Title: An Improved Structure for Mounting Motor Output Shaft Bearing with End Cover Abstract The invention discloses an improved structure for mounting a motor output shaft bearing with an end cover, which comprises the output shaft bearing and the end cover provided with a through hole, a blocking wall which forms an integrated structure with the end cover is arranged at the inner end of the through hole, the inner end of the output shaft bearing butts against the end surface of the blocking wall, the outer end surface of the output shaft bearing is fixed by an external position-clamping structure arranged at the port end of the through hole, and the external position-clamping structure comprises a plurality of radial clamping points which are riveted and pressed on the frieze at the port end of the through hole. The axial movement of the output shaft bearing can be avoided, the stable operation of a motor rotor is ensured, the output shaft bearing is mounted at the outer end and passes through a riveting and pressing solid line, the structure is simple and the mounting is convenient. 2- 2 11 FIG.2 FIG.3

Description An Improved Structure for Mounting Motor Output Shaft Bearing with End Cover Technical Field The invention relates to an improved structure for mounting a motor output shaft bearing with an end cover. Background of the Invention As shown in Figure 1, an existing common motor is as follows: an output shaft bearing 2 is mounted in a through hole 11 of an end cover 1, a step 12 is arranged at the outer end of the through hole for preventing the outward movement of the output shaft bearing, the inner end of the output shaft bearing is encapsulated in the through hole through a snap spring, and the structure has the shortcomings that the axial movement phenomenon is easy to occur after mounting the bearing and the stable operation of a motor rotor is affected. Summary of the Invention The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an improved structure for mounting a motor output shaft bearing with an end cover, which can well avoid the axial movement phenomenon of the output shaft bearing and ensure the stable operation of a motor rotor, and is simple in structure and convenient to mount. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the improved structure for mounting the motor output shaft bearing with the end cover comprises the output shaft bearing and the end cover provided with a through hole, and the improved structure is characterized in that a blocking wall which forms an integrated structure with the end cover is arranged at the inner end of the through hole, the inner end of the output shaft bearing butts against the end surface of the blocking wall, and the outer end surface of the output shaft bearing is fixed by an external position-clamping structure arranged at the port end of the through hole. Preferably, the external position-clamping structure comprises a plurality of radial clamping points which are riveted and pressed on the frieze at the port end of the through hole. The radial clamping points are four radial clamping points which are uniformly circumferentially arranged. The blocking wall which forms the integrated structure with the end cover is arranged at the inner end of the through hole, the inner end of the output shaft bearing butts against the end surface of the blocking wall, the outer end surface of the output shaft bearing is fixed by an external position-clamping structure arranged at the port end of the through hole, and the external position-clamping structure comprises the plurality of the radial clamping points which are riveted and pressed on the frieze at the port end of the through hole, thereby avoiding the axial movement of the output shaft bearing and ensuring the stable operation of the motor rotor; furthermore, the output 1 shaft bearing is mounted at the outer end and passes through a riveting and pressing solid line, the structure is simple and the mounting is convenient. Detailed Description of the Invention As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3, an improved structure for mounting a motor output shaft bearing with an end cover comprises the output shaft bearing 2 and the end cover 1 provided with a through hole 11, a blocking wall 12 which forms an integrated structure with the end cover is arranged at the inner end of the through hole, the inner end of the output shaft bearing 2 butts against the end surface of the blocking wall 13, the outer end surface of the output shaft bearing is fixed by an external position-clamping structure arranged at the port end of the through hole 11, the external position-clamping structure comprises a plurality of radial clamping points 14 which are riveted and pressed on the frieze at the port end of the through hole, and the radial clamping points in the invention are four radial clamping points which are uniformly circumferentially arranged. 2

An improved structure for mounting a motor output shaft with an end cover, comprising the output shaft bearing and the end cover provided with a through hole, and the improved structure is characterized in that a blocking wall which forms an integrated structure with the end cover is arranged at the inner end of the through hole, the inner end of the output shaft bearing butts against the end surface of the blocking wall, and the outer end surface of the output shaft bearing is fixed by an external position-clamping structure arranged at the port end of the through hole, the external position-clamping structure comprises a plurality of radial clamping points which are riveted and pressed on the frieze at the port end of the through hole, the radial clamping points are four radial clamping points which are uniformly circumferentially arranged. 3
