WATERPROOF STRUCTURE FOR BUTTON AND EARPHONE FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of earphone and, more
particularly, to a waterproof structure for a button and an earphone.
BACKGROUND
[0002] With a continuous development of science, technology and social economy, in
order to meet a diversified user demand for an earphone, an earphone industry is
continuing to innovate a plurality of earphone technologies, and a TWS (True Wireless
Stereo) earphone has come into our daily life. Waterproof for a button of the TWS
earphone has always been a difficulty in a waterproof design of the TWS earphone.
Since the button may produce a pressing stroke during a usage process, it may not
achieve a waterproof purpose like a plurality of other parts of the earphone through a
plurality of sealing means including using a rubber. Currently in market, the TWS
earphone is mainly achieving a waterproof purpose by adopting a two-color molded
structure between the button and a shell. In such a design, the button and the shell are
formed integrally, thus there is no assembly gap exists, being able to achieve a
satisfactory waterproof effect. However, since a principle of the two-color molded
waterproof for the button is mainly achieved by using a soft rubber to connect a plastic
button and the shell of the earphone together, while the gap between the plastic button
and the shell of the earphone is filled with the soft rubber, and in order to ensure a touch
feeling of the button, a stroke of the soft rubber in the gap should not be too little. Thus
an external space occupied by an entire button area will increase. Since a shape of a
handle of the earphone is pretty small, an existing two-color molded waterproof structure for the button can only be applied to a top of the earphone, instead of being applied to the handle of the earphone.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

disclosure is providing a waterproof structure for a button and an earphone, in order to
solve a problem in the prior art that a two-color molded waterproof structure for the
button, due to occupying a relatively large room, is impossible to be applied into a
handle of the earphone.
[0005] In order to achieve a goal stated above, the technical solution of the present
disclosure is as follows:
[0006] on one hand, the present disclosure provides a waterproof structure for a button,
the waterproof structure for the button is applied to an earphone;

Comparing with the two-color molded waterproof structure for the button that occupies a larger space, the waterproof structure for the button provided by the present embodiment may be made smaller, which not only makes a shape of the earphone more beautiful and refined, but also being able to be directly applied to the handle of the earphone.

and trigger the electronic micro switch 20, before achieving turning on or off the

What is claimed is:
1. A waterproof structure for a button, wherein the waterproof structure for button is
applied to an earphone; the waterproof structure for the button comprises:
a bracket, the bracket is applied to being arranged in a shell of the earphone;
an electronic micro switch, the electronic micro switch is arranged on the bracket and
connected with the bracket;
a soft waterproof piece, the soft waterproof piece is arranged on the bracket, one end of
the soft waterproof piece connects with the bracket, and another end of the soft
waterproof piece is applied to squeezing and touching an inner wall of the shell, and the
soft waterproof piece is arranged above the electronic micro switch and in contact with
the electronic micro switch;
a button, the button is arranged on the soft waterproof piece, one end of the button
connects with the soft waterproof piece, and another end of the button is applied to
extending out of an outer surface of the shell.
2. The waterproof structure for button according to claim 1, wherein the button
comprises:
a button body;
a pressing rod, the pressing rod is arranged on a side of the button body close to the
soft waterproof piece and connected with the button body;
a side of the soft waterproof piece close to the button body has a pressing cavity
arranged, and the pressing rod is arranged in the pressing cavity.
3. The waterproof structure for the button according to claim 2, wherein a side of the
button body close to the soft waterproof piece has at least one barrier arranged and
connected with the button body, the barrier is able to buckle up with the inner wall of the
shell; a side of the soft waterproof piece close to the button body has an accommodation cavity arranged, the barrier is arranged in the accommodation cavity, and an inner size of the accommodation cavity is larger than an outer size of the barrier.
4. The waterproof structure for the button according to claim 2, wherein a side of the
electronic micro switch away from the soft waterproof piece has a connection board
arranged, and the connection board connects with the electronic micro switch;
the bracket has a clamping position applied to fixing the connection board, and the
connection board is placed in the clamping position.
5. An earphone, wherein comprising the waterproof structure for the button according to
any one of the claims 1-4, the waterproof structure for the button is arranged on a side
of the handle of the earphone.
