamping device work together, and both the workpiece and the saw-off parts are in a fixed state, thus the sawing teeth of the saw blade will not be damaged or broken easily.
In the case that saw blades are used in bundle or the sawing operation is carried out at a high speed, the top hold-down devices can be moved down by means of the corresponding top hold-down guide rods 19 respectively, and the corresponding top hold-down blocks 18 hold down the saw blades, so as to prevent any broken piece of the saw blades in bundle from flying out and injuring the workers, and prevent the broken pieces of saw blades from flying out and injuring the workers during high-speed sawing. Thus the worktable has a high safety factor.
While some specific embodiments of the present invention are described above, the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to those embodiments. Any modification or replacement made without expending any creative labor shall be deemed as falling in the scope of protection of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention is only defined by the claims.

the rear clamping device comprises a clamping oil cylinder (13) and a movable vice (12), wherein the clamping oil cylinder (13) is fixedly connected to the worktable (11) through the movable vice (12), and the movable vice (12) is movably connected to the worktable (11);
a vice guide rod (14) is fixedly connected to a jaw plate (3) through a self-lubricating bearing (2) and a clamping oil cylinder fixing plate (1) sequentially, and a clamping oil cylinder flange (6) is fixedly connected to the jaw plate (3); the clamping oil cylinder fixing plate (1) is fixed on the worktable

3. The high-speed and high-precision worktable for sawing machine according to claim 1, wherein a worktable supporting plate (4) is fixedly connected with the worktable (11).
4. The high-speed and high-precision worktable for sawing machine according to claim 1, wherein the first fixed vice (7) and the second fixed vice (9) are provided with a top hold-down device thereon respectively.

The high-speed and high-precision worktable for sawing machine according to claim 4, wherein the top hold-down device comprises a first top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate (15), two top hold-down screw rods (16), two top hold-down oil cylinders (17), two top hold-down blocks (18), two top hold-down guide rods (19), and a second top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate (20), wherein the top hold-down guide rods (19) pass through the first top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate (15) and can move up and down; the first top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate (15) and the second top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate (20) are fitted with the corresponding top hold-down screw rods (16) respectively; the top hold-down oil cylinders (17), the top hold-down blocks (18), the top hold-down guide rods (19), and the two top hold-down screw rods (16) are fixedly connected with the corresponding first fixed vice (7) and second fixed vice (9) respectively.
6. The high-speed and high-precision worktable for sawing machine according to claim 5, wherein the two sides of the worktable supporting plate (4) are fitted with a first worktable hold-down bar (5) and a second worktable hold-down bar (10) respectively.
7. The high-speed and high-precision worktable for sawing machine according to claim 5, wherein the movable vise (12) is slidably fitted with the vice guide rod (14).

The high-speed and high-precision worktable for sawing machine according to claim 5, wherein I-shaped channels are arranged below the first fixed vice (7) and the second fixed vice (9) respectively and movably fitted with the corresponding first worktable hold-down bar (5) and second worktable hold-down bar (10) respectively.

The high-speed and high-precision worktable for sawing machine according to claim 5, wherein the first top hold-down oil cylinder fixing plate (15) is provided with slots that can be moved with respect to the top hold-down screw rods (16), so as to adjust the positions of the top hold-down screw rods (16).
