FIG. 2
HOOK SEIZING SHIFT DESCENDING SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE-BOOM UMBRELLA DRILL FOR DEEP SHAFT DRILLING AND BLASTING CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure belongs to an auxiliary device for ground translation of an umbrella drill in shaft construction, and particularly relates to a hook seizing shift descending system for a multiple-boom umbrella drill for deep shaft drilling and blasting construction, which can complete shift from underground hook seizing and ground unhooking of an umbrella drill to entry of a maintenance room.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Umbrella drills are widely used in drilling of shaft blast holes, have the advantages of high drilling speed, high hole determination precision, large working range, good environment adaptability and the like, and are currently ideal and applicable shaft drilling devices at home and abroad. External dimensions of the umbrella drill folded are: diameter p1l.9m, height 7.2m, and total weight of the drill about 8t. Due to the large size and heavy weight, the operations for ground maintenance room shift, shaft mouth unhooking, and hooking require convenience, quickness and less time while ensuring safety, thereby achieving fast drilling and improving economic benefits.
BRIEF SUMMARY
[0003] The objective of the present disclosure is to provide a hook seizing shift descending system for a multiple-boom umbrella drill for deep shaft drilling and blasting construction, which can transfer the umbrella drill safely and quickly between a maintenance room and a shaft mouth and is simple in structure, convenient to operate and safe and reliable in use.
[0004] As designed above, the technical solution of the present disclosure is: a hook seizing shift descending system for a multiple-boom umbrella drill for deep shaft drilling and blasting construction includes a guide rail and a tackle capable of traveling freely and horizontally on the guide rail; the guide rail is connected between a shaft mouth and a maintenance room, one end of the shaft mouth is fixed to a strike board beam with a U clip, and the other end is mounted on a steel tube column; the tackle includes a hook, two side steel plates and two pairs of conical pulleys, and the two pairs of conical pulleys are mounted between the two side steel plates by movable bolts.
[0005] The guide rail is made of No. 48 I -shaped steel.
[0006] The guide rail has a height of11 meters from the ground.
[0007] No. 48 I -shaped steel is used as a guide rail that is connected between a shaft mouth and a maintenance room, two pairs of conical pulleys are added to a 10t hook to form a tackle capable of traveling freely and horizontally on the guide rail, and then an umbrella drill can be transferred safely and stably between the maintenance room and the shaft mouth under human assistance. The hook seizing shift descending system for the multiple-boom umbrella drill for deep shaft drilling and blasting construction is safe, reliable, simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, convenient to operate, time-saving and effort-saving, and can save 20% of time for a drilling construction process.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0008] In order to explain the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art more clearly, the accompanying drawings required in the embodiments or the description of the prior art will be briefly introduced below. Obviously, the accompanying drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present invention, and a person of ordinary skill in the art can still derive other drawings according to these accompanying drawings without creative efforts.
[0009] FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present disclosure;
[0010] FIG. 2 is a side view of a tackle;
[0011] FIG. 3 is a front view of the tackle.
[0012] In the figures: 1-main hoist steel cable; 2-U clip; 3-strike board beam; 4-guide rail; 5 tackle; 6-steel tube; 7-conical pulley; 8-steel plate.
EMBODIMENTS
[0013] The embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, and the examples of the embodiments are shown in the accompanying drawings, wherein from beginning to end, the same or similar reference numbers represent the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present utility model, and should not be construed as limiting the present utility model.
[0014] In the description of the present invention model, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified and limited, the terms "mounting", "connected" and "connection" should be understood in a broad sense, such as fixed connection, detachable connection or integrated connection, or direct connection and indirect connection through an intermediate medium. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above-mentioned terms in the present utility model can be understood on the basis of specific circumstances.
[0015] As shown in the figures: a hook seizing shift descending system for a multiple-boom umbrella drill for deep shaft drilling and blasting construction is composed of a guide rail and a tackle capable of traveling freely and horizontally on the guide rail.
[0016] As shown in FIG. 1, No. 48 I -shaped steel is used as the guide rail, which is connected between a shaft mouth and a maintenance room and has a height of about 11 meters from the ground. One end of the shaft mouth is fixed to a strike board beam with a U clip, and can also be reinforced by welding according to the specific case; and the other end is fixed to ap150mm steel tube column, and welded firmly by means of a steel shim.
[0017] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the tackle includes a 1Ot hook, two side steel plates, and two pairs of conical pulleys. The two pairs of conical pulleys are mounted between the two side steel plates by movable bolts. The two conical pulleys can travel freely and horizontally on the guide rail.
[0018] Shift condition before an umbrella drill descends: one of two p1I8.5mm slings at the top of the umbrella drill is hung and fixed to the tackle hook, and the umbrella drill is manually pushed to slide stably on the guide rail to the shaft mouth, which smoothly achieves the shift of the umbrella drill from the maintenance room to the shaft mouth; and the other sling on the umbrella drill is hung on a main hoist winch hook, and the steel sling is slowly lifted and tightened to withdraw the tackle hook, thus completing hook conversion; and after meeting the safety requirements upon inspection, the umbrella drill is hoisted to the shaft bottom for normal operation.
[0019] Shift condition after the umbrella drill ascends: after the umbrella drill ascends to the shaft mouth, the other sling on the umbrella drill is hung on the tackle hook, and then a main hoist steel cable is slowly lowered to withdraw the main hoist winch hook, thus completing a hook seizing process; and the umbrella drill is manually pushed to slide stably on the guide rail to the maintenance room, which smoothly achieves the shift of pushing the umbrella drill to the maintenance room.
[0020] It should be understood that although the present description is described in terms of the implementation, not every implementation includes only one separate technical solution, and such a description mode of the description is merely for the sake of clarity. A person skilled in the art should take the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in all the embodiments may be appropriately combined to form other implementations that can be understood by a person skilled in the art.
