The invention can achieve the fast assembly of the belt buckle by connecting base and connecting block, and the connecting base thereof can match various tools and can be widely used in various working environments.

FAST-ASSEMBLING BELT BUCKLE
Technical field
The invention relates to a belt buckle, in particular to a fast-assembling belt buckle.
Background Art
In the prior art, a lot of tools may be used by operators in specific work, however, it is inconvenient to carry during the operation; usually requires partners to replace the required tools, which may slow down the job schedule and very time and labor consuming. A fast-assembling belt buckle of the invention can place various required tools through the connecting base, and can fast replace tools.
Summary of the Invention
The invention aims to provide a fast-assembling belt buckle to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art.
In order to achieve above objects, the invention provides the following technical schemes: a fast-assembling belt buckle, comprising belt buckle components and connecting base matched with the belt buckle components, the belt buckle components comprise: a front plate and a rear plate hinged at one end with the front plate, the front plate is outwardly extended and protruded to form a connecting block, an upper end of the connecting block is provided with a mounting hole, and a switch button and a slideable locking block are provided inside the connecting base, the connecting block is arranged on the connecting base by a locking portion of the locking block passing through the mounting hole of the connecting block, the switch button is used for pressing the locking block and detaching the locking portion from the mounting hole of the connecting block, an elastic member used for reset is arranged between the locking block and the connecting base, the elastic member is always provided with a pressure towards to the switch button on locking block.
Preferably, the connecting base is recessed upward along bottom portion thereof to form a connecting block limiting slot, the connecting block slides into the connecting block limiting slot, thereby the mounting hole passes through the locking portion of the locking block.
Preferably, the front plate is hinged to one end of the rear plate, the other end of the front plate is provided with a buckle, and the other end of the rear plate is provided with a card slot matched with the buckle.

Description
Preferably, a connection projection between the front plate and the buckle is provided with a limiting portion, an opening limiting slot and closing limiting slot matched with the limiting portion are provided on the surface of the buckle.
Preferably, an equipment installation through-hole is provided on the surface of the connecting base.
Preferably, a mounting groove for placing the locking portion and a back shroud matched with the mounting groove are provided inside the connecting base, two sides of the locking block are provided with elastic member mounting groove, the elastic member is attached to the back shroud and the locking block.
Preferably, a button mounting hole for placing switch button is arranged between the mounting slot and the connecting base.
Compared to the prior art, a fast-assembling belt buckle of the invention can achieve the fast assembly of the belt buckle by connecting base and connecting block, and the connecting base thereof can match various tools and can be widely used in various working environments.

Description of the Preferred Embodiments
The technical schemes in the embodiments of the invention will be described in details with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the invention, obviously, the described embodiments are merely a part of the embodiments of the invention and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without creative efforts should be included within the protect scope of the invention.
As shown in FIG. 1-4, a fast-assembling belt buckle, comprising belt buckle components 1 and connecting base 2 matched with the belt buckle components 1, the belt buckle components 1 comprise: a front plate 101 and a rear plate 102 hinged at one end with the front plate 101, the front plate 101 is outwardly extended and protruded to form a connecting block 103, an upper end of the connecting block 103 is provided with a mounting hole 110, the other end of the front plate 101 is provided with a buckle 105, and the other end of the rear plate 102 is provided with a card slot 109 matched with the buckle 105. The front plate 101 is hinged to one end of the rear plate 102, the other end is connected by the buckle 105 to form a close-loop belt buckle components 1 which can firmly fastened to the belt. A connection projection between the front plate 101 and the buckle 105 is provided with a limiting portion 104, an opening limiting slot 106 and closing limiting slot 107 matched with the limiting portion 104 are provided on the surface of the buckle 105. The buckle 105 protrudes outward to form a button 108. Toggling the button 108, the limiting portion 104 is moved from the opening limiting slot 106 to the closing limiting slot 107, thereby the buckle 105 is engaged with the card slot 109 to fix the belt buckle components 1 to the belt. Toggling the button 108, the limiting portion 104 is moved from the closing limiting slot 107 to the opening limiting slot 106, thereby the buckle 105 is detached from the card slot 109 to unfasten the belt buckle components 1 from the belt.
As shown in FIG. 5-6, a switch button 3 and a slideable locking block 4 are provided inside the connecting base 2, the connecting block 103 is arranged on the connecting base 2 by a locking portion 401 of the locking block 4 passing through the mounting hole 110 of the connecting block 103. The belt buckle components 1 and the connecting base 2 are connected by the mounting hole 110 of the connecting block 103 and the locking block 4 of the connecting base 2. The switch button 3 is used for pressing the locking block 4 and detaching the locking portion 401 from the mounting hole 110 of the connecting block 3. A spring used for reset is arranged between the locking block 4 and the connecting base 2, the spring is always provided with a pressure towards to the switch button 3 on locking block 4. Description recessed upward along bottom portion thereof to form a connecting block limiting slot 205, the connecting block 103 slides into the connecting block limiting slot 205, thereby the mounting hole 110 passes through the locking portion 401 of the locking block 4. The connecting block 103 can be quickly connected to the connecting base 2 through the connecting block limiting slot 205, thereby achieving rapid assembly.
An equipment installation through-hole is provided on the surface of the connecting base 2. The equipment installation through-hole can fix a plurality of tools, for example, the tool bag can be fixed to the connecting base 2, and can be placed on the waist through the belt buckle components 1 to facilitate work and save space.
The switch button 3 and the locking block 4 are a switch button assembly fixedly connected together. A mounting groove 206 for placing the locking portion 401 and a back shroud 204 matched with the mounting groove 206 are provided inside the connecting base 2, the back shroud 204 is fixed on the connecting base 2 through screws. Two sides of the locking block 4 are provided with spring mounting groove 402, the spring is arranged in the spring mounting groove 402 to attach the back shroud 204. A button mounting hole 202 for placing switch button is arranged between the mounting slot 206 and the connecting base 2. When assembling the connecting base 2, the switch button assembly is placed in the mounting groove 206 of the locking portion, and the switch button 3 is moved from the button mounting hole 202 to the surface of the connecting base, and a spring is arranged in the spring mounting groove 402, and back shroud 204 is fixed on the connecting base 2 by screws, thereby the spring is attached to the back shroud 204 and provided the locking block 104 a pressure towards to the switch button 3.
In summary, a fast-assembling belt buckle of the invention can achieve the fast assembly of the belt buckle by connecting base and connecting block, and the connecting base thereof can match various tools and can be widely used in various working environments.

- WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:1. A fast-assembling belt buckle, comprising belt buckle components and connecting base matched with the belt buckle components, the belt buckle components comprise: a front plate and a rear plate hinged at one end with the front plate, the front plate is outwardly extended and protruded to form a connecting block, an upper end of the connecting block is provided with a mounting hole, and a switch button and a slideable locking block are provided inside the connecting base, the connecting block is arranged on the connecting base by a locking portion of the locking block passing through the mounting hole of the connecting block, the switch button is used for pressing the locking block and detaching the locking portion from the mounting hole of the connecting block, an elastic member used for reset is arranged between the locking block and the connecting base, the elastic member is always provided with a pressure towards to the switch button on locking block.
- 2. The fast-assembling belt buckle of claim 1, the connecting base is recessed upward along bottom portion thereof to form a connecting block limiting slot, the connecting block slides into the connecting block limiting slot, thereby the mounting hole passes through the locking portion of the locking block.
- 3. The fast-assembling belt buckle of claim 1, wherein the front plate is hinged to one end of the rear plate, the other end of the front plate is provided with a buckle, and the other end of the rear plate is provided with a card slot matched with the buckle.
- 4. The fast-assembling belt buckle of claim 3, wherein a connection projection between the front plate and the buckle is provided with a limiting portion, an opening limiting slot and closing limiting slot matched with the limiting portion are provided on the surface of the buckle.
- 5. The fast-assembling belt buckle of claim 1, wherein an equipment installation through-hole is provided on the surface of the connecting base.
- 6. The fast-assembling belt buckle of claim 1, wherein a mounting groove for placing the locking portion and a back shroud matched with the mounting groove are provided inside the connecting base, two sides of the locking block are provided with elastic member mounting groove, the elastic member is attached to the back shroud and the locking block.
- 7. The fast-assembling belt buckle of claim 6, wherein a button mounting hole for placing switch button is arranged between the mounting slot and the connecting base.
