Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a reliable device for assembling a shaft pin on a shaft by pressing.
Background of the Invention
In the prior art, the assembly of a shaft and a shaft pin is carried out by: fixing the shaft by a hand so that the shaft pin is pinned into and fitted within a pin hole, and then pressing the shaft pin in the pin hole by a too!. In the above-mentioned manner, there is a problem that the shaft pin may be pressed excessively or insufficiently; the shaft pin is not perpendicularly pressed into the pin hole; and the shaft pin, which has been assembled by pressing, is not perpendicular to the shaft so that it is not convenient for subsequently assembling parts and the shaft.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a reliable device for assembling a shaft pin on a shaft by pressing, which is convenient for assembling the shaft pin by pressing and can ensure the press-assembling position of the shaft pin.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solution: a device for assembling a shaft pin on a shaft by pressing is provided, including a soleplate having a lower fixed block and a bracket both provided thereon; a lower evading groove for evading a shaft is formed in an upper portion of the lower fixed block, and a positioning pin holding groove for holding a positioning pin is formed on the fixed block and communicated with 1 2017100855 26 Jun2017 the lower evading groove; a positioning pin is provided in the positioning pin holding groove; a first compression spring is provided at a lower end of the positioning pin and an upper end of the positioning pin is located in the lower evading groove under the action of the first compression spring; a fitting groove, which runs through the bracket from the top down, is formed on the bracket, a pressing rod, having the shaft pin fixed at a lower end thereof, is provided in the fitting groove, and the pressing rod and the positioning pin are arranged coaxially; and a second compression spring is sleeved on the pressing rod, when a force is applied to the pressing rod to drive the shaft pin to move downward, the pressing rod moves upward to the original position under the action of the second compression spring; an upper fixed block fixed to the bracket is provided on an upper side of the lower fixed block, a shaft pin fitting groove, through which only the shaft pin passes, is formed on the lower fixed block, the inner diameter of the shaft pin fitting groove is less than the outer diameter of a lower end of the pressing rod, and the shaft pin fitting groove and the positioning pin are arranged coaxially. The lower fixed block is configured to guide the shaft pin so as to ensure the perpendicularity of the shaft pin after press-assembling.
Preferably,a magnet is provided on the pressing rod or the fixed block, and the shaft pin is fixed on a lower end face of the pressing rod by the magnetic force of the magnet.
The present invention has the advantages that it is convenient to assemble the shaft pin by pressing and can ensure the press-assembling position of the shaft pin.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention will be further described as below by specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the present invention provides a device for assembling a shaft pin on a shaft by pressing, including a soleplate 1 having a lower fixed block and a bracket 2 both provided thereon. The lower fixed block consists of a lower pad 3 and a lower fixed block body 4. A positioning pin holding groove 31, which runs through the lower pad 3 from the top down, is formed on the lower pad 3, and a positioning pin 5 and a first compression spring 32 are provided in the positioning pin holding groove 31. The positioning pin 5 consists of a positioning pin positioning portion 51 and a positioning pin fixing portion 52 located on a lower side of the positioning pin positioning portion 51, and the outer diameter of the positioning pin fixing portion 52 is greater than that of the positioning pin positioning portion 51. A lower end of the first compression spring 32 is resisted against the soleplate 1 and an upper end of the first compression spring 32 is resisted against a lower end face of the positioning pin fixing portion 52. A lower evading groove 41 which is located in an upper portion of the lower fixed block body 4 and a positioning pin evading groove 42 which is communicated with the lower evading groove 41 are formed on the lower fixed block body 4, the inner diameter of the positioning pin evading groove 42 is less than the outer diameter of the positioning pin fixing portion 52, and the positioning pin positioning portion 51 is always located in the positioning pin evading groove 42 under the action of the first compression spring 32. A pressing block 92 is fixed at an upper end of the pressing rod, and the second compression spring 91 is located on an upper side of the bracket 2 and confined between a lower end face of the pressing block 92 and an upper end face of the bracket 2. The pressing block 92 is fixed to the upper end of the pressing rod 9 by threads, and a threaded hole, which runs through from the top down to fit the upper end of the pressing rod 9, is formed on the pressing block 92.
An upper fixed block fixed to the bracket 2 is provided on an upper side of the lower fixed block, and the lower fixed block consists of an upper fixed block body 6 and an upper pad 7 located on an upper side of the upper fixed block body 6. A shaft pin fitting groove 61, through which only the shaft pin 8 passes, is formed on the upper fixed block body 6 and runs through the upper fixed block body 6 from the top down, the inner diameter of the shaft pin fitting groove 61 is less than the outer diameter of a lower end of the pressing rod 9, and the shaft pin fitting groove 61 and the positioning pin 5 are arranged coaxially. A pressing rod boss 93 which extends radially and outward is formed on the pressing rod 9 and located on a lower side of the bracket 2. A third compression spring 94 is sleeved on the pressing rod 9 and confined between a lower end face of pressing rod boss 93 and an upper end face of the upper fixed block body 6. An upper evading groove 62 for holding the shaft 12 is formed in a lower portion of the upper fixed block body 6 and communicated with the shaft pin fitting groove 61. The upper evading groove 62 and the lower evading groove 41 both are V-shaped grooves, and an auxiliary groove 13 is formed on each of the upper fixed block body 6 and the lower fixed block body 4. The auxiliary groove on the lower fixed block body 4, the lower evading groove 41, the positioning pin evading groove 42 and the positioning pin holding groove 3 are communicated with each other, and the auxiliary groove on the lower fixed block body 4, of which the inner diameter is greater than the outer diameter of the positioning pin positioning portion 51, is arranged between the lower evading groove 41 and the positioning pin evading groove 42. A reliable device for assembling a shaft pin on a shaft by pressing, comprising a soleplate having a lower fixed block and a bracket both provided thereon; a lower evading groove for evading a shaft is formed in an upper portion of the lower fixed block, and a positioning pin holding groove for holding a positioning pin is formed on the fixed block and communicated with the lower evading groove; a positioning pin is provided in the positioning pin holding groove; a first compression spring is provided at a lower end of the positioning pin and an upper end of the positioning pin is located in the lower evading groove under the action of the first compression spring; a fitting groove, which runs through the bracket from the top down, is formed on the bracket, a pressing rod, having the shaft pin fixed at a lower end thereof, is provided in the fitting groove, and the pressing rod and the positioning pin are arranged coaxially; and a second compression spring is sleeved on the pressing rod, when a force is applied to the pressing rod to drive the shaft pin to move downward, the pressing rod moves upward to the original position under the action of the second compression spring: an upper fixed block fixed to the bracket is provided on an upper side of the lower fixed block, a shaft pin fitting groove, through which only the shaft pin passes, is formed on the lower fixed block, the inner diameter of the shaft pin fitting groove is less than the outer diameter of a lower end of the pressing rod, and the shaft pin fitting groove and the positioning pin are arranged coaxially.
  2. 2. The reliable device for assembling a shaft pin on a shaft by pressing according to claim 1, characterized in that a magnet is provided on the pressing rod or the fixed block, and the shaft pin is fixed on a lower end face of the pressing rod by the magnetic force of the magnet.
