Abstract
The invention discloses a processing device for applying rotor anti-rust paint, relating to the technical field of rotor processing. The invention comprises a material tank, an ejector cylinder, a push board, a hopper component, a discharging tank, a hairbrush board, a press-brushing component, a soft brush and a recycling box. A telescoping rod has an end portion equipped with a paint brushing component, and the paint brushing component is positioned at a discharging end of the material tank. Through the coordination of the hopper component, the material tank, the discharging tank, the paint brushing component, the press-brushing component and the push board, the invention realizes automatic discharging of to-be-processed workpieces, and homogeneous painting of to-be-processed rotors, improving working efficiency; the discharging tank is configured to be a slope, so that excessive anti-rust paint flows down along with the slope and then passes through the press-brushing component and the soft brush again to paint the to-be-processed rotors. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0007] The objective of the invention is to provide a processing device for applying rotor anti-rust paint. Through coordination of a hopper component, a material tank, a discharging tank, a paint brushing component and a push board, the invention realizes automatic discharging of to-be-processed workpieces and homogeneous paint application to to-be-processed rotors, solving existing problems of manpower and materials waste and low working efficiency when rotors are coated with the anti-rust paint.

- 5. The processing device for applying rotor anti-rust paint according to Claim 1, wherein the paint box (10) is connected with a liquid pump (9); the paint box (10) and a paint storage tube (22) are connected via a pipe, and the pipe is provided with a valve.

- 7. The processing device for applying rotor anti-rust paint according to Claim 1, wherein the discharging tank (16) is provided with a recycling groove (1603) at the bottom, and the recycling box (14) is installed below the recycling groove (1603) via a pipe.

The processing device for applying rotor anti-rust paint according to Claim 1, wherein, the press-brushing component comprises a down-press frame (17); the down-press frame (17) is a rectangular frame; the down-press frame (17) is internally provided with several groups of roller brushes (13) in parallel;a pair of opposite sides of the down-press frame (17) are respectively formed with a connecting lug (1701) which corresponds to and matches with each corresponding bearing rod (15); and the down-press frame (17) is arranged on the discharging tank (16) through side fit between the connecting lugs (1701) and the bearing rods (15).

The processing device for applying rotor anti-rust paint according to Claim 1, wherein the paint brushing component (19) also comprises a paint storage case; the2019101514 04 Dec 2019 paint storage case communicates with the paint storage tube (22); and a sponge brush (1901) is arranged below the paint storage case.
