FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to sulfonating agent sulfamic acid production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
Sulfamic acid is widely used in a variety of industrial equipment of metals and ceramics and civil cleaner, treating agent for petroleum and cleaning agent, electroplating industrial agent, electrochemical polishing agent, asphalt emulsifier, etchant, dye and pigment. It is used in various fields such as sulfonating agents, dyeing agents, high efficiency bleaching agents, flame retardants for fiber and paper, softeners, resin crosslinking promoters, herbicides, anti-effervescing agents and standard analytical reagents. In papermaking, it is generally used as a pulp bleach adjunct and as an anti-stripping agent in the cooking process to reduce fiber chain scission. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a sulfonating agent, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of sulfamic acid have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide sulfonating agent sulfamic acid production plant, including: tank (Fl01), reactor (DI01), crystallizer (DI02), tank (F102), centrifuge (L101), tank (F103), dissolving tank (D103), crystallizer (D104), tank (Fl04), centrifuge (LI02), dryer (LI03); among them, tank (Fl01) is used to store fuming sulfuric acid, tank (Fl02) is used to store sodium sulfate, tank (Fl03) is used to store deionized water, tank (F104) is used to store ethanol; among them, nominal volume of reactor (D101) is 700-800 L, jacket capacity of crystallizer (D102) is 570-590 L, cone bottom thickness of tank (F103) is 6-7 mm.

Added the crude sulfamic acid into dissolving tank D103, used 3 times the amount of water and stirred 10 at 80°C to dissolve the crystals. After all the crystals dissolved, transferred the solution into crystallizer DI04, then then taken an appropriate amount of industrial ethanol from tank F104, dropwise added into crystallizer, cooled to fully crystallize the product, separated the crystals by centrifuge LI02, dried by dryer LI03, subpackaged and obtained the finished product. The advantages of this invention are 15 that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.

After all the crystals dissolved, transferred the solution into crystallizer DI04, then then taken an appropriate amount of industrial ethanol from tank Fl04, dropwise added into crystallizer, cooled to fully crystallize the product, separated the crystals by centrifuge LI02, dried by dryer LI03, subpackaged and obtained the finished product.
