Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an adjusting and connecting structure of a punch guide sleeve of a punch.
Background
For a punch (or called a stamping press), debugging is required after installation, and parallelism of the punch and the workbench surface is ensured. The guide structure of the punch is mostly: the punch is connected with a guide rod in an extending way, the guide rod penetrates through the guide sleeve to be matched in a guiding way, and the guide sleeve is fixed relative to the frame. Therefore, the parallelism of the punch and the table surface of the workbench is adjusted, namely, the angle of the guide sleeve relative to the machine frame is adjusted, and after the adjustment is in place, glue is injected between the guide sleeve and the machine frame to fix the guide sleeve and the machine frame. In the prior art, the guide sleeve is fixedly connected to the frame through a plurality of screws, adjustment is completed by adding and subtracting gaskets on each screw during debugging, the gaskets are required to be removed entirely by adding and subtracting the gaskets, the screws are required to be arranged in a penetrating manner, the operation on the plurality of screws is very troublesome, time and labor are consumed, and the debugging efficiency is low.

In the above scheme, the guide sleeve is rectangular in shape, and four adjusting and connecting units are respectively arranged on each of four planes on the periphery of the guide sleeve.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the adjusting column 11 is provided with an axial positioning mechanism relative to the frame 3, specifically, an external thread is provided on the periphery of the adjusting column 11, one end of the adjusting column 11 is in threaded connection with an internal thread through hole in the frame through the external thread, and the end of the adjusting column 11 passes through the internal thread through hole in the frame and is in threaded connection with a positioning nut 14, so that the adjusting column is provided with the axial positioning mechanism relative to the frame.

When the adjusting device is used for debugging, the central screw 12 and the positioning nuts 14 of a certain or all adjusting connection units 1 can be loosened as required, so that the adjusting column 11 and the guide sleeve 2 form free spherical pair matching, the angles of the guide sleeve 2 (namely the punch 4 arranged on the guide sleeve) in all directions can be conveniently and finely adjusted, the parallelism of the punch 4 on the guide sleeve 2 relative to the working table 5 of the punch press can be quickly required, and then the central screw 12 and the positioning nuts 14 of each adjusting connection unit 1 are locked, so that the debugging is finished, and the adjusting device is convenient and quick.
The above embodiments are merely examples of preferred embodiments, and the following variations are possible in practice:
1. the spherical surface 111 of the pressing action end of the adjusting column 11 is a concave spherical surface, and the matching spherical surface 131 is a convex spherical surface;
2. the gasket 13 can be omitted, and the matching spherical surface 131 can be directly arranged on the guide sleeve 2;
3. the gasket 13 and the guide sleeve 2 may be separately arranged, and in practice, the gasket 13 may be fixedly connected with the guide sleeve 2;
4. the axial positioning mechanism of the adjusting column 11 relative to the frame 3 may adopt various existing positioning structures such as a jackscrew mechanism besides the positioning nut 14 exemplified in the above embodiment, as long as the axial position of the adjusting column can be reliably locked.
