Abstract
The invention relates to a screw mounting tool structure, in particular to a design of a radial screw mounting tool for the inner wall of a shell with large depth and small space. The technical problem that radial screw installation and fastening of the inner wall of a shell with large depth and small space cannot be achieved is solved. The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: a tool for installing radial screws on the inner wall of a shell with large depth and small space comprises a cylinder seat and a pull rod; the center of the cylinder seat is of a cavity structure which is communicated from front to back, the inner wall of the rear half section of the cylinder seat is provided with internal threads, the front half section of the pull rod extends from the rear part of the cylinder seat and is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the rear half section of the cylinder seat, and the tail end of the pull rod, which is positioned outside the cylinder seat, is provided with a handle; a rack shaft is movably sleeved in the front half section of the cylinder seat, an annular groove is formed in the part of the pull rod close to the front end of the pull rod, the rear end of the rack shaft is open and sleeved outside the front end of the pull rod, at least one pair of pins are arranged in the annular groove, and the two ends of each pin are connected with the rear end of the rack shaft; a box body is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the front section of the cylinder seat, a pair of bearings are respectively installed at the upper part and the lower part in the box body, a gear shaft which is vertical to the axial direction of the rack shaft is supported between each pair of bearings, a gear is fixed in the middle of each gear shaft, openings are formed in the positions, corresponding to the two gears, on the cylinder seat, and one part of the gear extends into the openings; the part of the rack shaft corresponding to the box body is provided with teeth meshed with the two gears; at least one end of at least one gear shaft is provided with a mounting hole; the inner wall of the cylinder seat is provided with at least one limiting long hole which is parallel to the axial direction of the gear shaft, and the gear shaft is limited in the limiting long hole through a limiting pin on the gear shaft.
Aiming at the problem that radial screws on the inner wall of a shell with large depth and small space cannot be installed, a set of screw installation tool (figure 1) is designed, and the tool converts axial motion of a rack shaft into rotary motion of a gear shaft by utilizing a spiral structure, so that universal tools such as an inner hexagonal sleeve or an adapter are driven to realize the functions of installing and fastening the screws; the problem that radial screws on the inner wall of a shell with large depth and small space cannot be installed and fastened is solved.
The screw mounting tool can realize mounting of screws in various forms by replacing universal tools such as the inner hexagonal sleeve, the adapter and the like according to the requirements of the screws, such as hexagonal, square and straight-line groove screws and the like, and has wide application range.

Example 1
As shown in figure 1, a radial screw mounting tool for the inner wall of a shell with large depth and small space comprises a cylinder seat 1 and a pull rod 2; the center of the cylinder seat 1 is of a cavity structure which is through from front to back, the inner wall of the rear half section of the cylinder seat 1 is provided with internal threads, the front half section of the pull rod 2 extends into the cylinder seat 1 from the rear part of the cylinder seat 1 and is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the rear half section of the cylinder seat 1, and the tail end of the pull rod 2, which is positioned outside the cylinder seat 1, is provided with a handle 3; a rack shaft 4 is movably sleeved in the front half section of the cylinder seat 1, an annular groove 21 is formed in the part, close to the front end, of the pull rod 2, the rear end of the rack shaft 4 is open and sleeved outside the front end of the pull rod 2, at least one pair of pins 5 are arranged in the annular groove 21, and two ends of each pin 5 are connected with the rear end of the rack shaft 4; a box body is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the front section of the barrel seat 1, a pair of bearings 6 are respectively installed at the upper part and the lower part in the box body, a gear shaft 7 is supported between each pair of bearings 6, a gear 8 is fixed in the middle of each gear shaft 7, openings are formed in the barrel seat 1 at positions corresponding to the two gears 8, and part of the gear 8 extends into the openings; the part of the rack shaft 4 corresponding to the box body is provided with teeth meshed with the two gears 8; at least one end of at least one gear shaft 7 is provided with a mounting hole 9; the inner wall of the cylinder seat 1 is provided with at least one limiting long hole 10 which is parallel to the axial direction of the gear shaft 7, and the gear shaft 7 is limited in the limiting long hole 10 through a limiting pin 11 on the gear shaft. The pull rod is rotated through the handle, the pull rod moves axially along the cylinder seat while rotating, the rack shaft is driven to move axially, the annular groove is formed in the front end of the pull rod, therefore, when the pull rod moves axially, force is transmitted to the rack shaft through the pin, the two ends of the pin are fixedly connected with the rear end of the rack shaft, the pin does not rotate (as shown in figures 4 and 5) when the pull rod rotates, and meanwhile, the rack shaft cannot rotate along with the pull rod and only moves axially as the limiting pin is clamped in the limiting long hole; the teeth on the rack shaft drive a pair of gears to rotate, and a screw mounting tool, such as a four-corner or hexagonal sleeve, can be mounted in a mounting hole formed in the end part of the gear shaft and used for screwing screws in radial holes in the inner wall of the shell with large depth and small space. As shown in figure 6, the front end of the cylinder seat of the invention extends into the shell, the hexagon socket in the mounting hole of the box body is clamped into the head of the screw, the handle is rotated, and the gear shaft rotates along with the rotation and screws up the screw. The rotating direction of the gear shaft can be determined in advance, so that the rotating direction of the handle can be adjusted according to actual conditions, and the installation of the screw is completed. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the case rotated 90 degrees at the left upper part, in which a hexagon socket sleeve sleeved in the mounting hole is visible; the lower left of fig. 1 is a partial enlarged view of the limiting long hole.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the box body is composed of a left box body and a right box body, opposite parts of the middle parts of the left box body and the right box body are respectively provided with a semicircular groove matched with the excircle of the cylinder seat 1 and used for being clamped outside the sleeve, and the left box body and the right box body are fastened through four screws 14. The part of the rack shaft 4 positioned at the rear section of the cylinder seat 1 is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the front part of the rear section of the cylinder seat 1, so that the axial movement is ensured to be stable; the mounting hole 9 is a hexagonal hole, and an inner hexagonal sleeve 16 is arranged in the hexagonal hole.
When the invention is applied specifically, 1) the mounting tool mainly comprises a handle, a cylinder seat, a pin, a gear shaft, a rack shaft, a bearing, a left box body, a right box body, a limiting pin and other parts.
2) The pull rod and the rack shaft are connected through the pin, so that the pull rod and the rack shaft can rotate flexibly in the pushing and pulling process, the pull rod rotates through threads during working to drive the rack shaft to move flexibly in the axial direction, and the pull rod and the rack are connected and then are installed in the cylinder base together.
3) 4 bearings are respectively pressed into the left box body and the right box body, the gear shaft, the left box body, the right box body and the rack shaft are assembled together and fastened by 4 screws, a semicircular groove is designed on the left box body and the right box body and is matched with the shaft excircle of the cylinder seat, the reliable positioning, the good meshing of the gear and the rack and the stable transmission are ensured.
4) The design has 2 hexagonal holes on the gear shaft, and general tools such as hexagon socket head cap sleeve, adapter can be installed according to the needs of mounting screw, through the twist grip, make pull rod axial motion, convert axial motion into the rotary motion of gear shaft through the rack to drive general tools such as hexagon socket head cap sleeve, adapter, realize the installation and the fastening of multiform screw.
5) The rack shaft is provided with a limit pin to ensure that the rack cannot rotate with the barrel seat when moving, and the barrel seat is provided with a holding rod to hold the tool by the left hand and to ensure that the tool moves more stably when the tool is operated by the right hand.

A tool for installing radial screws on the inner wall of a shell with large depth and small space is characterized by comprising a cylinder seat (1) and a pull rod (2); the center of the cylinder seat (1) is of a cavity structure which is through from front to back, the inner wall of the rear half section of the cylinder seat (1) is provided with internal threads, the front half section of the pull rod (2) extends into the cylinder seat (1) from the rear part of the cylinder seat and is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the rear half section of the cylinder seat (1), and the tail end of the pull rod (2) which is positioned outside the cylinder seat (1) is provided with a handle (3); a rack shaft (4) is movably sleeved in the front half section of the cylinder seat (1), an annular groove (21) is formed in the part, close to the front end, of the pull rod (2), the rear end of the rack shaft (4) is open and sleeved outside the front end of the pull rod (2), at least one pair of pins (5) are arranged in the annular groove (21), and two ends of each pin (5) are connected with the rear end of the rack shaft (4); a box body is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the front section of the cylinder seat (1), a pair of bearings (6) are respectively installed in the box body from top to bottom, a gear shaft (7) which is vertical to the axial direction of the rack shaft (4) is supported between each pair of bearings (6), a gear (8) is fixed in the middle of each gear shaft (7), openings are formed in the positions, corresponding to the two gears (8), of the cylinder seat (1), and one part of the gear (8) extends into the openings; the part of the rack shaft (4) corresponding to the box body is provided with teeth meshed with the two gears (8); at least one end of at least one gear shaft (7) is provided with a mounting hole (9); the inner wall of the cylinder seat (1) is provided with at least one limiting long hole (10) which is parallel to the axial direction of the gear shaft (7), and the gear shaft (7) is limited in the limiting long hole (10) through a limiting pin (11) on the gear shaft.

The tool for installing the radial screw on the inner wall of the shell with large depth and small space according to claim 1, wherein the box body consists of a left box body and a right box body, the opposite parts of the middle parts of the left box body and the right box body are respectively provided with a semicircular groove matched with the excircle of the cylinder seat (1), and the left box body and the right box body are fastened through four screws (14).

6. A tool for mounting radial screws on the inner wall of a shell with large depth and small space according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the mounting hole (9) is a hexagonal hole, and an inner hexagonal sleeve (16) is mounted in the hexagonal hole.
