FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to low-base calcium petroleum sulfonate production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
Low-base calcium petroleum sulfonate has good low-temperature dispersity and rust resistance, and has excellent detergency to the deposits of the upper piston of the turbocharged diesel engine under the operating conditions. Because of its good compatibility, it is widely used in many internal fuel compound formulations. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a dispersant, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of low-base calcium petroleum sulfonate have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide low-base calcium petroleum sulfonate production plant, including: reactor (D101, DI02), tank (F101-F103), pump (J101-J102); among them, pump (JI02) is connected respectively to tank (Fl02) and reactor (DI01), pump (DI03) is connected respectively to tank (Fl03) and reactor (D101); among them, jacket capacity of reactor (D101) is 580-600 L, head thickness of tank (F103) is 8-9 mm, outlet diameter of pump (J103) is 210-230 mm.
Low-base calcium petroleum sulfonate production plant, the production process is: pressed the reduced pressure two-line distillate after refining into reactor D101, used sulfur trioxide for sulfonation reaction for 70-100 min, after sulfonation, extracted petroleum sodium sulfonate by using alcohol-aqueous solution, and then introduced into reactor DI02, added and then introduced into the reaction for metathesis reaction for 2-3 h, and then alkalized with lime to a pH of 9.2-9.8 to obtain the finished product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.
