4. The protecting and reinforcing structure for an ecological man-made island according to Claim 3, wherein the shape of the upright plate (17) is a circular arc; the sectional shape of the upright plate (17) is a rectangle; and the sectional shape of the buffer plate (12) is a circular arc.

The protecting and reinforcing structure for an ecological man-made island according to Claim 3, wherein the sectional shape of each of the wave damping holes (13) is a trapezoid; the height of a rear end of each of the wave damping holes (13) is greater than that of a front end of the wave damping hole (13); a plurality of wave damping holes (13) are provided, distributed at an equal interval on the front side of the upper end of the upright plate (17).
