Abstract
A flexible electronic pressure sensing device and preparation method therefor. The flexible electronic pressure sensing device comprises a flexible housing (1). The flexible housing (1) has an internal cavity (10). The internal cavity (10) comprises a plurality of array channels (101) and a communication cavity (102) communicated with the same end face of the plurality of array channels (101). A liquid metal conductor (3) is provided in the internal cavity (10). The flexible housing (1) is connected to at least two electrodes (2) in contact with the liquid metal conductor (3). The preparation method for a flexible electronic pressure sensing device is used for preparing the flexible electronic pressure sensing device. The flexible electronic pressure sensing device can complete contact pressure measurement while completely fitting a three-dimensional complex static/dynamic surface.
