FIELD OF THE INVENTION

Sodium benzylnaphthalene sulfonate is easy to dissolve in water and general organic solvents, with properties of acid resistance and high temperature resistance, good dispersion, emulsification and leveling; it is used as leveling agent for wool 10 fabric, acid medium penetrant, penetrant for electroplating. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a penetrant, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of sodium benzylnaphthalene sulfonate have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide penetrant sodium benzylnaphthalene sulfonate production plant, including: tank (Fl01), tank (Fl02), feedstock pump (JI01), feedstock pump (JI02), reactor (DI01), tail gas absorber (E101), transfer pump (J103), transfer pump (J105), reactor (D102), neutralized pump 20 (JI04), reactor (DI03), knockout drum (LI01), drying oven (LI02), conveyor (VI01);
