FIG.1
Breathing Training Sputum Excretion Device for Patient with Tracheotomy Coma
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical devices, and particularly relates to a breathing training
sputum excretion device for a patient with tracheotomy coma.
Background Art
During the treatment and rehabilitation of respiratory diseases, the removal of airway secretions for a
patient is of great importance. At present, a sputum excretion machine is generally used for sputum
excretion for a patient. The sputum excretion machine replaces the traditional manual chest percussion,
tremor and body position drainage by directional squeezing and pushing. Deep liquid accumulation of
long-term retention in the lung can be vibrated in multiple directions, squeezed and directionally induced to
discharge the sputum out of the body. Besides, the most unique function is that the blood circulation of the
lung can be improved, venous stasis can be prevented, respiratory muscles can be relaxed, and the muscle
tension of the whole body can be improved. The cough reflex generated by enhancing respiratory muscle
force is beneficial to body rehabilitation.
However, the existing sputum excretion machine can only be applied to patients in an awake state and
cannot be applied to comatose patients. At present, aiming at sputum excretion of coma patients, two
medical staffs need to supply air to the patient while massaging and exhausting, which largely consumes
manpower.
Summary of the Invention
The invention aims to provide a breathing training sputum excretion device for a patient with tracheotomy
coma aiming at the current situation that an existing sputum excretion machine cannot be suitable for coma
patients.
In order to achieve the object, the invention adopts the following technical solution: a breathing training
sputum excretion device for a patient with tracheotomy coma, comprising: an air bag, a three-channel air
duct and a connecting joint;
wherein the connecting joint and the air bag are respectively arranged at a front end and a rear end of the
three-channel air duct; the three-channel air duct comprises a main duct and a first channel, a second channel, a third channel and a vibration device arranged in the main duct, wherein the first channel, the second channel, and the third channel divide an interior of the main duct into three cavities which are respectively communicated with the both ends of the main duct but are not communicated with one another; the first channel is communicated with the air bag at a rear end; a one-way diaphragm leading to outside is arranged at a rear end of the second channel, and the vibration device is arranged inside the second channel; a through hole leading to the outside is arranged at a rear end of the third channel, and a through hole sealing plug is arranged outside the through hole.
Furthermore, an air inlet with a one-way valve is arranged at a tail part of the air bag.
Furthermore, the main duct is an L-shaped bent pipe.
Furthermore, the connecting joint is made of an elastic rubber material, and a longitudinal section of the
connecting joint is trapezoidal.
Furthermore, the vibration device is a spring piece and a vibration block, one end of the spring piece is
fixed in the second channel, and the other end of the spring piece is connected with the vibration block.
Furthermore, the air bag is provided with scales.
When the device is used, the connecting joint is inserted into a trachea cannula of the patient, while the
connecting joint is made of an elastic rubber material and can be suitable for different types of trachea
cannula. A sealing plug is used for closing a through hole of a third channel, a compression air bag supplies
air to the trachea, the patient exhales through a second channel and drives a vibration device, and a
vibration block vibrates up and down to generate a vibration effect on the airway. A through hole of the
third channel is opened after multiple air intakes and exhales, a sputum suction tube is inserted and
penetrated into the trachea, and vibrated sputum fragment is sucked out while the patient exhales.
The breathing training sputum excretion device is novel in structure and convenient to use. The breathing
training sputum excretion device can be operated by one person to discharge sputum for a patient with
tracheotomy coma, manpower is saved, and meanwhile, the vibration block vibrates up and down, so that a
vibration effect is generated on an airway, and the breathing training sputum excretion device has the
effects of exercising exhalation and promoting sputum excretion for the coma patient.
