Abstract A hinge with an automatic tension adjustment comprises a right metal plate, wherein the left end of the right metal plate is connected with a hollow rotating chamber, a left metal plate is arranged on the left side of the hollow rotating chamber, hollow rotating blocks are symmetrically connected to an upper portion and a lower portion of the right end of the left metal plate, the hollow rotating chamber is located between the two hollow rotating blocks and is located on the same axis as the hollow rotating blocks, a rotating pin is inserted in the middle of the hollow rotating block on the upper portion, movably connected with the hollow rotating block on the upper portion and fixedly connected with the hollow rotating chamber, an automatic tension adjustment is arranged in the hollow rotating block on the lower portion, a torsion spring is fixedly connected between the rotating pin and the automatic tension adjustment, and an internal hexagonal adjustment hole is formed in the bottom center of the automatic tension adjustment. Users can adjust the tension of the torsion spring in the hinge, and the automatic tension adjustment is arranged below the hinge body so that the hinge can be conveniently adjusted during its operation without disassembling the tension adjustment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hinges, in particular to a hinge with an automatic tension adjustment.
Description of Related Art
As mechanical devices used for rotatably connecting two objects, hinges consist of movable components or foldable materials and are typically installed on door/windows. There are two types of hinges, self-closing hinges and nonself-closing hinges.
However, existing self-closing hinges have the following technical problems:
1. Most existing common self-closing hinges do not have a spring tension adjustment function, and consequentially, the self-closing force of the hinges cannot be adjusted.
2. The spring tension adjustment on most existing hinges are fixed through a pin or a set screw to adjust the self-closing force, this structure requires the pin or the set screw to be removed before adjustment, and consequentially, the adjustment process is complex.
In view of this, the invention designs a hinge with an automatic tension adjustment to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Brief Summary of the Invention (1) Technical issue to be settled
To solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, the invention provides a hinge with an automatic tension adjustment.
(2) Technical solution
A hinge with an automatic tension adjustment comprises a right metal plate, wherein the left end of the right metal plate is connected with a hollow rotating chamber, a left metal plate is arranged on the left side of the hollow rotating chamber, hollow rotating blocks are symmetrically connected to an upper portion and a lower portion of the right end of the left metal plate, the hollow rotating chamber is located between the two hollow rotating blocks and is located on the same axis as the hollow rotating blocks, a rotating pin is inserted in the middle of the hollow rotating block on the upper portion, movably connected with the hollow rotating block on the upper portion and is fixedly connected with the hollow rotating chamber, an automatic tension adjustment is arranged in the hollow rotating block on the lower portion, a torsion spring is fixedly connected between the rotating pin and the automatic tension adjustment, and an internal hexagonal adjustment hole is formed in the bottom center of the automatic tension adjustment.
Furthermore, the automatic tension adjustment comprises a pawl base, an automatic tension adjuster is inserted in the lower portion of the pawl base, an internal hexagonal adjustment hole is formed in the top center of the automatic tension adjuster, an installation hole is horizontally formed in a middle of the automatic tension adjuster, an elastic piece is arranged in an inner cavity of the installation hole, the left and right ends of the elastic piece are fixedly connected with chamfered adjustment blocks, the pawl base is fixedly connected with the hollow rotating block on the lower portion, and the tail end of the automatic tension adjuster is fixedly connected with the lower end of the torsion spring.
(3) Beneficial Effects
The invention has the following beneficial effects: users can adjust the selfclosing tension of the torsion spring by means of an Allen Key from the outside, and the automatic tension adjustment is arranged below the hinge body so that the hinge can be conveniently adjusted during its operation without disassembling the tension adjustment.

Referring to FIG. 1-FIG. 5, the invention provides the following technical solution: a hinge with an automatic tension adjustment comprises a right metal plate 1, wherein the left end of the right metal plate 1 is connected with a hollow rotating chamber 2, a left metal plate 3 is arranged on the left side of the hollow rotating chamber 2, hollow rotating blocks 4 are symmetrically connected to an upper portion and a lower portion of the right end of the left metal plate 3, the hollow rotating chamber 2 is located between the two hollow rotating blocks 4 and is located on the same axis as the hollow rotating blocks 4, a rotating pin 5 is inserted in the middle of the hollow rotating block 4 on the upper portion, movably connected with the hollow rotating block 4 on the upper portion and fixedly connected with the hollow rotating chamber 2, an automatic tension adjustment 6 is arranged in the hollow rotating block 4 on the lower portion, a torsion spring 7 is fixedly connected between the rotating pin 5 and the automatic tension adjustment 6, and an internal hexagonal adjustment hole is formed in the bottom center of the automatic tension adjustment 6.
Wherein, the automatic tension adjustment 6 comprises a pawl base 61, an automatic tension adjuster 62 is inserted in the lower portion of the pawl base 61, an internal hexagonal adjustment hole is formed in the top center of the automatic tension adjuster 62, an installation hole 63 is horizontally formed in the middle of the automatic tension adjuster 62, an elastic piece 64 is arranged in an inner cavity of the installation hole 63, the left and right ends of the elastic piece 64 are fixedly connected with chamfered adjustment blocks 65, the pawl base 61 is fixedly connected with the hollow rotating block 4 on the lower portion, and the tail end of the automatic tension adjuster 62 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the torsion spring 7.
During implementation, a user installs the hinge at a required location; when the self-closing tension of the hinge needs to be adjusted, the user inserts an Allen Key into the automatic tension adjuster 62 from the outside of the hinge and rotates the Allen Key to drive the automatic tension adjuster 62 to rotate below the paw base 61 to make sure that the two chamfered adjustment blocks 65 continuously make contact with the pawl base 61 similar to a ratchet, and the automatic tension adjuster 62 rotates to drive the torsion spring 7 to rotate, so that the self-closing speed of the hinge is adjusted by adjusting the torque of the torsion spring; when resetting the self-closing speed of the hinge, the user inserts the Allen Key into the automatic tension adjuster 62 and then presses the Allen Key to enable the torsion spring 7 to deform, in this process, pawls of the pawl base 61 are separated from the chamfered adjustment blocks 65 and the ratchet disengage, the torsion spring 7 restores to the normal position, and thus, the self-closing speed of the hinge is reset.

A hinge with an automatic tension adjustment, characterized by comprising a right metal plate wherein a left end of the right metal plate is connected with a hollow rotating chamber, a left metal plate is arranged on a left side of the hollow rotating chamber, hollow rotating blocks are symmetrically connected to an upper portion and a lower portion of a right end of the left metal plate, the hollow rotating chamber is located between the two hollow rotating blocks and is located on a same axis as the hollow rotating blocks, a rotating pin is inserted in the middle of the hollow rotating block on the upper portion, movably connected with the hollow rotating block on the upper portion and is fixedly connected with the hollow rotating chamber, an automatic tension adjustment is arranged in the hollow rotating block on the lower portion, a torsion spring is fixedly connected between the rotating pin and the automatic tension adjustment, and an internal hexagonal adjustment hole is formed in a bottom center of the automatic tension adjustment.

The hinge with an automatic tension adjustment according to Claim 1, wherein the automatic tension adjustment comprises a pawl base, an automatic tension adjuster is inserted in a lower portion of the pawl base, an internal hexagonal adjustment hole is formed in a top center of the automatic tension adjuster, an installation hole is horizontally formed in a middle of the automatic tension adjuster, an elastic piece is arranged in an inner cavity of the installation hole, left and right ends of the elastic piece are fixedly connected with chamfered adjustment blocks, the pawl base is fixedly connected with the hollow rotating block on the lower portion, and a tail end of the automatic tension adjuster is fixedly connected with a lower end of the torsion spring.
