Abstract
A system for playzone slot booking and security using python and automation react
The present invention relates to a playzone slot booking and security using python &
automation react. The proposed invention a web-based automated slot-booking system for
play-zones through web or mobile devices that assists both clients and owners of the field to
be acquainted with the time of the slot. The system allows clients and field-handlers to simply
gain access to the system by connecting to the Internet. It also enables clients to drop any
message which consists of the purpose and time of the desire. The system was developed
using python Django, Python as scripting language, Bootstrap framework, and My Structured
Query Language (MySQL) as database. This will enable the web application to be robust,
cheap, and capable of operating on various platforms. The system does not only fully
automated, and perform excellently well, but also user-friendly, time effective and
efficient.In this Covid-19 crisis, it was essential to automate the playgrounds and sports-zones
to keeps the human interaction between the clients and the place-owners. Hence, the central
idea of this project was, to create a web-based slot booking system for the play-zones which
would help the clients to check what time slots are available, what slot to choose and choose
accordingly. It also helps the place owners to look over the bookings and maneuver the slots
according to the availability of the resources. The human interaction was minimized, and the
slot bookings were automated by providing an easy platform based on certain URLs.
Following invention described in details with the help of figure 1 of sheet 1 illustrates block
diagram for playzone slot booking and security using python & automation react and Figure 2
of sheet 2 illustrates Model View Template of proposed invention.

[001] Present invention in general relates to artificial intelligence and more specifically to playzone slot booking and security using python & automation react which provides a web based automated slot-booking system for play-zones through web or mobile devices that assists clients and owners of the field to be acquainted with the time of the slot.
Background of the invention:
[002] The background information herein below relates to the present disclosure but is not necessarily prior art.
[003] In this Covid-19 crisis, it was essential to automate the playgrounds and sports-zones to keeps the human interaction between the clients and the place-owners. Hence, to create a web-based slot booking system for the play-zones which would help the clients to check what time slots are available what slot to choose and choose accordingly. It also helps the place '0 owners to look over the bookings and maneuver the slots according to the availability of the resources. The human interaction was minimized, and the slot bookings were automated by providing an easy platform based on certain URLs.
[004] Web applications have abetted in restructuring most of the tasks performed everyday which makes lives simple and uncomplicated. Describes the importance of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in improving and assisting Client and Server processes. These applications are most widely used in solving problems concerning student learning and scheduling appointments. Previously, these appointment scheduling were carried out manually thus, there were many cases of overbookings or making the same reservation for two or more people or failing to delete an appointment not needed to allow replacement. To eliminate these humanerrors due to manual appointments scheduling system, there is need to develop a web application that enables appointment processes easier.
[005] Recently, there have been various trends in development of web application, and it is a fast- and ever-growing field. Web applications have a user interface based on the browser that interacts with the user and can manage large amounts of data. They are very popular because a new application can be released without needing to install a new version on the client computers. This is different from desktop applications like Microsoft Word in which a new or upgraded version of the application needs to be installed or the patch of the application must be installed. Web application of an online appointment booking system within an academic institution is an area of fast growth because it is a more effective way of handling administrative issues. Online appointment systems are used extensively in hotels, hospitals; scheduling system for students should be able to aid the task of booking an appointment with lecturers.
[006] The application set up on a multiple platform from laptops to mobile devices enables the students and lecturers to interact with the system wherever they are. The instructors, students and lecturers using the system also receive information in real-time. In order to keep up with growing technology, there is need to explore various avenues of making appointment processes less time consumption, easy to use and a user friendly interface with just a click. Therefore, development of this Web that needful to the people is very imperative.

It also helps the place owners to look over the bookings and maneuver the slots according to the availability of the resources. The human interaction was minimized, and the slot bookings were automated.
[008] Although various attempts are made before, for providingplayzone slot booking and security using python & automation reactand few of them are such as-W2008042519A2 discloses method and system for scheduling appointment, US20110313806A1 discloses theonline appointment booking system, US9613190B2 discloses thesystem and methods of secure data exchange.
[009] There exist many drawbacks in the existing system.so,there is a need to developaplayzone slot booking and security using python & automation react
Objective of the invention
[0010] An objective of the present invention is to attempt to overcome the problems of the prior art and provide aplayzone slot booking and security using python & automation react
[0011] In a preferred embodiment, the present invention provides the clients, the best possible UI for the slot booking system.
[0012] It is therefore an object of the invention is to provide a way to systematically generate the database for the bookings.
[0013] Therefore an object of the invention is to provide a way for clients to book the slots with absolutely no human interaction

[0016] The present invention relates toa playzone slot booking and security using python &
automation react. More particularly proposed invention minimizeshuman interaction
[0017] Registration and Login, the client needs to login first into the system by providing the credentials such as username/email id and password. If the client is new, a separate URL for signing up is provided. Once the sign up is done, clients need to go to homepage and then login into the system. Separate URLs for login and signup are provided on the homepage of the site. A Sign out URL is used for signing out and logging in.
[0018] Select what you want to do,once the client logs in, there are 2 more URLs presented named "Book a ground" and "Your bookings". If the client wants to book a ground or he just wants to check what booking he has done in the past, client's needs to click on appropriate URL.
[0019] Selection of appropriate site for booking and selecting time slot,once the client clicks on the "book a ground" key, there are three options given to the client to choose. First, client must choose what ground he needs to book. Then, he has to select the date on which he wants to select the slot. Then he is given the options the slots. Only the available slots are presented in front of the client. The slots that are already booked by other clients are removed from the list to avoid overlapping.
[0020] Admin login, after the client has successfully booked a slot, a barcode is provided to the client. Also, the recent booked slot is added to the database of the already booked slots of the client. For checking what slots are booked, we do an Admin login. After doing the admin login, all the info about already booked slots is provided. Also, adding a new playground, editing an existing playground, deleting the slots for some reason, all these options are given to the admin.
'0 [0021] Checking if the appropriate slots are booked or not, after logging in as an admin, the admin needs to check of the appropriate slots are booked or not. If for some reason, a particular slot is unavailable, he can manipulate the slots, provided the client is okay with it. All this is info is stored in SQL in form of tables.
[0022] Approve using barcode scanning, after all the process is done, client is given a barcode for every unique slot he has booked. This barcode is to be scanned on the site and if the scanned barcode provides correct information about the slot, permission to use the site is granted.
[0023] The MVT (Model View Template) is a software design pattern. It is a collection of three important components Model View and Template. The Model helps to handle database. It is a data access layer which handles the data.
[0024] The Template is a presentation layer which handles User Interface part completely. The View is used to execute the business logic and interact with a model to carry data and renders a template.
[0025] Although Django follows MVT pattern but maintains its own conventions. So, control is handled by the framework itself.
[0026] Here, a user requests for a resource to the Django, Django works as a controller and check to the available resource in URL.If URL maps, a view is called that interact with model and template, it renders a template.
[0027] Django responds back to the user and sends a template as a response. React is a JavaScript library created by Facebook. It is a tool for building a UI (User Interface) component.It is widely used for making SPA (Single Page Application) and it has a large developer community.
[0028] Django is a Python-based web framework that encourages rapid development and clean, pragmatic design. Due to its ready-made and stack full of wonderful features, from authentication to session management, all these make it ridiculously fast.

1. A playzone slot booking and security using python & automation react; comprises; MVT (data access layer); Django (Python-based web framework); and React (JavaScript library)
2. The playzone slot booking and security using python & automation react as claimed in claim 1 wherein web-based automated slot-booking system for play-zones through web or mobile devices that assists clients and owners of the field to be acquainted with the time of the slot.
