FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to water-soluble alkyd resin production plant
GENERAL BACKGROUND
Water-soluble alkyd resin can replace the traditional organic solvent-based alkyd painting, which is environmentally safe. It can be used for metal coating, water-based coatings. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a 10 metal coating, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of water-soluble alkyd resin have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide water-soluble alkyd resin production plant, including: reactor (D101), transfer pump (J101), transfer pump (JI02), transfer pump (JI03), mixing tank (DI02), filter (LI02); the connection between the various components of the production plant is: reactor (DI01) is connected to transfer pump (JI01), transfer pump (JI01) is connected to mixing tank (DI02), mixing tank (DI02) is connected to transfer pump (JI02), transfer pump (J102) is connected to filter (L102), filter (L102) is connected to transfer pump (J103);
among them, nominal volume of reactor (DI01) is 400-500 L, inlet diameter of transfer pump (J101) is 170-190 mm, outer pot diameter of mixing tank (D102) is 1200-1300 mm.
Water-soluble alkyd resin production plant, the production process is: firstly, added fatty acids, rosin acid, trimethylol propane, phthalic acid and other raw materials to reactor D101, gradually raised the temperature to 210-220 °C for esterification, reacted for 5-7 h until the pH value reducing to 8-9, then reduced the temperature to 130-135 °C, added trimellitic anhydride, preserved temperature to react until the pH value reaching 4-4.5, reduced the temperature and discharged.
