LOW-COST BEARING FIXATION STRUCTURE FOR A REAR END COVER BRUSH HOLDER OF A MOTOR
Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a low-cost bearing fixation structure for a rear end cover brush holder of a motor.
Background of the Invention
In the prior art, during the fixation of a bearing of a rear end cover brush holder of a motor, usually, the bearing is directly pressed into a circular bearing placement hole on the rear end cover brush holder of the motor, and the limiting and fixation of the bearing is realized by resisting the inner wall of the bearing placement hole against an outer ring of the baring so as to realize the close fitting of the bearing. However, the bearing is often pushed out due to the upward interference of the washer because of its own elasticity, and consequently, the deviation of the bearing is caused.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a low-cost bearing fixation structure for a rear end cover brush holder of a motor.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: a bearing fixation structure for a rear end cover brush holder of a motor is provided, including a rear end cover brush holder plate and a bearing, wherein a bearing placement hole for accommodating the bearing is formed in a center of the rear end cover brush holder plate, and an annular baffle plate extending radially and inward is formed in the bearing placement hole; the bearing is placed into the bearing placement hole, and a wavy washer is provided between the bearing and the annular baffle plate; several open slots 1 2017100770 16 Jun2017 axially running through the rear end cover brush holder plate along a rotating shaft are formed on an outer side of the rear end cover brush holder plate corresponding to the bearing placement hole; the rear end cover brush holder plate is mated with a bearing cover plate; a through hole for allowing the rotating shaft to pass therethrough is formed on the bearing cover plate, and several snap pins are formed on an outer edge of the bearing cover plate; axes of the several snap pins are annularly arranged at intervals around an axis of the rotating shaft, and the snap pins are arranged along a line parallel to the axis of the rotating shaft; and, the snap pins are fitted within the open slots and snap-fixed with the rear end cover brush holder plate; snap bulges of the snap pins face the axis of the bearing. With this arrangement, the bearing cover plate is less in material consumption and lower in cost.
In the present invention, by covering the bearing by the bearing cover plate, the deviation of the bearing likely resulted from the upward interference the wavy washer because of its own elasticity is avoided. Moreover, in the present invention, since the bearing cover plate is provided with snap pins, the bearing cover plate and the rear end cover brush holder plate are assembled more conveniently and simply.
Preferably, the gaps are arc-shaped.
Preferably, the width of the gaps is consistent the width of the brush boxes.
The bearing fixation structure of the present invention may fix a bearing and avoid the separation of the bearing. Moreover, the present invention is simple in structure, low in material consumption, low in cost and easy to assemble.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention will be further described below by specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 3, a low-cost bearing fixation structure for a rear end cover brush holder of a motor of the present invention includes a rear end cover brush holder plate 1 and a bearing 2; a bearing placement hole 11 for accommodating the bearing 2 is formed in a center of the rear end cover brush holder plate 1, and an annular baffle plate 12 extending radially and inward is formed in the bearing placement hole 11; the bearing 2 is placed into the bearing placement hole 11, and a wavy washer 3 is provided between the bearing 2 and the annular baffle plate 12; the rear end cover brush holder plate 1 is mated with a bearing cover plate 4 which is in an annular shape.
Several open slots 13 axially running through the rear end cover brush holder plate along a rotating shaft are formed on an outer side of the rear end cover brush holder plate 1 corresponding to the bearing placement hole 11; a through hole 41 for allowing the rotating shaft to pass therethrough is formed on the bearing cover plate 4, and two snap pins 42 are formed on an outer edge of the bearing cover plate 4; the two snap pins 42 are arranged on two opposite sides of the bearing cover plate 4 and also along a line parallel to the axis of the rotating shaft; and, the snap pins 42 are fitted within the open slots 13 and snap-fixed with the rear end cover brush holder plate 1.
Snap bulges 43 of the snap pins 42 face the axis of the bearing; and arc-shaped gaps 44 adapted to brush boxes 5 are formed on an outer edge of the bearing cover plate 4, and the width of the gaps 44 is consistent with the width of the brush boxes. There are two brush boxes 5 on the rear end cover brush holder plate 1, the brush boxes 5 are arranged on two opposite sides of 3 2017100770 16 Jun2017 the bearing placement hole 11, and the gaps 44 are arranged on each of the two opposite sides of the bearing cover plate 4. Wherein, the bearing cover plate 4 is arranged in an annular shape, and the inner diameter of the annular shape is greater than the outer diameter of an inner ring of the bearing.
When in use, the gaps 44 of the bearing cover plate 4 are aligned with the brush boxes 5 on the rear end cover brush holder plate 1 so that the brush boxes 5 are fitted within the gaps 44; then, the bearing cover plate 4 is pressed so that the snap pins 42 of the bearing cover plate 4 are snap-fixed with the rear end cover brush holder plate 1, the bearing cover plate 4 is fixed with the rear end cover brush holder plate 1 so that carbon brushes within the brush boxes extend to the upper side of the bearing cover plate 4; and the bearing cover plate 1 is covered on the outer ring of the bearing 2 to realize the cooperation of the bearing cover plate 4 and the rear end cover brush holder plate 1. The bearing fixation structure of the present invention may fix a bearing and avoid the deviation of the bearing. - Claims1. A low-cost bearing fixation structure for a rear end cover brush holder of a motor, comprising a rear end cover brush holder plate and a bearing; a bearing placement hole for accommodating the bearing is formed in a center of the rear end cover brush holder plate, and an annular baffle plate extending radially and inward is formed in the bearing placement hole; the bearing is placed into the bearing placement hole, and a wavy washer is provided between the bearing and the annular baffle plate; several open slots axially running through the rear end cover brush holder plate along a rotating shaft are formed on an outer side of the rear end cover brush holder plate corresponding to the bearing placement hole; the rear end cover brush holder plate is mated with a bearing cover plate; a through hole for allowing the rotating shaft to pass therethrough is formed on the bearing cover plate, and several snap pins are formed on an outer edge of the bearing cover plate; axes of the several snap pins are annularly arranged at intervals around an axis of the rotating shaft, and the snap pins are arranged along a line parallel to the axis of the rotating shaft; and, the snap pins are fitted within the open slots and snap-fixed with the rear end cover brush holder plate; snap bulges of the snap pins face the axis of the bearing.
- 2. The low-cost bearing fixation structure for a rear end cover brush holder of a motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the gaps are arc-shaped.
- 3. The low-cost bearing fixation structure for a rear end cover brush holder of a motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the width of the gaps is consistent the width of the brush boxes.
