DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Drawings and detailed embodiments are combined hereinafter to elaborate the technical principles of the present invention.
As shown in Figures 1-3, the ceramic teacup convenient for brewing tea of the present invention comprises a cup body 1, wherein a cup cover 2 is sleeved with the top portion of the cup body 1, and a circular frame 3 is arranged within the cup body 1 in a sleeved mode. The outer side wall of the circular frame 3 is lapped on the inner wall of the cup body 1, and the circular frame 3 is internally sleeved with a filter screen 4. The circular frame 3 is sleeved above the inner cavity of the cup body 1. The thickness of the filter screen 4 is equal to that of the circular frame 3. The circular frame 3 is internally sleeved at the upper portion of the cup body 1 so that more storage space can be left to the tea water and tea leaves. Moreover, the thickness of the filter screen 4 plays an important role of isolating the tea leaves. The two sides of the interior of the cup body 1 are respectively provided with a mounting groove 5 and a circular groove 6. The two sides of the outer side wall of the circular frame 3 are respectively fixedly connected with one end of a rotating rod 7 and one end of a connecting rod 8. The other end of the rotating rod 7 penetrates through the mounting
2018101350 14 Sep 2018 groove 5, extends out from the cup body 1, and is fixedly connected with one side of a rotating plate 9. One end of the rotating rod 7 is located in the middle of the outer side wall of the circular frame 3, and the other end of the rotating rod 7 is located in the middle of one side of the rotating plate 9. The two ends of the rotating rod 7 are respectively arranged in the middle of opposite sides of the circular frame 3 and the rotating plate 9. Thus, when the rotating plate 9 is rotated, the rotating rod 7 is enabled to stably propel the circular frame 3 to rotate. A return spring 10 is sleeved on the rotating rod 7, and is arranged in the mounting groove 5. The two ends of the return spring 10 are respectively fixedly connected with the inner wall of one side of the mounting groove 5 and the side surface of the rotating rod 7. Through improving the traditional design of the filter screen 4, when the rotating plate 9 is rotated, the rotating rod 7 is enabled to propel the circular frame 3 to rotate. Thus, the circular frame 3 can propel the filter screen 4 arranged in the circular frame 3 to stay in a vertical or inclined state. At this point, tea leaves can be conveniently fed into the cup body 1. After the rotating plate 9 is released, the circular frame 3 can propel the filter screen 4 to return to the initial state under the action of the resilience of the return spring 10. A circular block 11 is sleeved in the circular groove 6. The other end of the connecting rod 8 penetrates through one side of the cup body 1, and is fixedly connected with one side of the circular block 11. One end of the connecting rod 8 is located in the middle of the outer side wall of the circular frame 3, and the other end of the connecting rod 8 is located at the axis of one side of the circular block 11. The two ends of the connecting rod 8 are respectively arranged in the middle of opposite
2018101350 14 Sep 2018 sides of the circular frame 3 and the circular block 11, thereby enabling the circular block 11 to stably propel the circular frame 3 to rotate through the connecting rod 8.
Pulley grooves 12 are formed in the top and the bottom of the inner wall of the circular groove 6, and the two sides of the inner wall of the pulley groove 12 are connected through a movable rod 13. The movable rod 13 is sleeved with pulleys 14, and the side surface of the pulley 14 is lapped on the side surface of the circular block
11. The number of the pulleys 14 is six. The six pulleys 14 are evenly divided into two groups, and the two groups of pulleys are respectively sleeved on the two movable rods 13 at equal intervals. By means of the six pulleys 14, the contact area between the pulleys 14 and the circular block 11 can be greatly increased. At the moment, the circular block 11 can rotate more stably and smoothly. A circular recess is formed in the inner wall of one side of the circular groove 6 that is opposite to the connecting rod 8. A ball 16 is sleeved in the circular recess 15, and one side of the circular block 11 is fixedly connected with the surface of the ball 16. The surface of the ball 16 is lapped on the inner wall of the circular recess 15, and the diameter of the ball 16 is three times that of the opening of the circular recess 15. According to the aforesaid design, the circular block 11 can rotate more stably. Moreover, the proportion between the ball 16 and the circular recess 15 can prevent the ball 16 from being separated from the circular recess 15. Through improving the traditional design of the circular block 11, when the circular frame 3 rotates, the circular block 11 is propelled to rotate in the circular groove 6 through the connecting rod 8. With the support of the pulleys 14, the friction between the circular block 11 and the circular
2018101350 14 Sep 2018 groove 6 can be effectively reduced, enabling the circular block 11 to rotate more smoothly. As a result, the circular frame 3 can rotate more smoothly.
The operating principle of the present invention is the following:
When the rotating plate 9 is rotated, the rotating rod 7 is enabled to propel the filter screen 4 in the circular frame 3 to rotate. At this point, the circular frame 3 and the filter screen 4 can be rotated to stay in a vertical or inclined state. Thus, tea leaves can be conveniently fed into the cup body 1, and hot water can be easily poured into the cup body 1. After the rotating plate 9 is released, the circular frame 3 and the filter screen 4 can return to the initial state under the action of the resilience of the return spring 10. At the moment, the tea leaves can be prevented from flowing out along with the tea water.
According to the above, through improving the traditional design of the filter screen 4, when the rotating plate 9 of the ceramic teacup convenient for brewing tea of the present invention is rotated, the rotating rod 7 is enabled to propel the filter screen 4 in the circular frame 3 to rotate. At this point, the circular frame 3 can propel the filter screen 4 arranged in the circular frame 3 to stay in a vertical or inclined state.
Thus, tea leaves can be conveniently fed into the cup body 1, and hot water can be easily poured into the cup body 1. After the rotating plate 9 is released, the circular frame 3 and the filter screen 4 can return to the initial state under the action of the resilience of the return spring 10. When the circular frame 3 rotates, the circular block is propelled to rotate in the circular groove 6 through the connecting rod 8. With the support of the pulleys 14, the friction between the circular block 11 and the
2018101350 14 Sep 2018 circular groove 6 can be effectively reduced, enabling the circular block 11 to rotate more smoothly. As a result, the circular frame 3 can rotate more smoothly.
