Abstract
The invention discloses a supporting and connecting device for prefabricated wall panel
of prefabricated structure. The device consists of a stable structure fixed to the prefabricated
wall panel, a bracket fixed to the ground and a support rod set between the stable structure and
the bracket. A housing is removably attached to the outer side of the rotating disc. A groove is
provided in the rotating disc, a rack is provided in the groove, a spring is provided between the
rack and the bottom of the groove, and the rack is provided with serrations facing downwards.
A lifting plate is provided inside the housing which engages the rack, the lifting plate is
provided with serrations facing downwards. The contact surface between the lifting plate and
the rack is provided with serrations facing in the opposite direction. The invention can
effectively solve the problem that the prefabricated wall panels cannot be installed due to the
positioning deviation of the inclined support, and at the same time. With the mutual
engagement of the teeth on the rack and the lifting plate, the straightening effect of the
prefabricated wall panels can be achieved by pressing down on the support rod and locking its
position, which improves the installation efficiency and accelerates the construction progress
on site.

structure
The invention relates to the technical field of building production, in particular to a
prefabricated wall panel support and connection device with a prefabricated structure.
Prefabricated building has the advantages of fast construction progress, short
construction period, labor saving and so on. At the same time, the construction site has less
noise and less waste, which is conducive to energy conservation and environmental
protection and promotes the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. It
has been widely used in the engineering field. In the construction of prefabricated
residential buildings, the installation of prefabricated wallboard needs to be fixed with
inclined support. During the installation of prefabricated wallboard, the external wall must
be vertical to the floor slab, and no toppling or tilting back is allowed. However, in the
actual construction process, due to the construction error or the influence of strong wind
load such as super high-rise building, it is difficult to keep the precast wallboard vertical,
which requires that the diagonal bracing must be fixed reliably with sufficient adjustment
function.
At present, the common inclined support is usually composed of adjusting screw,
upper anchor plate and lower anchor plate. The upper end of adjusting screw is fastened by
the pre-embedded anchor nail in upper anchor plate and prefabricated wall plate. The
installation of oblique support for prefabricated wallboard often causes that the positioning deviation between the anchor plate and the reserved bolt on the cast-in-situ base plate is too large and the adjustment function of the adjusting screw can not be compensated and the connection can not be realized. If the deviation is corrected by re-drilling and pre burying or adopting the post-anchoring expansion bolt, it may lead to the phenomenon that the bolt falls off the base plate due to insufficient strength, and the adjustment of the adjusting screw is not easy to control, but also manual fixing and time-consuming and laborious, so a kind of supporting and connecting device for prefabricated prefabricated structural prefabricated wall panel is needed.

As shown in Figure 1-Figure 3, the invention provides a supporting and connecting
device for prefabricated wall panel of prefabricated structure.
The device comprises a stable structure fixedly arranged on the prefabricated wall panel, a
bracket (1) fixedly arranged on the ground and a support rod (2) arranged between the
stable structure and the bracket (1). The bracket (1) is hinged with the support rod (2).
The stable structure comprises a base (31), wherein an installation rotary table (32) is
fixedly connected to the base (31), and a housing (41) is detachably connected to the outer
side of the installation rotary table (32). The turntable (32) is provided with at least two
sets of grooves (33), a rack (34) is arranged in the grooves, a plurality of groups of springs
(35) are fixedly arranged between the rack (34) and the bottom of the groove (33), and
downward-facing serrations (36) are arranged on the rack (34).
A lifting plate (42) engaged with the rack (34) is arranged inside the housing (41), and
opposite serrations (36) are arranged on the contact surface between the lifting plate (42) and the rack (34). Guide rails (43) are arranged on both sides of the front and rear end faces of the lifting plate (42), and sliding grooves (47) matched with the guide rails (43) are arranged on the turntable (32) and the housing (41). The lifting plate (42) is provided with a chute (44), the top of the inner wall of the chute (44) is provided with a plurality of groups of positioning holes, a slider (45) is slidably arranged inside the chute (44), a positioning block matched with the positioning holes is fixedly arranged on the slider (45), and a sleeve rod (46) is hinged on the slider (45). The sleeve rod (46) is arranged on the outer side of the support rod (2), and the two are detachably connected by a bolt.
As a further optimization scheme, the rack (34) is internally provided with a plurality
of spring holes, the spring (35) is arranged in the spring hole of the rack (34), and one end
of the saw tooth (36) of the rack (34) extends out of the groove (33) under the normal state.
The base (31) is a rectangular structure, four mounting holes are arranged on the four
corners of the base (31), and the prefabricated wall panel is fixedly connected with the base
(31) by bolts.
In the working process, the prefabricated wall panel and the base (31) are fixed and
connected by bolts, the support rod is hinged with the support, the position of the slider
(45) is adjusted so that the sleeve rod (46) and the support rod (2) are on the same horizontal
line, the sleeve rod (46) and the support rod (2) are connected by bolts, and the position of
the slider (45) is adjusted again so that the support rod forms a support for the slider;
secondly, by pressing the support rod downward, the slider (45) moves downward with the
support rod. The movable lifting plate (42) moves downward along the chute (44). Because
the rack (34) and the saw tooth (36) on the lifting plate mesh with each other, and the rack
restricts the lifting plate to move downward only. When the supporting effect of the supporting rod on the prefabricated wall plate meets the requirements, that is, the prefabricated wall plate is in a vertical state, and the supporting rod stops pressing downward. At this time, the supporting rod reaches a locked state, and the stability can be improved.

A housing is removably attached to the outer side of therotating disc. A groove is provided in the rotating disc, a rack is provided in the groove, aspring is provided between the rack and the bottom of the groove, and the rack is providedwith serrations facing downwards. A lifting plate is provided inside the housing whichengages the rack, the lifting plate is provided with serrations facing downwards. Thecontact surface between the lifting plate and the rack is provided with serrations facing inthe opposite direction. The invention can effectively solve the problem that theprefabricated wall panels cannot be installed due to the positioning deviation of the inclinedsupport, and at the same time. With the mutual engagement of the teeth on the rack and thelifting plate, the straightening effect of the prefabricated wall panels can be achieved bypressing down on the support rod and locking its position, which improves the installationefficiency and accelerates the construction progress on site.
