Abstract
The invention relates to a loose coal and rock drilling device, which comprises a drilling
machine, a drill rod, a positioning vertical platform and a supporting truss, wherein the
drilling machine and the drill rod are fixed on the positioning vertical platform, and the drill
rod is vertical to the ground; the positioning vertical platform is fixed on the supporting truss;
the positioning vertical platform is provided with a guide rail, and the drilling machine
reciprocates on the guide rail in the working state of the drilling machine; and the supporting
truss is in a herringbone structure, which comprises a cross beam, the bottom of the cross
beam is provided with rollers, the cross beam is used for fixing the positioning vertical
platform, and the rollers are used for moving the supporting truss and the drilling machine to
a preset position when the drilling machine changes working places. The invention has the
characteristics of simple structure and easy operation, and can effectively solve the problems
of low drilling efficiency, low hole forming rate and poor safety when drilling and grouting
operation is carried out in loose coal and rock.

Drilling Device and Method for Loose Coal Rock
The invention relates to a drilling device and a drilling method, in particular to a drilling device and a drilling method suitable for loose coal rock.
The high-steep gangue hill formed by the open-air accumulation of the coal gangue not only occupies a large amount of land resources, pollutes the ground surface and underground water sources, but also releases a large amount of toxic and harmful gases such as SO2, CO, H2S, benzo (a) grate and the like due to the spontaneous combustion of the coal gangue, thus causing atmospheric pollution and damaging the ecological environment, possibly causing more destructive disasters such as water gas explosion and the like, and resulting in serious property loss and casualties. It has important safety and economic significance to control the coal gangue hill and prevent the gangue hill from spontaneous combustion.
At present, a commonly used method for preventing the spontaneous combustion of the gangue hill is a grouting fire extinguishing method. Through drilling and grouting into the gangue hill, and by adoption of the grouting fire extinguishing method, on the one hand, part of heat (cooling down) is taken away through evaporation of slurry water; and on the other hand, the gangue is wrapped by the fire extinguishing material, so that oxygen supply is isolated, and gas circulation (oxygen isolation) on the slope surface of the gangue hill is blocked, thus achieving the purpose of extinguishing fire. But the expected effect is better than the actual effect. This is mainly because the gangue hill belongs to the loose structure of the porous medium, it is easy to get the phenomena of jamming of a drilling tool, hole collapse, bit reddening and softening and the like during the drilling operation, so that the grouting drilling operation is difficult. Therefore, the grouting drilling method needs to be improved urgently, but at present, there is no drilling method that can adapt to the loose coal rock structure and effectively improve the probability of pore formation and the drilling efficiency.
The invention provides an effective drilling device and a drilling method which are suitable for loose coal and rock structure, and the grouting fire extinguishing effect is improved to a great extent.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
The invention relates to a loose coal rock drilling device, which comprises a drilling machine, a drill rod, a positioning vertical platform and a supporting truss; wherein the drilling machine is fixed on the positioning vertical platform together with the drill rod, and the drill rod is vertical to the ground; the positioning vertical platform is fixed on the supporting truss; the positioning vertical platform is provided with a guide rail, and the drilling machine reciprocates on the guide rail in a working state of the drilling machine; and the supporting truss is in a herringbone structure and comprises a cross beam, the bottom of the cross beam is provided with rollers, the cross beam is used for fixing the positioning vertical platform, and the rollers are used for moving the supporting truss together with the drilling machine to a preset position when the drilling machine changes the location for operation.
In the aforesaid loose coal rock drilling device, wheels are also arranged on the positioning vertical platform, the positioning vertical platform is connected with the supporting truss through a connecting piece, after the operation of the drilling machine is finished, the positioning vertical platform is separated from the supporting truss through loosening the connecting piece, and then the positioning vertical platform and the drilling machine are moved to a preset position by the wheels.
In the aforesaid loose coal rock drilling device, the drilling machine is a down hole drilling machine.
In the loose coal rock drilling device, the rollers are universal wheels.
The invention relates to a loose coal rock drilling method, which adopts the aforesaid loose coal rock drilling device to drill holes and comprises the following steps:
(a) Selecting a drilling position, moving the loose coal rock drilling device to the drilling position, and keeping the drill rod (2) vertical to the ground;
(b) Starting the drilling machine (1) to make the drilling machine (1) do reciprocating motion on the guide rail (301), starting to insert a grouting pipe into the drilling hole along with the deepening of the drilling hole, and pouring pre-configured drilling hole flushing liquid into the drilling hole;
(c) After the drilling operation is completed, the drilling machine (1) and the drill rod (2) are quickly moved to a preset position through the supporting truss (4) and the positioning vertical platform (3) to start the next drilling operation.
Compared with the above technical solutions, the invention has the following advantages:
OThe invention relates to a loose coal rock drilling device and a drilling method. Because the drilling machine is fixed on the positioning vertical platform, the positioning vertical platform is fixed on the supporting truss, the drilling machine can conduct reciprocating motion on the positioning vertical platform, the drill rod is vertical to the ground for drilling, and grouting operation is carried out on the drill hole in time while drilling. Therefore, the invention can effectively solve the problems of easily jamming of the drilling tool and low hole forming rate.
The invention provides a loose coal rock drilling device and a method. Because the adoption the structure of the drilling machine fixed the positioning vertical platform and the positioning vertical platform fixed on the supporting truss, workers can remotely operate the drilling machine for operation, and the drilling stability is high. Therefore, the adoption of the invention can effectively avoid the occurrence of high temperature steam injury accident in the prevention of spontaneous combustion grouting drilling operation of gangue hill, so that the safety of drilling operation can be ensured.
The invention provides a loose coal rock mass drilling device and a method. Because the adoption of positioning vertical platform and the supporting truss can be formed by welding simple steel pipes with low cost, by means of the device and the method for drilling the loose coal rock, the problems of drilling cost increase and complicated program can be effectively while the problem of drilling effectiveness and safety is effectively solved.
In order to make the content of the invention easier to be understood, a further detailed description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof in combination with the attached drawings, in which:

In order to make the object, technical solutions and advantages of the invention more apparent, embodiments of the invention will be further described in detail below in combination with the attached drawings.
Figures 1-2 shows a preferred embodiment of the loose coal rock drilling device of the invention.
Embodiment I
The loose coal rock drilling device comprises a drilling machine 1, a drilling rod 2, a positioning vertical platform 3 and a supporting truss 4; wherein the drilling machine 1 is fixed on the positioning vertical platform 3 together with the drilling rod 2, and the drilling rod 2 is perpendicular to the ground; the positioning vertical platform 3 is fixed on the supporting truss 4; the positioning vertical platform 3 is provided with a guide rail 301; the supporting truss 4 is in a herringbone structure, which comprises a cross beam 401; the bottom of the cross beam 401 is provided with rollers 402; the cross beam 401 is used for fixing the positioning vertical platform 3; and the rollers 402 are used for moving the supporting truss 4 together with the drilling machine 1 to a preset position when the drilling machine 1 changes location for operation.
In this embodiment, the drilling machine 1 is a down-hole drilling machine.
In this embodiment, the rollers 402 are universal wheels.
The method for drilling holes in the loose coal rock by using the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(a) Selecting a drilling position, moving the loose coal rock drilling device to the drilling position, and keeping the drill rod 2 perpendicular to the ground;
(b) Starting the drilling machine 1 to make the drilling machine 1 do reciprocating motion on the guide rail 301, starting to insert a grouting pipe into the drilling hole along with the deepening of the drilling hole, and pouring pre-configured drilling hole flushing liquid into the drilling hole;
(c) After the drilling operation is completed, moving the positioning vertical platform 3 to a preset position together with the drilling machine (1) and the drilling rod (2) through the supporting truss 4 to start the next drilling operation.
Embodiment II
The loose coal rock drilling device comprises a drilling machine 1, a drilling rod 2, a positioning vertical platform 3 and a supporting truss 4, wherein the drilling machine 1 is fixed on the positioning vertical platform 3 together with the drilling rod 2, and the drilling rod 2 is perpendicular to the ground; the positioning vertical platform 3 is fixed on the supporting truss 4; the positioning vertical platform 3 is provided with a guide rail 301; the supporting truss 4 is in a herringbone structure, which comprises a cross beam 401; the bottom of the cross beam 401 is provided with rollers 402; the cross beam 401 is used for fixing the positioning vertical platform 3; and the rollers 402 are used for moving the supporting truss 4 to a preset position together with the drilling machine 1 when the drilling machine 1 changes the position for operation.
In this embodiment, the positioning vertical platform 3 is also provided with wheels 302, the positioning vertical platform 3 is connected with the supporting truss 4 through a connecting piece 403, after the operation of the drilling machine 1 is completed, the positioning vertical table 3 is separated from the supporting truss 4 by loosening the connecting piece 403, and then the positioning vertical platform 3 is moved to a preset position through the wheel 302 together with the drilling machine 1.
In this embodiment, the drilling machine 1 is a down-hole drilling machine.
In this embodiment, the rollers 402 are universal wheels.
The method for drilling holes in the loose coal rock body by using the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(a) Selecting a drilling position, moving the loose coal rock drilling device to the drilling position, and keeping the drill rod 2 perpendicular to the ground;
(b) Starting the drilling machine 1 to make the drilling machine 1 do reciprocating motion on the guide rail 301, starting to insert a grouting pipe into the drilling hole along with the deepening of the drilling hole, and pouring pre-configured drilling hole flushing liquid into the drilling hole;
(c) After the drilling operation is completed, loosening the connecting piece 403 to separate the positioning vertical platform 3 from the supporting truss 4;
(d) Moving the drilling machine (1) and the drill rod (2) to a preset position by means of the positioning vertical platform 3;
(e) Moving the support truss (4) to a preset position and then fixing the positioning vertical platform (3) on the support truss (4) through the connecting piece (403);
(f) Starting the drilling machine (1) to start the next drilling operation.
Apparently, the aforesaid embodiments are only adopted for the sake of clearly explain that the above-described examples, not for the restriction of the implementation mode. On the basis of the above description, other different forms of changes or variations may also be made for ordinary technical personnel in the art. It is not necessary or impossible to be enumerating all the embodiments herein. While the obvious changes or variations thereof are within the protection scope of the invention.

1. The invention relates to a loose coal rock drilling device, which is characterized by comprising a drilling machine (1), a drill rod (2), a positioning vertical platform (3) and a supporting truss (4);
The drilling machine (1) and the drill rod (2) are fixed on the positioning vertical platform (3), and the drill rod (2) is vertical to the ground;
The positioning vertical platform (3) is fixed on the supporting truss (4);
The positioning vertical table (3) is provided with a guide rail (301), and under the working state of the drilling machine (1), the drilling machine (1) reciprocates on the guide rail (301);
The supporting truss (4) is in a herringbone structure, which comprises a cross beam (401) with rollers (402) arranged at the bottom, the cross beam (401) is used for fixing the positioning vertical platform (3), and the rollers (402) is used for moving the supporting truss (4) together with the drilling machine (1) to a preset position when the drilling machine (1) changes place for operation.

The loose coal rock drilling device according to claim 1, which is characterized in that the positioning vertical platform (3) is also provided with a wheel (302), the positioning vertical platform (3) is connected with the supporting truss (4) through a connecting piece (403). After the operation of the drilling machine (1) is completed, the positioning vertical platform (3) is separated from the supporting truss (4) by loosening the connecting piece (403), and then the positioning vertical platform (3) together with the drilling machine (1) are moved to a preset position through the wheel (302).
3. According to any one of claims 1 or 2, the loose coal rock drilling device is characterized in that the drilling machine (1) is a down- hole drilling machine.
4. According to any one of claims 1 or 2, the loose coal rock body drilling device is characterized in that the rollers (402) is a universal wheel.
5. The invention relates to a loose coal rock body drilling method, which is characterized in that according to claims 1-4, the loose coal rock body drilling device used for drilling comprises the following steps:
(a) Selecting a drilling position, moving the loose coal rock drilling device to the drilling position, and keeping the drill rod (2) vertical to the ground;
(b) Starting the drilling machine (1) to make the drilling machine (1) do reciprocating motion on the guide rail (301), starting to insert a grouting pipe into the drilling hole along with the deepening of the drilling hole, and pouring pre-configured drilling hole flushing liquid into the drilling hole;
(c) After the drilling operation is completed, the drilling machine (1) and the drill rod (2) are quickly moved to a preset position through the supporting truss (4) and the positioning vertical platform (3) to start the next drilling operation.
