FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to penetrant sodium benzylnaphthalene sulfonate production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
Sodium benzylnaphthalene sulfonate is easy to dissolve in water and general organic solvents, with properties of acid resistance and high temperature resistance, good dispersion, emulsification and leveling; it is used as leveling agent for wool 10 fabric, acid medium penetrant, penetrant for electroplating. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a penetrant, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of sodium benzylnaphthalene sulfonate have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide penetrant sodium benzylnaphthalene sulfonate production plant, including: tank (Fl01), tank (Fl02), feedstock pump (JI01), feedstock pump (JI02), reactor (DI01), tail gas absorber (E101), transfer pump (J103), transfer pump (J105), reactor (D102), neutralized pump 20 (JI04), reactor (DI03), knockout drum (LI01), drying oven (LI02), conveyor (VI01);
among them, tank (Fl01) is used to store benzyl chloride, tank (Fl02) is used to store sulfuric acid; the connection between the various components of the production plant is: feedstock pump (J101) is connected respectively to tank (F101) and reactor (D101), feedstock pump (JI02) is connected respectively to tank (Fl02) and reactor (DI01), 25 reactor (DI01) is connected respectively to feedstock pump (JI01), feedstock pump (JI02), transfer pump (JI03) and tail gas absorber (El01), reactor (DI02) is connected respectively to transfer pump (JI03) and neutralized pump (JI04), reactor (DI03) is connected respectively to neutralized pump (JI04) and transfer pump (JI05), knockout drum (LI01) is connected respectively to transfer pump (JI05) and drying

The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.
