TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a control system of wearable joint function rehabilitation and treatment intelligent equipment.
BACKGROUND
[02] With the aging of the social population and the increase of various safety accidents, there are more and more patients with lower limb dyskinesia or elderly people with mobility inconvenience. Medical theory and clinical experience have proved that limb rehabilitation training is necessary to prevent muscle atrophy, and practice has proved that exercise therapy is helpful to muscle functional recovery.
[03] However, the current wearable intelligent equipment for rehabilitation and treatment of joint function has a single structure and function, and is inconvenient to operate, so that patients cannot independently carry out limb rehabilitation training and need nurses or other personnel to help them implement it. Therefore, the present invention proposes a control system for the wearable intelligent equipment for rehabilitation and treatment ofjoint function to solve the problems existing in the prior art.

[05] In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a control system for wearable joint function rehabilitation and treatment intelligent equipment comprises a system main body, wherein the system main body comprises a processing module, a database, a control module, a face recognition module, a diagnosis and treatment result module and an exoskeleton frame module. and the processing module comprises a data collection module, a data processing module, a data matching module and a delay control module.The database comprises a standard data module and a user data module, wherein standard data for comparison and a preset voice instruction set are preset in the standard data module. the control module comprises a manual control module and a voice control module. the face recognition module is used for transmitting recognized information to a processing module. the diagnosis and treatment result module comprises a standard result module and a comparison result module. and the exoskeleton frame module is internally provided with a sensor module, a power module, a signal transmission module, a voice input module and a voice output module.
[06] The further improvement is that the system main body is also provided with a wireless communication module, which is connected with a signal transmission module and a sensor module. The signal transmission module is used to transmit data from the sensor module to a data processing module, which processes and transmits data to a data matching module, which matches data with data in a standard data module and transmits the data to the diagnosis and treatment result module.
[07] The further improvement is that the voice control module is internally provided with an analysis module, a matching module and a prompting module, wherein the analysis module is connected with the voice input module through a wireless communication module, and the analysis module is used for analyzing the voice input by the voice input module, and the matching module is used for matching the analysis result of the analysis module with the voice instruction set in the standard data module and transmitting it to the delay control module.
[08] The further improvement is that a processor is arranged in the user data module, and the processing module transmits the data transmitted by the face recognition module to the processor, and the processor searches and matches the data, and transmits the matched data to the comparison result module for display. If not, the processor creates a new set of user data in the user data module.
[09] The further improvement is that the standard result module is connected with the processor, the standard result module transmits the displayed result data to the processor, and the processor transmits the data to the corresponding user data for storage.

Standard data for comparison and a preset voice instruction set are preset in the standard data module, the control module includes a manual control module and a voice control module, voice control mainly controls the power of the exoskeleton frame module. the exoskeleton frame device in the exoskeleton frame module is adapted to the normal human body size. the face recognition module is used for transmitting recognized information to the processing module, the diagnosis and treatment result module includes a standard result module and a comparison result module, and the exoskeleton frame module is internally provided with a sensor module, a power module, a signal transmission module, a voice input module and a voice output module.

equipment, comprising a system main body, characterized in that the system main body
comprises a processing module, a database, a control module, a face recognition
module, a diagnosis and treatment result module and an exoskeleton frame module,
wherein the processing module comprises a data collection module, a data processing
module, a data matching module and a delay control module, and the database
comprises a standard data module and a user data module.Standard data for comparison
and a preset voice instruction set are preset in the standard data module. the control
module comprises a manual control module and a voice control module. the face
recognition module is used for transmitting recognized information to a processing
module. the diagnosis and treatment result module comprises a standard result module
and a comparison result module. and the exoskeleton frame module is internally
provided with a sensor module, a power module, a signal transmission module, a voice
input module and a voice output module.
2. The control system for wearable joint function rehabilitation and treatment intelligent
equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that a wireless communication module
is further arranged in the system main body, the data collection module is connected
with a signal transmission module through the wireless communication module, and
the signal transmission module is connected with a sensor module, and the signal
transmission module is used for transmitting data from the sensor module into the data
collection module.The data collection module transmits the collected data to the data
processing module, which processes the data and transmits it to the data matching module, which matches the data with the data in the standard data module and transmits it to the diagnosis and treatment result module.

equipment according to claim 2, characterized in that an analysis module, a matching
module and a prompting module are arranged in the voice control module, wherein the
analysis module is connected with the voice input module through a wireless
communication module, and the analysis module is used for analyzing the voice input
by the voice input module, and the matching module is used for matching the analysis
result of the analysis module with the voice instruction set in the standard data module
and transmitting it to the delay control module.
