Abstract
A railway heat-insulating transportation vehicle and a side wall thereof and an assembling method therefor. The side wall is fixed to a chassis (50), the chassis (50) being integrally foamed. A sleeper pillar reinforcing seat (51) is provided on the chassis (50). The side wall comprises: an inner side wall (20); a side wall steel structure (10), comprising an outer wall board (15) and sleeper pillars (13) arranged on arranged on opposite surfaces of the outer wall board (15) and the inner side wall (20); and a polyurethane foamed layer (30), foamed between the side wall steel structure (10) and the inner side wall (20). A welding window (14) corresponding to the end part positions of the sleeper pillars (13) is formed in the edge, close to the chassis (50), of the outer wall board (15), and the end parts of the sleeper pillars (13) are fixed in the sleeper pillar reinforcing seat (51) by means of the welding window (14).
Description
[0001] The application claims priorities of a Chinese Patent Application No. 201910956702.X, filed on October 10, 2019 and entitled "a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle and side wall and assembly method thereof' and a Chinese patent application No. 201921692484.5, filed on October , 2019 and entitled "a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle and side wall thereof', the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
[0002] The disclosure relates to the field of transport vehicles, in particular, to a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle and side wall and assembly method thereof.
[0003] A railway thermal insulation transport vehicle is mainly used for long-distance transportation of fresh and perishable goods. Different from general railway vehicles of full steel welded structure, a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle not only has a full steel welded structure, but also its main parts such as underframe, side walls, end walls, roof, doors and the like, are all polyurethane integral foaming structures; in particular, a thickness of the foaming layer of its side wall reaches 150mm or more. Therefore, when it is needed to weld a column of a side wall steel structure with the underframe of the railway thermal insulation transport vehicle, a relatively thick polyurethane foaming layer at an inner side of the underframe will block it from being welded smoothly.
[0004] In order to solve the welding problem of the side wall steel structure and the underframe of the railway thermal insulation transport vehicle, in the existing techniques, the underframe does not adopt an integral foaming structure. After the side wall is integrally foamed, the column of the side wall steel structure is connected to the underframe steel structure, so that a space can be left for welding of the column of the side wall steel structure and the underframe steel structure, wherein the side wall is integrally foamed. After welding and assembling are completed, the underframe steel structure is filled with polyurethane foaming block. However, in the process of construction and use, it is found that the above-mentioned construction process is complicated, and it is prone to forming gaps during filling, which causes poor air tightness and heavy heat leakage, and in turn affects a thermal insulation performance of the whole vehicle.
[0005] In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing techniques, the disclosure provides a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle and side wall and assembly method thereof, solving the problems in the existing techniques that the construction process is complicated, and it is prone to forming gaps during filling, which causes poor air tightness and heavy heat leakage, and in turn affects a thermal insulation performance of the whole vehicle.
[0006] In an aspect of the disclosure, a side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle is provided, and the side wall is fixed to an underframe, and the underframe is integrally foamed, and the underframe is provided with a column reinforcing seat, and the side wall may comprise: an inner side wall; a side wall steel structure, which may include an outer wall plate, and a column arranged on a surface, opposite to the inner side wall, of the outer wall plate; and a polyurethane foaming layer foamed between the side wall steel structure and the inner side wall; where a welding window corresponding to a position of an end part of the column may be formed at an edge, close to the underframe, of the outer wall plate; and the end part of the column may be fixed in the column reinforcing seat through the welding window.

[0019] In yet another aspect of the disclosure, a method for assembling a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle is provided, which is applied to the above-mentioned railway thermal insulation transport vehicle, the method may comprise: integrally forming the underframe and the side wall in a foaming manner; and aligning a position of the column of the side wall with a position of the column reinforcing seat on the underframe, and fixing the end part of the column in the column reinforcing seat.

[0023] According to one or more technical solutions of the embodiments of the disclosure, at least the following technical effects or advantages are provided: a column reinforcing seat is provided on the integrally foamed underframe; a welding window corresponding to the position of the end part of the column is formed at an edge, close to the underframe, of the outer wall plate of the integrally foamed side wall; and the end part of the column can be directly fixed in the column reinforcing seat through the welding window, after the side wall and the underframe are integrally foamed completely. Therefore, a connection between the integrally foamed side wall and the integrally foamed underframe is realized, thereby the air tightness of the transport vehicle is guaranteed, and the thermal insulation performance of the transport vehicle is improved, and solving the problems in the existing techniques that the construction process is complicated, and it is prone to forming gaps during filling, which causes poor air tightness and heavy heat leakage, and in turn affects the thermal insulation performance of the whole vehicle.

[0039] In some embodiments of the disclosure, with reference to Figs.5 and 6, the side wall steel structure 10 may include an outer wall plate 15; and outer plate reinforcing ribs 11 disposed on a surface, opposite to the inner side wall 20, of the outer wall plate 15 (the outer plate reinforcing ribs 11 are disposed on the surface of the outer wall plate 15); and a plurality of inner plate reinforcing ribs 21 are disposed on a surface, opposite to the outer wall plate 15, of the inner side wall 20 (the inner plate reinforcing ribs 21 are disposed on the surface of the inner side wall 20). Meanwhile, the inner plate reinforcing ribs 21 can increase the rigidity of the inner side wall 20 and increase bearing capacity. For example, when goods in the transport vehicle are tipped over, the pressure borne by the inner side wall 20 provided with the inner plate reinforcing ribs 21 is much larger than the inner side wall not provided with the inner plate reinforcing ribs 21.
[0040] In some embodiments of the disclosure, the number of inner plate reinforcing ribs 21 can be a plurality, and the inner plate reinforcing ribs may be long strip-shaped, and a length of the inner plate reinforcing ribs 21 can be substantially equal to a height of the inner side wall 20, and the inner plate reinforcing ribs 21 are disposed at intervals in a length direction of the inner side wall 20. In some embodiments of the disclosure, in order to further improve bonding force, each of the inner plate reinforcing ribs 21 may include a fixing part 210 and a hanging part 211 connected to the fixing part 210. In other embodiments of the disclosure, when the requirement for bonding force is not too high, the hanging part can also be set to be in a straight, non-bent shape.

The end part of the column 13 can be fixed in the column reinforcing seat 51 through the welding window 14, so that the side wall is fixed to the integrally foamed underframe 50, wherein the underframe 50 is integrally foamed.

In some other embodiments of the disclosure, the number of column 13 may be set in a plurality, such as two, three, etc., and specifically, the number of the column can be selected according to connection requirements between the side wall and the underframe 50.
[0047] In some embodiments of the disclosure, in order to greatly increase the bonding force between the polyurethane foaming layer 30 and the side wall steel structure 10 as well as the rigidity and strength of the outer wall plate 15, a plurality of outer plate reinforcing ribs 11, a plurality of side pillars 12, and one or more columns 13 can be provided on the surface, opposite to the inner side wall 20, of the outer wall plate 15 at the same time. In some other embodiments of the disclosure, according to requirements of the bonding force, rigidity and strength, only the column 13 may be provided, or only the column 13 and the plurality of outer plate reinforcing ribs 11 may be provided, or only the column 13 and the plurality of side pillars 12 may be provided, or other ways, specifically, it can be selected according to requirements.
[0048] In some embodiments of the disclosure, the side wall steel structure 10 may also include a side wall sealing plate 16 disposed at the welding window 14, and the side wall sealing plate 16 is used for sealing the welding window 14 to prevent the column 13 from being exposed, so that an outer surface of the side wall steel structure 10 is complete and beautiful. In some embodiments of the disclosure, the side wall sealing plate 16 is fixed at the welding window 14 after the end part of the column 13 is fixed in the column reinforcing seat 51.
[0049] In some embodiments, in order to facilitate welding of the side wall sealing plate 16 and improving a welding stability of the side wall sealing plate 16, an inner surface of the outer wall plate 15 is provided with a sealing plate reinforcing board located at an edge of the welding window 14. The sealing plate reinforcing board can be fixed on the inner surface of the outer wall plate 15, and a portion of the sealing plate reinforcing board can be exposed through the welding window 14. The side wall sealing plate 16 can be fixed on the portion, exposed through the welding window 14, of the sealing plate reinforcing board. In some embodiments of the disclosure, in order to avoid interference between the sealing plate reinforcing board and the column 13, the sealing plate reinforcing board can be divided into two parts, i.e., a left sealing plate reinforcing board 17 and a right sealing plate reinforcing board 18 respectively.
[0050] In some embodiments, the side wall steel structure 10 may further include a column reinforcing board 19, and the column reinforcing board 19 can be fixed on the column reinforcing seat 51 and the lower frame member 152, so that the frame is closed to improve the bearing capacity of the side wall.

Therefore, a connection between the integrally foamed side wall and the integrally foamed underframe is realized, thereby the air tightness of the transport vehicle is guaranteed, and the thermal insulation performance of the transport vehicle is improved, and solving the problems in the existing techniques that the construction process is complicated, and it is prone to forming gaps during filling, which causes poor air tightness and heavy heat leakage, and in turn affects the thermal insulation performance of the whole vehicle.

The railway thermal insulation transport vehicle may include an underframe 50 and the side wall described in the disclosure, and the side wall is the same as the side wall of the above mentioned embodiments, and the details will not be described herein again.

Claims (17)
1. A side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle, the side wall is fixed to an underframe (50), and the underframe (50) is integrally foamed, and the underframe (50) is provided with a column reinforcing seat (51), and the side wall comprises: an inner side wall (20); a side wall steel structure (10), which includes an outer wall plate (15), and a column (13) arranged on a surface, opposite to the inner side wall (20), of the outer wall plate (15); and a polyurethane foaming layer (30) foamed between the side wall steel structure (10) and the inner side wall (20); where a welding window (14) corresponding to a position of an end part of the column (13) is formed at an edge, close to the underframe (50), of the outer wall plate (15); and the end part of the column (13) is fixed in the column reinforcing seat (51) through the welding window (14)
. 2. The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of inner plate reinforcing ribs (21) are arranged on a surface, opposite to the outer wall plate (15), of the inner side wall (20).
3. The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 2, wherein the number of the inner plate reinforcing ribs (21) is a plurality, and the inner plate reinforcing ribs (21) are long strip-shaped, and the inner plate reinforcing ribs (21) are disposed at intervals in a length direction of the inner side wall (20).
4. The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of the inner plate reinforcing ribs(21) includes a fixing part (210) and a hanging part (211) connected to the fixing part (210), and the hanging part (211) is in a bent shape.
5. The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall steel structure (10) includes outer plate reinforcing ribs (11) arranged on the surface, opposite to the inner side wall (20), of the outer wall plate (15).

The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein a plurality of inner plate reinforcing ribs (21) are arranged on a surface, opposite to the outer wall plate (15), of the inner side wall (20), and every two outer plate reinforcing ribs (11) of a plurality of the outer plate reinforcing ribs (11) are arranged in parallel in a height direction of the side wall steel structure (10), and positions of the outer plate reinforcing ribs (11) one-to-one correspond to positions of the inner plate reinforcing ribs (21).
7. The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall steel structure (10) further includes an upper frame member (151) fixedly connected to a roof of the railway thermal insulation transport vehicle, a lower frame member (152) fixedly connected to the underframe (50), and a left frame member (153) and a right frame member (154) fixedly connected to end walls of the railway thermal insulation transport vehicle; and the upper frame member (151), the lower frame member (152), the left frame member (153) and the right frame member (154) are disposed at a periphery of the outer wall plate (15).
8. The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall steel structure (10) further includes an upper frame member (151) fixedly connected to a roof of the railway thermal insulation transport vehicle, a lower frame member (152) fixedly connected to the underframe (50); and the side wall steel structure (10) further includes a plurality of side pillars (12) disposed in parallel on the surface, opposite to the inner side wall (20), of the outer wall plate (15); and two ends of each of the side pillars are respectively connected to the upper frame member (151) and the lower frame member (152).
9. The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall steel structure (10) includes outer plate reinforcing ribs (11) disposed on the surface, opposite to the inner side wall (20), of the outer wall plate (15); every two outer plate reinforcing ribs (11) of a plurality of the outer plate reinforcing ribs (11) are disposed in parallel in a height direction of the side wall steel structure (10); the side wall steel structure (10) further includes a plurality of side pillars (12) disposed in parallel on the surface, opposite to the inner side wall (20), of the outer wall plate (15); and the plurality of the side pillars (12) and the outer plate reinforcing ribs (11) are arranged at intervals with each other.

The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall steel structure (10) further includes a side wall sealing plate (16) disposed at the welding window (14); and the side wall sealing plate (16) is used for sealing the welding window (14).
11. The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 10, wherein an inner surface of the outer wall plate is provided with a sealing plate reinforcing board located at an edge of the welding window (14); the sealing plate reinforcing board is fixed on the inner surface of the outer wall plate and a portion of the sealing plate reinforcing board can be exposed through the welding window (14); and the side wall sealing plate (16) is fixed on the portion, exposed through the welding window (14), of the sealing plate reinforcing board.
12. The side wall of a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 11, wherein the side wall steel structure (10) further includes a lower frame member (152) fixedly connected to the underframe (50); and the side wall steel structure (10) further includes a column reinforcing board (19), and the column reinforcing board (19) is fixed on the column reinforcing seat (51) and the lower frame member (152).
13. A railway thermal insulation transport vehicle, comprising an underframe (50) and a side wall as claimed in any one of claims 1-12; the underframe (50) is integrally foamed, and the underframe (50) is provided with a column reinforcing seat (51); and the side wall is fixed on the underframe (50).
14. A method for assembling a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle, used for assembling the railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 13, and the method comprises: integrally forming the underframe (50) and the side wall in a foaming manner; and aligning a position of the column (13) of the side wall with a position of the column reinforcing seat (51) on the underframe (50), and fixing the end part of the column (13) in the column reinforcing seat (51).
15. The method for assembling a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 14, wherein the method further includes: fixing the side wall sealing plate (16) at the welding window (14), and sealing the welding window (14).
16. The method for assembling a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 15, wherein the fixing the side wall sealing plate (16) at the welding window (14) and sealing the welding window (14) includes: fixing the sealing plate reinforcing board on the inner surface of the outer wall plate, and a portion of the sealing plate reinforcing board can be exposed through the welding window (14); and fixing the side wall sealing plate (16) on the portion, exposed through the welding window (14), of the sealing plate reinforcing board.
17. The method for assembling a railway thermal insulation transport vehicle as claimed in claim 15, including: fixing the column reinforcing board (19) on the column reinforcing seat (51) and the lower frame member (152).
