Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a forest fire-fighting soil spray gun based on a crawler chassis,
including a chassis, where the bottom of the chassis is provided with crawler wheels, a hook is
welded to a left end of the chassis, a middle portion of the chassis is provided with a support
frame, the support frame includes a base with the top provided with a mounting groove and a
support rod rotatably disposed in the mounting groove, the inside of the support rod is provided
with a clamping groove, a clamping plate is movably disposed in the clamping groove, two
sides of the clamping plate are each connected to a rotating rod, the rotating rod is rotatably
connected to an inner wall of the support rod, a soil spray gun barrel is fixed inside the
clamping plate and has a tubular structure, a tail of the soil spray gun barrel is connected to a
conveying pipe, a tail end of the conveying pipe is provided with a suction pump, a discharging
end of the suction pump is connected to the conveying pipe, a feeding end of the suction pump
is connected to a soil suction pipe, and an inner side of the soil suction pipe is provided with a
soil turning mechanism. In the present disclosure, the chassis of the soil spray gun is provided
with a crawler, such that the soil spray gun can run on uneven forest roads, and the overall
structure of the soil spray gun is improved, thereby improving the soil spraying efficiency of the
soil spray gun.

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of fire-fighting equipment, and in particular, to a forest fire-fighting soil spray gun based on a crawler chassis.
[0002] Current soil spray guns have the following problems in the process of use: (1) The current soil spray guns are simple in structure and have poor extinguishing effects. (2) A soil turning mechanism used by the soil spray guns easily raises a lot of dust in the process of turning soil, making a user easily inhale a lot of dust. Therefore, it is necessary to design corresponding technical solutions to solve the existing technical problems.
[0003] An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a forest fire-fighting soil spray gun based on a crawler chassis, which solves the problems raised in the background and meets actual use requirements.
[0004] In order to achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides the following technical solutions: A forest fire-fighting soil spray gun based on a crawler chassis, including a chassis, where the bottom of the chassis is provided with crawler wheels, a hook is welded to a left end of the chassis, a middle portion of the chassis is provided with a support frame, the support frame includes a base with the top provided with a mounting groove and a support rod rotatably disposed in the mounting groove, the inside of the support rod is provided with a clamping groove, a clamping plate is movably disposed in the clamping groove, two sides of the clamping plate are each connected to a rotating rod, the rotating rod is rotatably connected to an inner wall of the support rod, a soil spray gun barrel is fixed inside the clamping plate and has a tubular structure, a tail of the soil spray gun barrel is connected to a conveying pipe, a tail end of the conveying pipe is provided with a suction pump, a discharging end of the suction pump is connected to the conveying pipe, a feeding end of the suction pump is connected to a soil suction pipe, and an inner side of the soil suction pipe is provided with a soil turning mechanism;
[0005] the soil turning mechanism includes a hydraulic cylinder mounted at the bottom of the chassis and a soil turning wheel mounted at a power output end of the hydraulic cylinder, the soil turning wheel is composed of a main board, a driving motor and a wheel body, the main board is mounted at the power output end of the hydraulic cylinder, the driving motor is mounted on the main board, and a power output end of the driving motor is connected to the wheel body.
[0006] In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the wheel body includes a main disc and soil turning teeth uniformly mounted on a periphery of the main disc, the soil turning teeth have a tooth-like structure, and both sides thereof are provided with conical blades.
[0007] In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, a tail end of the soil suction pipe has a hom-shaped structure and is located on a rear side of the wheel body.
[0008] In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, a dust cover is disposed on a periphery of the main board and has a circular truncated cone structure, and an upper end of the dust cover is fixed on the periphery of the main board.
[0009] In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the dust cover is composed of several groups of strip-shaped rubber strips.
[0010] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:

In this solution, the structure of the soil spray gun is improved, a chassis of the soil spray gun is provided with a crawler, such that the soil spray gun can run on uneven forest roads, and the overall structure of the soil spray gun is improved, thereby improving the soil spraying efficiency of the soil spray gun.
[0012] 2. A dust cover is designed on a periphery of a soil turning mechanism to prevent dust from being raised during the soil turning process.

[0019] Referring to FIGs. 1-4, the present disclosure provides a technical solution: A forest fire fighting soil spray gun based on a crawler chassis, including a chassis 1, where the bottom of the chassis 1 is provided with crawler wheels 2, a hook 3 is welded to a left end of the chassis 1, a middle portion of the chassis 1 is provided with a support frame, the support frame includes a base 5 with the top provided with a mounting groove 4 and a support rod 6 rotatably disposed in the mounting groove 4, the inside of the support rod 6 is provided with a clamping groove 7, a clamping plate 8 is movably disposed in the clamping groove 7, two sides of the clamping plate 8 are each connected to a rotating rod 9, the rotating rod 9 is rotatably connected to an inner wall of the support rod 6, a soil spray gun barrel 10 is fixed inside the clamping plate 8 and has a tubular structure, a tail of the soil spray gun barrel 10 is connected to a conveying pipe 11, a tail end of the conveying pipe 11 is provided with a suction pump 12, a discharging end of the suction pump 12 is connected to the conveying pipe 11, a feeding end of the suction pump 12 is connected to a soil suction pipe 13, and an inner side of the soil suction pipe 13 is provided with a soil turning mechanism;
[0020] the soil turning mechanism includes a hydraulic cylinder 14 mounted at the bottom of the chassis 1 and a soil turning wheel 15 mounted at a power output end of the hydraulic cylinder 14, the soil turning wheel 15 is composed of a main board 16, a driving motor 17 and a wheel body 18, the main board 16 is mounted at the power output end of the hydraulic cylinder 14, the driving motor 17 is mounted on the main board 16, and a power output end of the driving motor 17 is connected to the wheel body 18.
[0021] The forest fire-fighting soil spray gun is pulled by using a special vehicle to an area where fire extinguishing is required, and then the soil turning wheel 15 at the bottom is pushed by the hydraulic cylinder 14; a peripheral dust cover 22 covers the periphery of a soil turning area during descending of the soil turning wheel 15, to prevent excessive dust from being raised during soil turning; the driving motor 17 of the dust cover 22 is disposed on the periphery of the soil turning wheel 15 to drive the wheel body 18 to rotate, the wheel body 18 rotatably turns the soil directly below in a special process, the soil suction pipe 13 on the rear side is in contact with the turned soil after the soil is turned, and then the soil is pumped up from the soil suction pipe 13 by the suction pump 12, conveyed into the soil spray gun barrel 10 through the conveying pipe; and sprayed out through the soil spray gun barrel 10 to extinguish a fire in the area where the fire occurs.
[0022] The device is mainly suitable for areas with relatively soft soil. The soil spray gun barrel is a currently common soil spray gun structure in thefirefighting field.
[0023] In a further improvement, as shown in FIG. 3, the wheel body 18 includes a main disc 19 and soil turning teeth 20 uniformly mounted on a periphery of the main disc 19, the soil turning teeth 20 have a tooth-like structure, and both sides thereof are provided with conical blades 21.
[0024] In a further improvement, as shown in FIG. 2, a tail end of the soil suction pipe 13 has a horn-shaped structure and is located on a rear side of the wheel body 18. The tail end of the soil suction pipe 13 is designed into the horn-shaped structure, which facilitates the suction of the soil.
[0025] In a further improvement, as shown in FIG. 4, a dust cover 22 is disposed on a periphery of the main board 16 and has a circular truncated cone structure, and an upper end of the dust cover 22 is fixed on the periphery of the main board 16.
[0026] Specifically, the dust cover 22 is composed of several groups of strip-shaped rubber strips 23. The dust cover 22 is composed of the plurality of rubber strips 23, which can naturally open when in contact with the ground to cover the peripheral area.
[0027] In use, in the present disclosure, the forest fire-fighting soil spray gun is pulled by using a special vehicle to an area where fire extinguishing is required, and then the soil turning wheel at the bottom is pushed by the hydraulic cylinder 14; a peripheral dust cover 22 covers the periphery of a soil turning area during descending of the soil turning wheel 15, to prevent excessive dust from being raised during soil turning; the driving motor 17 of the dust cover 22 is disposed on the periphery of the soil turning wheel 15 to drive the wheel body 18 to rotate, the wheel body 18 rotatably turns the soil directly below in a special process, the soil suction pipe 13 on the rear side is in contact with the turned soil after the soil is turned, and then the soil is pumped up from the soil suction pipe 13 by the suction pump 12, conveyed into the soil spray gun barrel 10 through the conveying pipe; and sprayed out through the soil spray gun barrel 10 to extinguish a fire in the area where the fire occurs.
[0028] The products protected in this solution have been put into actual production and application, and a certain success has been made especially in the technical field of fire-fighting equipment. Obviously, it has proved that the technical solution of this product is beneficial and meets the needs of society, and also suitable for mass production and popularization.
Claims (5)
1. A forest fire-fighting soil spray gun based on a crawler chassis, comprising a chassis (1), wherein the bottom of the chassis (1) is provided with crawler wheels (2), a hook (3) is welded to a left end of the chassis (1), a middle portion of the chassis (1) is provided with a support frame, the support frame comprises a base (5) with the top provided with a mounting groove (4) and a support rod (6) rotatably disposed in the mounting groove (4), the inside of the support rod (6) is provided with a clamping groove (7), a clamping plate (8) is movably disposed in the clamping groove (7), two sides of the clamping plate (8) are each connected to a rotating rod (9), the rotating rod (9) is rotatably connected to an inner wall of the support rod (6), a soil spray gun barrel (10) is fixed inside the clamping plate (8) and has a tubular structure, a tail of the soil spray gun barrel (10) is connected to a conveying pipe (11), a tail end of the conveying pipe (11) is provided with a suction pump (12), a discharging end of the suction pump (12) is connected to the conveying pipe (11), a feeding end of the suction pump (12) is connected to a soil suction pipe (13), and an inner side of the soil suction pipe (13) is provided with a soil turning mechanism; the soil turning mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder (14) mounted at the bottom of the chassis (1) and a soil turning wheel (15) mounted at a power output end of the hydraulic cylinder (14), the soil turning wheel (15) is composed of a main board (16), a driving motor (17) and a wheel body (18), the main board (16) is mounted at the power output end of the hydraulic cylinder (14), the driving motor (17) is mounted on the main board (16), and a power output end of the driving motor (17) is connected to the wheel body (18).

The forest fire-fighting soil spray gun based on a crawler chassis according to claim 1, wherein the wheel body (18) comprises a main disc (19) and soil turning teeth (20) uniformly mounted on a periphery of the main disc (19), the soil turning teeth (20) have a tooth-like structure, and both sides thereof are provided with conical blades (21).
3. The forest fire-fighting soil spray gun based on a crawler chassis according to claim 2, wherein a tail end of the soil suction pipe (13) has a hom-shaped structure and is located on a rear side of the wheel body (18).

The forest fire-fighting soil spray gun based on a crawler chassis according to claim 3, wherein a dust cover (22) is disposed on a periphery of the main board (16) and has a circular truncated cone structure, and an upper end of the dust cover (22) is fixed on the periphery of the main board (16).
5. The forest fire-fighting soil spray gun based on a crawler chassis according to claim 4, wherein the dust cover (22) is composed of several groups of strip-shaped rubber strips (23).
