Description

ADJUSTED DOOR OPENING SIZE-CONTROLLABLE CERVICAL VERTEBRA POSTERIOR MODELING STEEL PLATE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The disclosure pertains to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly to an adjusted door opening size-controllable cervical vertebra posterior modeling steel plate.
BACKGROUND
[0002] The majority of patients with cervical spondylosis have inferior cervical vertebrae lesions. Degeneration, stenosis, hyperostosis, instability and the like are common clinical 1 0 pathological phenomena, which can seriously affect patients' daily life, work and quality of life.
Surgery is one of effective treatment methods at present. The purpose of surgery is to restore the normal sequence of cervical vertebra as well as curvature, height and mobility of cervical vertebra, maintain the stability of cervical vertebra, improve the press state of intraspinal nerves, and improve and restore its normal function. There are some problems in the surgery process of 1 5 the existing cervical vertebra posterior modeling steel plate: 1, the door needs to be opened before the steel plate is placed, and when the existing surgical instrument is used to open the door, it is easy to cause the fracture of the bolt side; 2, after the vertebral plate is opened, the screw is placed, because in the process of placing the screw, especially when the pressure is applied on the vertebral plate side, it is easy to cause the instability of the vertebral plate, or 20 even due to the fracture of the bolt side, the medullispinal stimulation during the surgery is caused or new oppression is formed after the surgery; 3, the present modeling steel plate does not easily grasp the width of the door opening side, cervical 5 nerve traction syndrome may be caused if the door is excessively opened , and insufficient decompression is easily caused due to insufficient door opening so as to affect the clinical effect.
