Abstract
The invention relates to a node multiple fireproof structure provided with a foam fire
extinguishing and external display plate, which is characterized by comprising a lower support
column and an upper support pier, wherein the lower support column is arranged in a node, and
the upper support pier is opposite to the lower support column and there is an interval between
the two; a shock insulation support is arranged between the upper support pier and the lower
support column; ceramic fiber fireproof belts are arranged on two sides of the shock insulation
support; and external display plates positioned outside the ceramic fiber fireproof belts are
respectively and fixedly arranged on the wall surfaces of the two sides of the lower support
column and the upper support pier. Further, the upper surface of the lower support column and
the lower surface of the upper support pier are provided with embedded plates.
Description
Node Multiple Fireproof Structure Provided with a Foam Fire Extinguishing and External
Display Plate and Working Method thereof
The invention relates to a node multiple fireproof structure provided with a foam fire
extinguishing and external display plate and working method thereof.
With the development of economy and technology, people pay more and more attention to the
safety of structure. The actual earthquakes at home and abroad have proved that the shock
absorption technology can effectively reduce the earthquake action and protect the main structure.
At present, most of the existing node structures at home and abroad are filled by filling mineral
wool or calcium silicate boards, so that the requirements of horizontal displacement generated by
the shock isolation support cannot be met, and meanwhile, the node structures cannot meet the
requirements of fire resistance limit required by fire control design.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a node multiple fireproof
structure provided with a foam fire extinguishing and external display plate and working method
thereof which not only can meet the requirements of horizontal displacement generated by the
shock isolation support, but also can meet the requirements of the fire resistance limit required by
fire control design..

The invention relates to a node multiple fireproof structure provided with a foam fire
extinguishing and external display plate, which is characterized by comprising a lower support
column and an upper support pier, wherein the lower support column is arranged in a node, and the upper support pier is opposite to the lower support column and there is an interval between the two; a shock insulation support is arranged between the upper support pier and the lower support column; ceramic fiber fireproof belts are arranged on two sides of the shock insulation support; and external display plates positioned outside the ceramic fiber fireproof belts are respectively and fixedly arranged on the wall surfaces of the two sides of the lower support column and the upper support pier. Further, the upper surface of the lower support column and the lower surface of the upper support pier are provided with embedded plates.
Furthermore, the vibration isolation support is a rubber vibration isolation support and
comprises a vibration isolation support body and connecting plates positioned on the upper surface
and the lower surface of the vibration isolation support body, wherein the connecting plates are
tightly attached to the surfaces of the embedded plates.
Furthermore, the periphery sides of the shock isolation support are coated with a fire
prevention coating.
Furthermore, the ceramic fiber fireproof belt is V-shaped and is horizontally arranged; the
upper part of the V-shaped opening of the ceramic fiber fireproof belt is fixed on an embedded plate
connected with an upper support pier; and the lower part of the ceramic fiber fireproof belt is
naturally and vertically arranged on the embedded plate connected with a lower support column.
Furthermore, the external display plate comprises an upper section external display plate and a
lower section external display plate, wherein the upper end of the upper section external display
plate is fixed on the outer side wall of the upper support pier, the lower end of the lower section
external display plate is fixed on the outer side wall of the lower support column; the lower end of
the lower section external display plate is fixed on the outer side wall of the lower support column;
the upper section external display plate comprises an upper vertical section, a transverse section and
a lower vertical section which are sequentially connected; the upper vertical section is locked on the
outer side wall of the upper support pier through bolts; the lower section external display plate
comprises a lower straight section and an upper inclined section which is sequentially connected; a
lower straight section is locked on the outer side wall of the lower support column through bolts;
the lower surface of the lower vertical section is opposite to the upper surface of the upper inclined
section and there is an interval between the two; the interval is filled with flexible fireproof material.
Furthermore, the two side walls of the upper support pier are also provided with shock insulation
layer beam plates, and the shock insulation layer beam plates are connected with foam fire
extinguishing equipment.
Furthermore, the foam fire extinguishing equipment comprises a horizontal main pipe
embedded in the beam plate of the shock insulation layer, a vertical branch pipe connected with the
horizontal main pipe and a spray head connected with the vertical branch pipe.

column and the upper support pier. When installing, first install the shock isolation support in the
interval space between the upper support pillar and the lower support column, and then coat the
periphery sides of the shock isolation with a fire prevention coating; install ceramic fiberfireproof
belt on both sides of the shock isolation support; install the upper part of the ceramic fiberfireproof
belt on the lower surface of the upper support pier; the lower part of the ceramic fiberfireproof belt
are naturally hanging on the upper surface of the lower support pillar; and then the two side wall
surfaces of the lower support column and the upper support pier are respectively fixedly installed on
the external display plate outside the ceramic fiber fireproof belt.
The invention provides a node multiple fireproof structure provided with a foam fire
extinguishing and external display plate and working method thereof, which plays an important role
in building fireproof design, has multiple fireproof protection functions, has the advantages of
moderate manufacturing cost, reliable fireproof performance, quick installation and replacement,
attractive node and the like, and can be widely applied to various shock insulation buildings.
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the figures and the
specific embodiments thereof.

is not limited thereto.
The provides a node multiple fireproof structure provided with a foam fire extinguishing and
external display plate comprising a lower support column 4 and an upper support pier 2, wherein
the lower support column 4 is arranged in a node, and the upper support pier 2 is opposite to the
lower support column 4 and there is an interval between the two; a shock insulation support 3 is
arranged between the upper support pier 2 and the lower support column 4; ceramic fiber fireproof
belts 6 are arranged on two sides of the shock insulation support; and external display plates 5
positioned outside the ceramic fiber fireproof belts are respectively and fixedly arranged on the wall
surfaces of the two sides of the lower support column and the upper support pier; the external
display plate is a fireproof plate made of carbonized fiber reinforced concrete; and the carbonized
fiber reinforced concrete is a high-temperature-resistant, light and high-strength composite material.
Furthermore, in order to be reasonable in design, the upper surface of the lower support pier
and the lower surface of the upper support pier are provided with an embedded plate 303.

vibration isolation support, comprising a vibration isolation support body 301 and connecting plates
302 positioned on the upper surface and the lower surface of the vibration isolation support body,

naturally and vertically arranged on the embedded plate connected with a lower support column; a
fireproof material in a node adopts a finished ceramic fiber fireproof belt; the ceramic fiber is a
fibrous light fireproof material and has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance,
good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small specific heat, mechanical vibration
resistance and the like; and the ceramic fiber is manufactured through a double-sided needling
process. The thickness of the ceramic fiber fireproof belt can be selected according to the
requirements of the fire resistance limit required by fire control design.
Furthermore, the external display plate comprises an upper section external display plate 502
and a lower section external display plate 501, wherein the upper end of the upper section external
display plate is fixed on the outer side wall of the upper support pier, the lower end of the lower
section external display plate is fixed on the outer side wall of the lower support column; the lower
end of the lower section external display plate is fixed on the outer side wall of the lower support
column; the upper section external display plate 502 comprises an upper vertical section, a
transverse section and a lower vertical section which are sequentially connected; the upper vertical
section is locked on the outer side wall of the upper support pier through bolts; the lower section
external display plate comprises a lower straight section and an upper inclined section which is
sequentially connected; a lower straight section is locked on the outer side wall of the lower support
column through bolts; the lower surface of the lower vertical section is opposite to the upper surface
of the upper inclined section and there is an interval between the two; the interval is filled with
flexible fireproof material. The functions of the extension of the lower section plate are as follows:
(1) an epitaxial fireproof transition surface is formed; (2) an installation working surface of an
internal fireproof belt is enlarged; the extension width of the lower section plate can be set
according to the horizontal displacement requirements of the shock insulation support by design;
the isolation joint is filled with a flexible fireproof material; and the shock insulation support can
freely generate horizontal deformation and reset. The upper end of the ceramic fiber fireproof belt is fixed with the upper support pier by an expansion anchor bolt without gaps, and the lower end of the ceramic fiber fireproof belt is in free contact with the lower support pier. In order to keep enough length to adapt to the horizontal deformation length of the shock isolation support, the ceramic fiber fireproof belt is made into a V shape (folded line shape in the middle) and covers the shock isolation support. The horizontal deformation of the shock insulation support cannot be hindered after the ceramic fiber fireproof belt is installed.
Furthermore, the two side walls of the upper support pier are also provided with shock
insulation layer beam plates 1, and the shock insulation layer beam plates are connected with foam
fire extinguishing equipment.

the shock insulation layer, and the foam fire extinguishing equipment can extinguish fire or reduce
the temperature of the outer layer of the shock insulation support. The foam fire extinguishing
equipment consists of a fire extinguishing system consisting of a plurality of horizontal main pipes,
vertical branch pipes and spray heads, and each shock isolation support is provided with one spray
head.

support in the interval space between the upper support pillar and the lower support column, and then coat the periphery sides of the shock isolation with a fire prevention coating; install ceramic fiber fireproof belt on both sides of the shock isolation support; install the upper part of the ceramic fiber fireproof belt on the lower surface of the upper support pier; the lower part of the ceramic fiber fireproof belt are naturally hanging on the upper surface of the lower support pillar; and then the two side wall surfaces of the lower support column and the upper support pier are respectively fixedly installed on the external display plate outside the ceramic fiber fireproof belt.
The node multiple fireproof structure provided with a foam fire extinguishing and external
display plate plays an important role in building fireproof design, has multiple fireproof protection
functions, has the advantages of moderate manufacturing cost, reliable fireproof performance, quick
installation and replacement, attractive node and the like, and can be widely applied to various
shock insulation buildings. The invention can meet the requirements of no maintenance under the
action of small earthquake and strong wind, no repair or repair under medium earthquake and repair
or replacement under the action of large earthquake.

column and the upper support pier.

external display plate according to claim 1 is characterized in that an embedded plate is
arranged on the upper surface of the lower support column and the lower surface of the upper
support pier.
3. The node multiple fireproof structure provided with a foam fire extinguishing and
external display plate according to claim 2 is characterized in that the shock isolation support is
a rubber shock isolation support and comprises a shock isolation support body and connecting
plates positioned on the upper surface and the lower surface of the shock isolation support body,
and the connecting plates are tightly attached to the surfaces of the embedded plates.

comprises an upper section external display plate and a lower section external display plate; the
upper end of the upper section external display plate is fixed on the outer side wall of an upper
support pier; the lower end of the lower section external display plate is fixed on the outer side
wall of the lower support column; the upper section external display plate comprises an upper
vertical section, a transverse section and a lower vertical section which are sequentially
connected; the upper vertical section is locked on the outer side wall of the upper support pier
through bolts; the lower section external display plate comprises a lower straight section and an
upper inclined section which is sequentially connected; a lower straight section is locked on the
outer side wall of the lower support column through bolts; the lower surface of the lower
vertical section is opposite to the upper surface of the upper inclined section and there is an
interval between the two; the interval is filled with flexible fireproof material.

external display plate according to claim 2 is characterized in that the two side walls of the
upper support pier are also provided with shock insulation layer beam plates, and the shock
insulation layer beam plates are connected with foam fire extinguishing equipment.
