Description of Related Art
Security during disasters has always been a constant problem at all times. After a disaster, such as after an earthquake or a fire, there will always be some people who temporarily lose their residence, resulting in nowhere to live. Although there are some supplies like tents, not all tents are available in time. This will lead to shortage in use. In order to relieve the pressure in this situation, the present invention proposes a new solution.
In order to solve the problem of people losing their residence and having nowhere to live after a disaster, the present invention provides a rapid expansion seat.
In order to achieve the foregoing objective, the present invention adopts the following solution:
A rapid expansion seat, comprising a plurality of first main rods, second main rods, third main rods, fourth main rods, and fifth main rods, wherein the fourth main rod and the fifth main rod are both retractable structures, and the retractable structures in the fourth main rod and the fifth main rod are a fourth sub-rod and a fifth sub-rod, respectively;

In the drawings, 1 first main rod, 11 first sealing plate, 2 second main rod, 3 third main rod, 33 third side plate, 4 fourth main rod, 41 fourth sub-rod, 5 fifth main rod, 51 fifth sub-rod, 55 fifth sealing plate, 6 sixth sealing plate, 7 seventh sealing plate, 8 flexible rain cloth.
The present invention is further illustrated in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in FIG.1, a rapid expansion seat comprises a plurality of first main rods 1, and each two of the first main rods 1 are connected by an X-shaped contraction structure to form an overall stretchable structure. Such an X-shaped structure is based on a retractable structure similar to sliding doors.
One end of each first main rod 1 is vertically fixed to one end of a retractable fourth main rod 4, and the other end of the first main rod 1 is fixed at an angle of 75 degrees to one end of a second main rod 2; the fourth main rod 4 and the second main rod 2 not only serve as a support when the device is used as a bench, but also serve as a frame support when the entire device is supported up.
When the present invention needs to be erected as a shelter, the following conditions are required in terms of the size in order to satisfy the ability as a bench and as a support beam of a shelter:
the other end of the second main rod 2 is hinged to one end of a third main rod 3; the other end of the third main rod 3 is hinged to a fourth sub-rod 41 in the fourth main rod 4 by means of a fifth main rod 5 having a retractable structure; the retractable structures in the four main rod 4 and the fifth main rod 5 are the fourth sub-rod 41 and a fifth sub-rod 51, respectively.
From FIG. 6, the following proportional relationships can be obtained through formulas such as trigonometric functions:
(1) The retractable structures in the fourth main rod 4 and the fifth main rod 5 are the fourth sub-rod 41 and the fifth sub-rod 51 respectively; and the length of the fourth sub-rod 41 is the same as the length of the fourth main rod 4, and the length of the fifth sub-rod 51 is the same as the length of the fifth main rod 5; the length of the third main rod 3 is twice the length of the second main rod 2.
(2) Each two of the first main rods 1 and each two of the fifth main rods 5 are connected by an X-shaped contraction structure.
(3) The length of the first main rod 1 is equal to 0.78 times the length of the second main rod 2 plus 1.73 times the length of the fifth main rod 5.
(4) The length of the fifth main rod 5 is equal to 2.9 times the length of the second main rod 2 minus 2 times the length of the fifth main rod 5.
With the above conditions (1), (2), (3), and (4), after calculation, the fifth main rod 5 and the fifth sub-rod 51 are required to meet the following conditions to make the bench into the support beam of the shelter:
The sum of the lengths of the fifth main rod 5 and the fifth sub-rod 51 is equal to the length of the first main rod 1 minus half the length of the fourth main rod 4.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, when the present invention satisfies the conditions to be a bench, the posture to be maintained is: when the fourth sub-rod 41 and the fifth sub-rod 51 are in a contracted state, and the hinge point of the fourth sub-rod 41 and the fifth sub-rod 51 is tilted in the direction toward the first main rod 1, the hinge point of the fourth sub-rod 41 and the fifth sub-rod 51 and the hinge point of the hinge point of the second main rod 2 and the third main rod 3 contact the ground. In this case, the first main rod 1 serves as a support surface of the bench. When the plurality of first main rods 1 are compressed together by the X-shaped structures, the plurality of first main rods 1 form a complete bench board side by side. When there is no disaster, people can rest on it.
When it is desired to turn the bench into a shelter, where the fourth sub-rod 41 and the fifth sub-rod 51 are in an extended state with all joints being in a hinged state, a third sealing plate 33, a sixth sealing plate 6 and a seventh sealing plate 7 are assembled and fixed in a region enclosed by the first main rod 1, the second main rod 2, the third main rod 3, the fourth main rod 4, the fourth sub-rod 41, the fifth main rod 5, and the fifth sub-rod 51.
As shown in FIG. 3, a first sealing plate 11 is fixed between each two of the first main rods 1; a fifth sealing plate 55 is disposed in front of the fifth main rod 5 and the fifth branch rod 51 adjacent to each other; and the sealing of the shelter is accomplished by using the first sealing plate 11 and the fifth sealing plate 55, so as to protect people in the shelter from wind and rain. After the shelter of the present invention is formed, as shown in FIG. 4, a flexible rain cloth 8 is further connected in front of the fourth main rod 4 and the fourth sub-rod 41. Although the flexible rain cloth 8 is normally folded between each two of the fourth main rods 4, when the device serves as a shelter, the flexible rain cloth 8 can be unfolded to seal the roof of the shelter.
After the entire periphery and the top of the shelter are sealed, a shelter inside which people can be live is completed, so as to provide a temporary and safe residence when disaster strikes.
