    each independent axle is fixedly provided with a hanging plate perpendicular to the axle, and a hanging pin parallel to an axial direction of the axle is arranged at an upper end part of the hanging plate;
    and corresponding to the positions of the hanging plate and the hanging pin of each axle, a hook seat plate is fixedly arranged on a bottom surface of the corresponding frame, a rotatable hook is arranged on the hook seat plate, and the hook is locked and fixed with the hanging pin after the axle is lifted.
