AN AUTO-STORAGE USB (UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS) DESK FAN TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a field of mechanical technique, in particular to an
auto-storage USB (Universal Serial Bus) desk fan,
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Most of current portable USB fans are large in size which are not only inconvenient to
carry with but also inconvenient to use. To solve above-mentioned problems, this invention is
presented.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an auto-storage USB
(Universal Serial Bus) desk fan so as to overcome the problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] An auto-storage USB (Universal Serial Bus) desk fan of the present invention comprises a
case and fan devices disposed in the case; multiple groups of suckers are fixedly disposed at a
front end surface of the case; the fan devices comprise storage cavities arranged in the case; gear
shafts are rotationally disposed in the storage cavities; rotating rods are fixedly disposed on the
gear shafts; fan blade tanks are fixedly disposed on the rotating rods; fan blades are disposed in
the fan blade tanks; the rotating rods are able to be rotated around the gear shafts so as to realize
stretching and storage; a wire storage device is disposed in the case; the wire storage device
comprises control mechanisms; flexible racks which are matched with the fan devices are disposed in the control mechanisms; a power cord is disposed in the wire storage device; a USB plug is fixedly disposed at one end of the power cord; when the auto-storage USB desk fan is used, the power cord is pulled out, and the USB plug is inserted into an interface for power supply; meanwhile, after the power cord is pulled out, the fan devices are controlled by the control mechanisms to extend outside; door devices are disposed in the case; when the door devices are in an initial state, the storage cavities are closed to prevent foreign matters from entering the storage cavities to damage the USB desk fan; a return device is disposed in the case; the return device comprises a button; the return device is matched with the control mechanisms, and when the button is pressed, the auto-storage USB desk fan is able to automatically return to an initial state.
[0005] As an optimized technical proposal, the wire storage device comprises a sliding cavity arranged in the case; a sliding rail is disposed at a back wall of the sliding cavity; a middle block is slidably disposed in the sliding rail; the power cord is fixedly disposed on a lower end surface of the middle block; a wire groove is arranged in the case; the wire groove is communicated with the sliding cavity and an outside space; the power cord extends to the outside space through the wire groove; the USB plug is fixedly disposed at one end, extending to the outside space, of the wire groove, and when it is needed to use the USB desk fan, the power cord is able to be withdrawn.
[0006] Wherein the control mechanisms comprise rack grooves arranged in inner walls of the storage cavities respectively; the flexible racks are slidably disposed in the rack grooves; one end of each of the flexible racks is fixedly connected with an inner wall of one side of a respective one of the rack grooves through the respective one of second springs; pull wires arefixedly disposed at the other ends of the flexible racks; the pull wires extend into the sliding cavity through a wire winding cavity arranged in the case; one end of each of the pull wires, in the sliding cavity, is fixedly connected to an upper end surface of the middle block; sliding plates are slidably disposed between upper and lower walls of the sliding cavity in a bilateral symmetry manner; the sliding plates are fixedly connected with an inner wall of the sliding cavity through first springs respectively; inclined blocks are fixedly disposed on opposite end surfaces of the sliding plates respectively, and limiting blocks are fixedly disposed on opposite end surfaces of the sliding plates in an up-down symmetry manner respectively, so that when the power cord is pulled out, the inclined blocks are matched with the middle block for position holding.

disposed on back walls of the storage cavities; gears which are engaged with the flexible racks
are fixedly disposed on the gear shafts; the rotating rods are fixedly disposed on the gear shafts;

arranged in the fan blade tanks; motors are fixedly disposed on back walls of the fan blade
cavities; fan shafts are in power connection with front ends of the motors, so that rotation of the
rotating rods around the gear shafts is realized hence to achieve storage and stretching; fan blades
are fixedly disposed on external circular surfaces of the fan shafts, and each of rubber blocks
which is abutted against the respective one of the fan blade tanks isfixedly disposed on inner
wall of one side of the respective one of the storage cavities, so that a protection of the fan blade
tanks and mechanisms therein is realized.
[0008] In addition, the door devices comprise door grooves arranged in inner walls of one side of
the storage cavities; door shafts are rotationally disposed between front and back walls of the
door grooves; doors are fixedly disposed on the door shafts; each of rubber strips is fixedly
disposed on inner wall of one side of the respective one of the storage cavities, and one end of
each of the rubber strips are fixedly connected to end surface of one side of the respective one of
the doors, so that when the USB desk fan is not used, the storage cavities are sealed to prevent the
foreign matters from entering.

arranged in the case; the ejection cavity is communicated with the sliding cavity; a connection
rod is slidably disposed on a bottom wall of the ejection cavity; a lower end of the connection rod
is fixedly connected with upper ends of the sliding plates; a communicating cavity which has an
upward opening and is communicated with the ejection cavity is arranged in the case; an inclined
block rod is slidably disposed in the communicating cavity; a spring groove is arranged in a first
wall of the communicating cavity; a slider which is slidably matched with the spring groove is
fixedly disposed on a first end surface of the inclined block rod; a lower end surface of the slider
is fixedly connected with a bottom wall of the spring groove through a third spring; the button is
fixedly disposed at an upper end of the inclined block rod, and after the USB desk fan is used,
returning of the USB desk fan can be realized by pressing the button.
[0010] To sum up, the USB desk fan of the present invention is simple in structure as well as
simple and convenient to use and can be attached and fixed on the laptop or other planes; when
the USB desk fan is used, the power cord is pulled out, and the fan blades can automatically
extend out; when the USB desk fan is not used, the button is pressed, and the fan blades and the
power cord can be stored, so that the storage time is further reduced while carrying is convenient.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

present invention comprises a case 10 and fan devices 200 disposed in the case 10; multiple
groups of suckers 39 are fixedly disposed at a front end surface of the case 10; the fan devices
200 comprise storage cavities 20 arranged in the case 10; gear shafts 33 are rotationally disposed
in the storage cavities 20; rotating rods 31 are fixedly disposed on the gear shafts 33; fan blade
tanks 28 are fixedly disposed on the rotating rods 31; fan blades 30 are disposed in the fan blade
tanks 28; the rotating rods 31 are able to be rotated around the gear shafts 33 so as to realize
stretching and storage; a wire storage device 100 is disposed in the case 10; the wire storage
device 100 comprises control mechanisms 101; flexible racks 25 which are matched with the fan
devices 200 are disposed in the control mechanisms 101; a power cord 35 is disposed in the wire
storage device 100; a USB plug 34 is fixedly disposed at one end of the power cord 35; when the
auto-storage USB desk fan is used, the power cord 35 is pulled out, and the USB plug 34 is
inserted into an interface for power supply; meanwhile, after the power cord 35 is pulled out, the
fan devices 200 are controlled by the control mechanisms 101 to extend outside; door devices
300 are disposed in the case 10; when the door devices 300 are in an initial state, the storage
cavities 20 are closed to prevent foreign matters from entering the storage cavities 20 to damage
the USB desk fan; a return device 400 is disposed in the case 10; the return device 400 comprises a button 14; the return device 400 is matched with the control mechanisms 101, and when the button 14 is pressed, the auto-storage USB desk fan is able to automatically return to an initial state.
[0017] Advantageously, the wire storage device 100 comprises a sliding cavity 41 arranged in the case 10; a sliding rail 45 is disposed at a back wall of the sliding cavity 41; a middle block 46 is slidably disposed in the sliding rail 45; the power cord 35 is fixedly disposed on a lower end surface of the middle block 46; a wire groove 36 is arranged in the case 10; the wire groove 36 is communicated with the sliding cavity 41 and an outside space; the power cord 35 extends to the outside space through the wire groove 36; the USB plug 34 isfixedly disposed at one end, extending to the outside space, of the wire groove 36, and when it is needed to use the USB desk fan, the power cord 35 is able to be withdrawn.
[0018] Wherein the control mechanisms 101 comprise rack grooves 27 arranged in inner walls of the storage cavities 20 respectively; the flexible racks 25 are slidably disposed in the rack grooves 27; one end of each of the flexible racks 25 is fixedly connected with an inner wall of one side of a respective one of the rack grooves 27 through the respective one of second springs 26; pull wires 37 are fixedly disposed at the other ends of the flexible racks 25; the pull wires 37 extend into the sliding cavity 41 through a wire winding cavity 48 arranged in the case 10; one end of each of the pull wires 37, in the sliding cavity 41, isfixedly connected to an upper end surface of the middle block 46; sliding plates 42 are slidably disposed between upper and lower walls of the sliding cavity 41 in a bilateral symmetry manner; the sliding plates 42 arefixedly connected with an inner wall of the sliding cavity 41 through first springs 40 respectively; inclined blocks 44 are fixedly disposed on opposite end surfaces of the sliding plates 42 respectively, and limiting blocks 43 are fixedly disposed on opposite end surfaces of the sliding plates 42 in an up-down symmetry manner respectively, so that when the power cord 35 is pulled out, the inclined blocks 44 are matched with the middle block 46 for position holding.
[0019] Advantageously, the fan devices 200 comprises the gear shafts 33 rotationally disposed on
back walls of the storage cavities 20; gears 32 which are engaged with the flexible racks 25 are
fixedly disposed on the gear shafts 33; the rotating rods 31 are fixedly disposed on the gear shafts
33; the fan blade tanks 28 are fixedly disposed at upper ends of the rotating rods 31; fan blade
cavities 47 are arranged in the fan blade tanks 28; motors 38 arefixedly disposed on back walls
of the fan blade cavities 47; fan shafts 29 are in power connection with front ends of the motors
38, so that rotation of the rotating rods 31 around the gear shafts 33 is realized hence to achieve
storage and stretching; fan blades 30 are fixedly disposed on external circular surfaces of the fan
shafts 29, and each of rubber blocks 19 which is abutted against the respective one of the fan
blade tanks 28 is fixedly disposed on inner wall of one side of the respective one of the storage
cavities 20, so that a protection of the fan blade tanks 28 and mechanisms therein is realized.
[0020] In addition, the door devices 300 comprise door grooves 23 arranged in inner walls of one
sides of the storage cavities 20; door shafts 22 are rotationally disposed between front and back
walls of the door grooves 23; doors 24 are fixedly disposed on the door shafts 22; each of rubber
strips 21 is fixedly disposed on inner wall of one side of the respective one of the storage cavities
, and one end of each of the rubber strips 21 are fixedly connected to end surface of one side of
the respective one of the doors 24, so that when the USB desk fan is not used, the storage cavities
are sealed to prevent the foreign matters from entering.
[0021] Advantageously, the return device 400 comprises an ejection cavity 18 arranged in the
case 10; the ejection cavity 18 is communicated with the sliding cavity 41; a connection rod 17 is
slidably disposed on a bottom wall of the ejection cavity 18; a lower end of the connection rod 17
is fixedly connected with upper ends of the sliding plates 42; a communicating cavity 16 which
has an upward opening and is communicated with the ejection cavity 18 is arranged in the case
; an inclined block rod 15 is slidably disposed in the communicating cavity 16; a spring groove
13 is arranged in a first wall of the communicating cavity 16; a slider 12 which is slidably matched with the spring groove 13 is fixedly disposed on a first end surface of the inclined block rod 15; a lower end surface of the slider 12 isfixedly connected with a bottom wall of the spring groove 13 through a third spring 11; the button 14 is fixedly disposed at an upper end of the inclined block rod 15, and after the USB desk fan is used, returning of the USB desk fan can be realized by pressing the button 14.
[0022] An implementation method of the auto-storage USB desk fan comprises the following steps.
[0023] When being used, the USB desk fan is fixed on a front surface of a laptop or other planes through the suckers 39; the power cord 35 is pulled out; the USB plug 34 is inserted into the interface to provide power to the motors 38; the middle block 46 is pulled downward by the power cord 35; the flexible racks 25 are pulled by the pull wires 37 to slide; the gears 32 are rotated to drive the rotating rods 31 to rotate through the gear shafts 33, and the fan blade tanks 28 are driven to rotate; the fan blade tanks 28 push the doors 24 and extend out of the storage cavities 20; the motors 38 are started to drive the fan blades 30 to rotate through the fan shafts 29 for air blowing; after using, the button 14 is pressed; the sliding plates 42 are far away from each other through the inclined block rod 15 and the connection rod 17, and the second springs 26 return to pull the middle block 46 to return through the flexible racks 25 and the pull wires 37 respectively, and thus storage isfinished.

1. An auto-storage USB (Universal Serial Bus) desk fan, comprising:
a case;
fan devices disposed in the case;
multiple groups of suckers fixedly disposed at a front end surface of the case;
wherein the fan devices comprise storage cavities arranged in the case;
gear shafts rotationally disposed in the storage cavities;
rotating rods fixedly disposed on the gear shafts;
fan blade tanks fixedly disposed on the rotating rods;
fan blades disposed in the fan blade tanks;
wherein the rotating rods are able to be rotated around the gear shafts so as to realize
stretching and storage;
a wire storage device disposed in the case; the wire storage device comprises control
mechanisms;
flexible racks which are matched with the fan devices disposed in the control mechanisms;
a power cord disposed in the wire storage device; a USB plug fixedly disposed at one end of the power cord; a return device disposed in the case; door devices disposed in the case; wherein the return device comprises a button; wherein the return device is matched with the control mechanisms, and whereby when the auto-storage USB desk fan is used, the power cord is pulled out, and the
USB plug is inserted into an interface for power supply; meanwhile, after the power cord is
pulled out, the fan devices are controlled by the control mechanisms to extend outside; when
the door devices are in an initial state, the storage cavities are closed to prevent foreign
matters from entering the storage cavities to damage the USB desk fan; when the button is
pressed, the auto-storage USB desk fan is able to automatically return to an initial state.
2. The auto-storage USB (Universal Serial Bus) desk fan as defined in claim 1, wherein said
wire storage device comprises a sliding cavity arranged in the case;
a sliding rail disposed at a back wall of the sliding cavity;
a middle block slidably disposed in the sliding rail;
wherein the power cord is fixedly disposed on a lower end surface of the middle block;
a wire groove arranged in the case;
wherein the wire groove is communicated with the sliding cavity and an outside space; wherein the power cord extends to the outside space through the wire groove; wherein the USB plug is fixedly disposed at one end, extending to the outside space, of the wire groove, and when it is needed to use the USB desk fan, the power cord is able to be withdrawn.
wherein the control mechanisms comprise rack grooves arranged in inner walls of the storage
cavities respectively;
wherein the flexible racks are slidably disposed in the rack grooves;
wherein one end of each of the flexible racks is fixedly connected with an inner wall of one
side of a respective one of the rack grooves through the respective one of second springs;
pull wires fixedly disposed at the other ends of the flexible racks;
wherein the pull wires extend into the sliding cavity through a wire winding cavity arranged
in the case;
wherein one end of each of the pull wires, in the sliding cavity, isfixedly connected to an
upper end surface of the middle block;
sliding plates slidably disposed between upper and lower walls of the sliding cavity in a
bilateral symmetry manner;
wherein the sliding plates are fixedly connected with an inner wall of the sliding cavity
through first springs respectively;
inclined blocks fixedly disposed on opposite end surfaces of the sliding plates respectively; limiting blocks fixedly disposed on opposite end surfaces of the sliding plates in an up-down symmetry manner respectively; whereby when the power cord is pulled out, the inclined blocks are matched with the middle block for position holding.
3. The auto-storage USB (Universal Serial Bus) desk fan as defined in claim 1, wherein said
fan devices comprises the gear shafts rotationally disposed on back walls of the storage
cavities;
gears which are engaged with the flexible racks fixedly disposed on the gear shafts;
wherein the rotating rods are fixedly disposed on the gear shafts;
wherein the fan blade tanks are fixedly disposed at upper ends of the rotating rods;
fan blade cavities arranged in the fan blade tanks;
motors fixedly disposed on back walls of the fan blade cavities;
fan shafts in power connection with front ends of the motors, wherein rotation of the rotating
rods around the gear shafts is realized hence to achieve storage and stretching;
fan blades fixedly disposed on external circular surfaces of the fan shafts;
each of rubber blocks which is abutted against the respective one of the fan blade tanks
fixedly disposed on inner wall of one side of the respective one of the storage cavities;
whereby a protection of the fan blade tanks and mechanisms therein is realized; wherein the door devices comprise door grooves arranged in inner walls of one side of the storage cavities; door shafts rotationally disposed between front and back walls of the door grooves; doors fixedly disposed on the door shafts; each of rubber strips fixedly disposed on inner wall of one side of the respective one of the storage cavities; wherein one end of each of the rubber strips are fixedly connected to end surface of one side of the respective one of the doors; whereby when the USB desk fan is not used, the storage cavities are sealed to prevent the foreign matters from entering.
4. The auto-storage USB (Universal Serial Bus) desk fan as defined in claim 1, wherein said return device comprises an ejection cavity arranged in the case;
wherein the ejection cavity is communicated with the sliding cavity;
a connection rod slidably disposed on a bottom wall of the ejection cavity;
wherein a lower end of the connection rod is fixedly connected with upper ends of the sliding plates;
a communicating cavity which has an upward opening and is communicated with the ejection cavity arranged in the case;
an inclined block rod slidably disposed in the communicating cavity; a spring groove arranged in a first wall of the communicating cavity; a slider which slidably matched with the spring groove is fixedly disposed on a first end surface of the inclined block rod; wherein a lower end surface of the slider is fixedly connected with a bottom wall of the spring groove through a third spring; wherein the button is fixedly disposed at an upper end of the inclined block rod; whereby after the USB desk fan is used, returning of the USB desk fan can be realized by pressing the button.
