Abstract

The present disclosure belongs to the field of agricultural equipment, and specifically relates to a peanut seeder. The peanut seeder comprises a seeding sieve, the seeding sieve comprises a disc, a circumferential fence wall is arranged at a peripheral edge of one side, close to a seed feeding box, of the disc, two rows of oblong seed through holes are uniformly formed in the fence wall in a circumference direction, two annular slots are formed in the inner side of the fence wall in the circumference direction, and the two annular slots respectively pass through the center lines of the two rows of the seed through holes; and an arc-shaped seed baffle is arranged at a lateral lower part of the interior of the fence wall and is used for shielding the seed through holes. According to the peanut seeder provided by the present disclosure, when a large amount of peanut seeds enter the inner cavity of a shell and then enter the fence wall of the seeding sieve, a seeding shaft drives the seeding sieve to rotate so as to disturb the peanut seeds, thereby reducing the blockage of the peanut seeds; the seeding sieve is composed of the fence wall, the disc and the seed through holes, so, when the seeding sieve rotates, the breakage of the red skins of the peanut seeds is reduced; and the seed baffle matches with the annular slots so as to achieve the throughput control of the peanut seeds.

Description

The present disclosure belongs to the field of agricultural equipment, and specifically relates to a peanut seeder. The peanut seeder comprises a seeding sieve, the seeding sieve comprises a disc, a circumferential fence wall is arranged at a peripheral edge of one side, close to a seed feeding box, of the disc, two rows of oblong seed through holes are uniformly formed in the fence wall in a circumference direction, two annular slots are formed in the inner side of the fence wall in the circumference direction, and the two annular slots respectively pass through the center lines of the two rows of the seed through holes; and an arc-shaped seed baffle is arranged at a lateral lower part of the interior of the fence wall and is used for shielding the seed through holes. TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present disclosure belongs to the field of agricultural equipment, and specifically relates to a peanut seeder.
BACKGROUND [0002] Peanuts are major economic crops in our county, and due to their excellent plant benefit, their planting area is increased year by year and is up to about 70 million mu at present. In the peanut planting process, the workload of seeding and harvesting is heavy, which is a mechanization problem urgent to be solved. In our county, the seeding of the peanuts is basically mechanized, but there are problems such as poor seeding effects, low efficiency and the like, and the main reason is that a key component of the seeding machine, namely a seeder, has too many technical problems.
[0003] A seeder is a key component of a seeding machine, and it directly determines the seeding quality. The existing peanut seeder mostly is an outer fluted roller type seeder and a bucket wheel type seeder. At a certain speed, peanut seeds enter the main body of the peanut seeder through a seed feeding box from a seeding box depending on their own weights, the blockage of the peanut seeds is easy to occur if a large amount of the peanut seeds simultaneously enter a seeding cavity, and then the peanut seeds cannot be discharged; bedsides, the interior structure of the existing seeder is easy to damage the peanut seeds to cause a high breakage rate, which cannot meet the peanut seeding requirements of farmers.
SUMMARY [0004] A problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a peanut seeder in order to reduce the breakage of red skins of peanut seeds and the blockage of the peanut seeds.

-22019100078 24 Jan 2019 peripheral edge of one side, close to the seed feeding box, of the disc, two rows of oblong seed through holes are uniformly formed in the fence wall in the circumference direction, two annular slots are formed in the inner side of the fence wall in the circumference direction, and the two annular slots respectively pass through the center lines of the two rows of the seed through holes; an arc-shaped seed baffle is arranged at a lateral lower part of the interior of the fence wall and is used for shielding the seed through holes, two plate-shaped bulges are arranged on a lower cambered surface of a low-order end of the seed baffle, the two bulges respectively slide in the two annular slots, one side of the seed baffle is fixed to the inner side wall of the shell through raised head bolts, and the seed baffle and the fence wall rotate relatively; a seed outlet is formed in the lateral lower part of the shell, the seed outlet faces to the low-order end of the seed baffle, and the seed outlet is fixedly communicated with a seed guiding pipe. Due to such design, when a large amount of the peanut seeds enter the inner cavity of the shell and then enter the fence wall of the seeding sieve, the seeding shaft drives the seeding sieve to rotate to disturb the peanut seeds so as to reduce the blockage of the peanut seeds; the seeding sieve is composed of the fence wall, the disc and the seed through holes, so, when the seeding sieve rotates, the breakage of the red skins of the peanut seeds is reduced; and the seed baffle matches with the annular slots so as to achieve the throughput control of the peanut seeds.
[0006] Furthermore, the depth directions of the two arc-shaped ends of each seed through hole are inclined to the radial direction of the seeding sieve and away from the low-order end of the seed baffle, and the formed inclination angle is 10 to 30 degrees; and the end of the seed baffle is arc-shaped and is provided with a rubber sleeve. Due to such design, under the matching of the seed baffle, surplus seeds in the seed through holes may be discharged into the seed sieve along the inclined edges of the seed through holes; and the arc-shaped end face of the seed baffle matches with the rubber sleeve so that the breakage of the peanut seeds may be largely reduced.
[0007] Furthermore, an arc-shaped regulating plate is arranged at the lower part of the interior of the fence wall and can shield the two rows of the feed through holes, and one end of the regulating plate props against the low-order end of the seed baffle; and one side of the regulating plate passes through the outer side wall of the shell so that the regulating plate may move relative to the side wall of the shell. Due to such design, by the regulating plate, the seeding sieve may be controlled to discharge two rows of seeds or one row of seeds, or not discharge the seed according to different situations.
-32019100078 24 Jan 2019 [0008] Furthermore, two channel cavities are formed in the seed guiding pipe and are communicated with the opening of the seed guiding pipe obliquely downwards, and each channel cavity faces to one seed through hole which rotationally passes through the seed outlet. Due to such design, the seeds are convenient to be smoothly discharged from the seed guiding pipe.
[0009] Furthermore, the shell is made of transparent plastic. Due to such design, the interior of the peanut seeder is convenient to be observed so that problems may be immediately solved.
[0010] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure achieves the following beneficial effects: the peanut seeds enter the main body of the peanut seeder after passing through the seed feeding box depending on their own weights, the blockage of the peanut seeds will occur if a large amount of peanut seeds simultaneously enter a seeding cavity, at this time, the seeding sieve rotates by utilizing the seeding shaft so as to disturb the peanut seeds, thereby solving the problem of the blockage of the peanut seeds; besides, due to the transparent shell, its interior situation may be observed at any time so as to prevent the blockage of the peanut seeds; under the matching of the seed baffle, when the peanut seeds are placed in the seeding sieve, the problem of the breakage of the red skins of the peanut seeds is solved; depending on the regulation of the regulating plate, the throughput of the peanut seeds may be controlled; and due to the seed guiding pipe, implantation positions of the peanut seeds are relatively uniform; furthermore, the structure is simple, and the maintenance and usage are convenient.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS [0018] The following further describes embodiments of the present disclosure in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in detail.
[0019] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, the peanut seeder comprises a disc-shaped transparent-plastic hard shell 3 in a vertical direction and a seed feeding box 9 communicated with one side of the shell 3, and further comprises a seeding sieve 1, the axle of the seeding sieve 1 is rotationally mounted in an inner cavity of the shell 3 through a seeding shaft 4, and the two ends of the seeding shaft 4 extend from the two side walls of the shell 3; the seeding sieve 1 comprises a disc 11, a circumferential fence wall 12 is arranged at a peripheral edge of one side, close to the seed feeding box 5, of the disc 11, two rows of oblong seed through holes 13 are uniformly formed in the fence wall 12 in the circumference direction, two annular slots 14 are formed in the inner side of the fence wall 12 in the circumference direction, and the two annular slots 14 respectively pass through the center lines of the two rows of the seed through holes 13; the depth directions of the two arc-shaped ends of each seed through hole 13 are inclined to the radial direction of the seeding sieve 1 and away from a low-order end of a seed baffle 6, and the formed inclination angle is 20 degrees; the arc-shaped seed baffle 6 is arranged at a lateral lower part of the interior of the fence wall 12 and is used for shielding the seed through holes 13, the low-order end of the seed baffle 6 is processed in an arc shape and is provided with a rubber sleeve in order to prevent the breakage of the red skins of the peanut seeds, two plate-shaped bulges 61 are arranged on a lower cambered surface of the low-order end of the seed baffle 6, the two bulges 61 respectively slide in the two annular slots 14, one side of the seed baffle 6 is fixed to the inner side wall of the shell 3 through raised head bolts, and the seed baffle 6 and the fence wall 12 have a clearance distance of 4 mm and rotate relatively; an arc-shaped regulating plate 2 is arranged at the lower part of the interior of the fence wall 12 and can shield the two rows of the feed through holes 13, a clearance between
-52019100078 24 Jan 2019 the regulating plate 2 and the fence wall 12 is 4 mm, and one end of the regulating plate 2 props against the low-order end of the seed baffle 6; one side of the regulating plate 2 passes through the outer side wall of the shell 3 so that the regulating plate 2 may move relative to the side wall of the shell 3, a fixing plate is arranged at the edge of the outer side of the regulating plate 2, the fixing plate is in regulation connection with the wall of the shell 3 through bolts and nuts, the distance between the regulating plate 2 and the seeding sieve 1 is regulated by regulating the bolts, and the seeding sieve is also controlled to discharge two rows of seeds or one row of seeds, or not discharge the seed according to different situations; a seed outlet is formed in the lateral lower part of the shell 3, the seed outlet faces to the low-order end of the seed baffle 6, the seed outlet is fixedly communicated with a seed guiding pipe 7, two channel cavities are formed in the seed guiding pipe 7 and are communicated with the opening of the seed guiding pipe 7 obliquely downwards, and each channel cavity faces to one seed through hole which rotationally passes through the seed outlet.
Specific operating process [0020] As shown in FIG. 6, the seeding shaft rotates to drive the seeding sieve to rotate counterclockwise; the seed outlet is arranged at the lateral lower part of the shell to prevent a large amount of peanut seeds from blocking the seed outlet, so, after peanut seeds enter the seeding sieve, the seeding sieve rotates to disturb the peanut seeds so as to reduce the blockage of the peanut seeds; the regulating plate is regulated in order to ensure that two rows of the seed through holes work simultaneously, the seed through holes load the peanut seeds and rotate to the position of the seed outlet, and then peanut seeds which may pass through the seed through holes are firstly discharged under the action of the seed baffle and the plateshaped bulges, so, the quantitative peanut seeds enter the seed outlet and fall into the seedbed through the seed guiding pipe.
[0021] According to the size design of each seed through hole, the positions of the seed outlet and the seed baffle are regulated in order to achieve a two-seed discharge manner or a one-seed discharge manner; or according to requirements, the interior of the seeding sieve is coated with a rubber layer in order to further prevent the breakage of the peanut seeds.

Claims (5)

1. A peanut seeder, comprising: a disc-shaped shell (3) in a vertical direction and a seed feeding box (5) communicated with one side of the shell (3), and characterized by further comprising: a seeding sieve (1), wherein the axle of the seeding sieve (1) is rotationally mounted in an inner cavity of the shell (3) through a seeding shaft (4), and the two ends of the seeding shaft (4) extend from the two side walls of the shell (3); the seeding sieve (1) comprises a disc (11), a circumferential fence wall (12) is arranged at a peripheral edge of one side, close to the seed feeding box (5), of the disc (11), two rows of oblong seed through holes (13) are uniformly formed in the fence wall (12) in the circumference direction, two annular slots (14) are formed in the inner side of the fence wall (12) in the circumference direction, and the two annular slots (14) respectively pass through the center lines of the two rows of the seed through holes (13); an arc-shaped seed baffle (6) is arranged at a lateral lower part of the interior of the fence wall (12) and is used for shielding the seed through holes (13), two plateshaped bulges (61) are arranged on a lower cambered surface of a low-order end of the seed baffle (6), the two bulges (61) respectively slide in the two annular slots 14, one side of the seed baffle (6) is fixed to the inner side wall of the shell (3) through raised head bolts, and the seed baffle (6) and the fence wall (12) rotate relatively; a seed outlet is formed in the lateral lower part of the shell (3), the seed outlet faces to the low-order end of the seed baffle (6), and the seed outlet is fixedly communicated with a seed guiding pipe (7).

The peanut seeder according to claim 1, characterized in that the depth directions of the two arc-shaped ends of each seed through hole (13) are inclined to the radial direction of the seeding sieve (1) and away from the low-order end of the seed baffle (6), and the formed inclination angle is 10 to 30 degrees; and the end of the seed baffle (6) is arc-shaped and is provided with a rubber sleeve.

The peanut seeder according to claim 1, characterized in that an arc-shaped regulating plate (2) is arranged at the lower part of the interior of the fence wall (12) and can shield the two rows of the feed through holes (13), and one end of the regulating plate (2) props against the low-order end of the seed baffle (6); and one side of the regulating plate (2) passes through the outer side wall of the shell (3) so that the regulating plate (2) can move relative to the side wall of the shell (3).
