Abstract

Abstract The invention potato seed coating agent relates to the pesticide field, the aphids and late blight are commonly occurred in the potato production and result serious pest and disease. The latest prevention methods in recent years is seed dressing with chemicals, but the method has the disadvantages of high dropping rate and short effective period. The invention provides a water-based suspended potato special seed coating agent produced with a suspending agent processing technique, the raw material contains pesticide effective ingredients metalaxyl, imidacloprid and accessories such as: growth regulator, dispersant, anticaking agent, suspending agent, film former, filler, preservative and colorant. The invention has efficient, sustained-release effect in growing period, and has beneficial effects of long-term efficiency, low toxicity, pollution-free, environmental protection, labor and time saving, and low production cost.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to a kind of potato seed coating agent.
BACKGROUND
Aphids and late blight are the most prevalent in potato production, resulting in most serious diseases and pests loss, often being compromised. The aphids can not only puncture the juice, cause partial necrosis of the plant, but also can cause rapid degradation of the variety by taking food to propagate the virus disease; the prevention and treatment of the aphids is mainly in the context of an effective aphid resistance variety; the prevention and treatment of the aphids is mainly a chemical agent aptamer spray and the natural enemy; the late blight bacteria is a plant pathogenic fungus, and the strain potatoes are currently considered to be an important link of disease propagation and prevalence.
The seed coating agent is a pesticide dosage form which is formed by combining a pesticide, a micro-fertilizer, a film-forming agent, a filler and a related auxiliary agent, is a new seed treatment technology and widely applied to crops such as wheat, corn, cotton, beet, sunflower, flying forage grass and the like, and has a remarkable effect on preventing and treating agricultural insects such as underground pests, aphids, thistle, leaf cicada and the like. It saves time and labor, and results in less pollution compared with other pesticide application technologies. At present, there are not many research reports on the treatment of potato seed potatoes at home and abroad. The invention discloses a potato seed coating agent and a preparation method thereof. According to the occurrence characteristics of the prevention and treatment object, the high-efficiency low-toxicity pesticide is selected in a targeted manner as an active ingredient, and the special seed coating agent for water-based suspended potatoes prepared by using the corresponding suspending agent processing technology is used for preventing and treating aphids and late blight of the potato seedling stage.

The potato seed coating agent is prepared by following method comprising steps:
A. adding metered metalaxyl raw drugs, imidacloprid raw drugs, growth regulators, dispersing agents, anti-caking agents, film-forming agents, fillers, preservatives, colorant and water in a highshear emulsifying dispersion machine in proportion, and stirring and mixing;
B. uniformly dispersing the above mixed liquid under a vacuum sealing condition for about 30 minutes;

C. adding the above mixed liquid into the sand mill with a circulating water cooling device at a uniform speed to grind for about 1 hour, add an aqueous solution prepared by a suspending agent to adjust the viscosity, and mix and stir before discharging;

  1. Claims
    1. Potato seed coating agent is provided with a pesticide effective component and a pesticide acceptable auxiliary material, wherein the weight percentage of each ingredient is as follows:
    pesticide active component metalaxyl 5-15% imidacloprid 1-2.5% growth regulator 0.10. 5% dispersing agent 2-7% anti-Caking Agent 1-4% suspending Agent 1-6% film-forming agent 0.1-3% filler 1-10% preservative 1-3% colorant 0.5-5% water Balance;
    the growth regulator is gibberellin or ABT 5 rooting powder or fulvic acid or a petroleum growth promoter or a plurality of substances the dispersant is nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether or octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether or phenethylphenol polyoxyethylene ether or fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, or a combination thereof, the anti-caking agent is sodium aluminosilicate or tricalcium phosphate or silicon dioxide or a combination thereof, the suspending agent is xanthan gum or white carbon black or polyvinyl alcohol or carboxymethyl cellulose sodium or polyvinylpyrrolidone or a combination thereof, the film-forming agent is polyvinyl alcohol or vinyl polyester acid vinyl ester or modified starch or a combination thereof, the filler is kaolin or bentonite or attapulgite clay or diatomite or talcum powder or a plurality of substances

  3. 3. The potato seed coating agent according to claim 1, wherein the potato seed coating agent is prepared by following method comprising steps:
    A. adding metered metalaxyl raw drugs, imidacloprid raw drugs, growth regulators, dispersing agents, anti-caking agents, film-forming agents, fillers, preservatives, colorant and water in a high-shear emulsifying dispersion machine in proportion, and stirring and mixing;
    B. uniformly dispersing the above mixed liquid under a vacuum sealing condition for about 30 minutes;
    C. adding the above mixed liquid into the sand mill with a circulating water cooling device at a uniform speed to grind for about 1 hour, add an aqueous solution prepared by a suspending agent to adjust the viscosity, and mix and stir before discharging;
    D. weigh and package.
