Abstract

A connection lock for use with a light-emitting diode (LED) display screen case body (5), comprising: a housing (1), a first column body (2) and a second column body (3); the housing (1) comprises a first sleeve (11) and a second sleeve (12); the second sleeve (12) is disposed on a peripheral wall of the first sleeve (11) and is perpendicular to the first sleeve (11); at a junction between the first sleeve (11) and the second sleeve (12), a hollow region of the second sleeve (12) communicates with a hollow region of the first sleeve (11); the first column body (2) is rotatably provided within the first sleeve (11) and is telescopically provided along an axis of the first sleeve (11); the second column body (3) is rotatably provided within the second sleeve (12); the first column body (2) comprises a first threaded portion (21), a connecting column (22) and a second threaded portion (23), which are sequentially connected; the outer diameter of the first threaded portion (21) is greater than the diameter of the connecting column (22) and greater than the outer diameter (23) of the second threaded portion (23); the second column body (3) is provided thereon with a third threaded portion (31) which is adapted to the first threaded portion (21). The present invention has a simple structure, is convenient to process, and production costs are low, while the connection is stable, operation is simple and size is compact, conforming to the trend of display screen case bodies becoming lighter and thinner.

Description

CONNECTING LOCK FOR LED DISPLAY SCREEN BOX
FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The invention relates to LED display screens, and more particularly to a connecting lock for LED display screen box.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] An LED display screen is usually formed by connecting a plurality of LED display screen boxes, in which the adjacent LED display screen boxes need to be connected by a connecting mechanism. However, the existing connecting mechanism has problems such as complicated structure and large space occupation.
[0003] Therefore, it is necessary to provide a connecting lock for LED display screen box, which has a simple structure and occupies a small space.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL PROBLEM [0004] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a connecting lock for LED display screen box, which has a simple structure and occupies a small space.
SOLUTION TO PROBLEM
TECHNICAL SOLUTION [0005] In order to solve such technical problem, the technical solution adopted by the invention is a connecting lock for LED display screen box, comprising a housing, a first column and a second column, wherein the housing comprises a first sleeve and a second sleeve; the second sleeve is arranged on a peripheral wall of the first sleeve and perpendicular to the first sleeve; at a junction of the first sleeve and the second sleeve, a hollow region of the second sleeve communicates with a hollow region of the first sleeve;
and wherein the first column is rotatably arranged in the first sleeve and is able to extend and retract along an axis of the first sleeve; the second column is rotatably arranged in the second sleeve; and wherein the first column comprises a first threaded portion, a connector and a second threaded portion which are sequentially connected; the outer diameter of the first threaded portion is larger than the diameter of the connector and the outer diameter of the second threaded portion; a third threaded portion adapted to the first threaded portion is arranged on the second column.
[0006] Further, an elastic member may be further included, and the elastic member is arranged in the first sleeve and one end of the elastic member abuts against the first threaded portion.
[0007] Further, a cover may be arranged at one end of the first sleeve near the elastic member, and the other end of the elastic member abuts against the cover. [0008] Further, the second column may further comprise a hand-held portion, and the hand-held portion is connected to one end of the third threaded portion.

IMPLEMENTATIONS OF THE INVENTION
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0024] The key of the present invention is to drive the first column to extend or retract, lock or unlock by the rotation of the second column.
[0025] Referring to FIGS. 1-4, a connecting lock for LED display screen box 5 comprises housing 1, first column 2 and second column 3. Housing 1 comprises first sleeve 11 and second sleeve 12. Second sleeve 12 is arranged on a peripheral wall of first sleeve 11 and perpendicular to first sleeve 11. At a junction of first sleeve 11 and second sleeve 12, a hollow region of second sleeve 12 communicates with a hollow region of first sleeve 11. First column 2 is rotatably arranged in first sleeve 11 and is able to extend and retract along an axis of first sleeve 11, and second column 3 is rotatably arranged in second sleeve 12. First column 2 comprises first threaded portion 21, connector 22 and second threaded portion 23 which are sequentially connected. The outer diameter of first threaded portion 21 is larger than the diameter of connector 22 and the outer diameter of second threaded portion 23. Third threaded portion 31 adapted to first threaded portion 21 is arranged on second column 3.
[0026] The working principle of the connecting lock in accordance with the present invention is briefly described as follows. A connecting lock is mounted on display screen box 5 at a receiving position, and then the user rotates second column 3, driving first column 2 to move from inside the first sleeve 11 and slowly approach the adjacent display screen box 5. When the end of second threaded portion 23 of first column 2 abuts against mounting screw hole 51 on the adjacent display screen box 5, which mounting screw holes 51 is adapted to second threaded portion 23, the rotation of second column 3 drives first column 2 to rotate, causing second threaded portion 23 screw in mounting screw hole 51, and completing the connection between the adjacent display screen boxes 5 by the connecting lock. When unlocking, second column 3 is reversed, screwing first column 2 out from mounting screw hole 51 on the adjacent display box 5, and first column 2 is retracted in first sleeve 11 to unlock the adjacent display screen boxes.
[0027] As can be seen from the above description, the invention has the advantages as follows. The connecting lock provided is simple in structure, convenient in processing, low in manufacturing cost, stable in connection, simple in operation, small in size, and conforms to the growing trend of the display screen box being thinner and lighter.

The provision of cover is beneficial to the maintenance of the connecting lock, and is beneficial to avoid the loss of the elastic member in the process of disassembling/assembling the connecting lock.

The outer diameter of first threaded portion 21 is larger than the diameter of connector 22 and the outer diameter of second threaded portion 23. Third threaded portion 31 adapted to first threaded portion 21 is arranged on second column 3. Second threaded portion 23 is adapted to mounting screw holes 51 on display screen box 5.
[0046] In order to improve fault tolerance of assembly of the connecting lock, the inner diameter of second sleeve 12 is larger than the outer diameter of third threaded portion 31, and at the ends of second sleeve 12 a washer is provided, of which the inner diameter is less than the outer diameter of third threaded portion 31. The washer is used to prevent second column 3 from falling off second sleeve 12. Specifically, the washer may be integrally formed with the end of second sleeve 12, or may be detachably connected to the end of second sleeve 12.

The elastic member provides a stable connection between the second threaded portion and the mounting screw hole on the adjacent display screen box in the case where the adjacent display screen boxes are connected by a connecting lock. The provision of a locking hole enables the user to rotate the second column with tools.

Claims (10)

1. A connecting lock for LED display screen box, comprising a housing, a first column and a second column, wherein the housing comprises a first sleeve and a second sleeve; the second sleeve is arranged on a peripheral wall of the first sleeve and perpendicular to the first sleeve; at a junction of the first sleeve and the second sleeve, a hollow region of the second sleeve communicates with a hollow region of the first sleeve; and wherein the first column is rotatably arranged in the first sleeve and is able to extend and retract along an axis of the first sleeve; the second column is rotatably arranged in the second sleeve; and wherein the first column comprises a first threaded portion, a connector and a second threaded portion which are sequentially connected; the outer diameter of the first threaded portion is larger than the diameter of the connector and the outer diameter of the second threaded portion; a third threaded portion adapted to the first threaded portion is arranged on the second column.
2. The connecting lock for LED display screen box as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an elastic member, wherein the elastic member is arranged in the first sleeve, and wherein one end of the elastic member abuts against the first threaded portion.
3. The connecting lock for LED display screen box as claimed in claim 2, wherein a cover is arranged at one end of the first sleeve near the elastic member, and the other end of the elastic member abuts against the cover.
4. The connecting lock for LED display screen box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second column further comprises a hand-held portion connected to one end of the third threaded portion.
5. The connecting lock for LED display screen box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second column is provided with a locking hole arranged along its axis.
6. The connecting lock for LED display screen box as claimed in claim 5, the locking hole is selected from a flat-blade slot, a cross-shaped slot, a regular hexagonal hole and a screw hole.
7. The connecting lock for LED display screen box as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a first rib plate, which is arranged on a peripheral wall of the second sleeve and connected to the first sleeve, and which is provided with a first mounting hole.
8. The connecting lock for LED display screen box as claimed in claim 1 or 7, further comprising a second rib plate, which is arranged on the peripheral wall of the first sleeve away from the second sleeve, and which is provided with a second mounting hole.
9. The connecting lock for LED display screen box as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the elastic member is a spring.
10. The connecting lock for LED display screen box as claimed in claim 1, a thread of the first threaded portion is a driving screw thread.
