Abstract
Title: Structure for Preventing Axial-play of Motor Rotor Abstract The present invention relates to a structure for preventing axial-play of a motor rotor, comprising a motor shell, a stator, a rotor coil and a rotor shaft. A bearing is provided at a connection part of the rotor shaft and the motor shell. One side of the bearing is embedded into the motor shell, while the other side of the bearing is provided thereon with a bearing fixing plate. The bearing fixing plate is in screwed fit with the motor shell. A limiting groove is provided on the rotor shaft located on the inner side of the bearing. A retaining ring for shafts is provided on the rotor shaft located on the outer side of the bearing.
Description
Description Structure for Preventing Axial-play of Motor Rotor Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a motor, and particularly to a structure for preventing axial-play of a motor rotor. Background of the Invention After a motor is used for a certain period of time, there will be a problem that a rotor shaft plays up and down. This will influence the load capacity and service life of the motor. Therefore, it is quite necessary to design a structure capable of preventing the axial-play of a rotor shaft. Summary of the Invention In view of the problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a technical solution of a structure for preventing axial-play of a motor rotor. The structure for preventing axial-play of a motor rotor includes a motor shell, a stator, a rotor coil and a rotor shaft, characterized in that a bearing is provided at a connection part of the rotor shaft and the motor shell, one side of the bearing being embedded into the motor shell while the other side of the bearing being provided thereon with a bearing fixing plate, the bearing fixing plate being in screwed fit with the motor shell, a limiting groove being provided on the rotor shaft located on the inner side of the bearing, a retaining ring for shafts being provided on the rotor shaft located on the outer side of the bearing. Preferably, an oil seal that is in interference with the rotor shaft is provided on the outer side of the retaining ring for shafts. 1 In the present invention, a limiting groove and a retaining ring for shafts are provided at the connection part of a rotor shaft and a motor shell, so that the problem that the rotor shaft plays during the operating may be effectively avoided, the load capacity of the motor is enhanced, and the service life of the motor is also prolonged. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of the present invention. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. A structure for preventing axial-play of a motor rotor includes a motor shell 1, a stator 2, a rotor coil 3 and a rotor shaft 4. The connection structures of the above components belong to the prior art, and will not be repeatedly described here. A bearing 5 is provided at a connection part of the rotor shaft 4 and the motor shell 1. One side of the bearing 5 is embedded into the motor shell 1, while the other side of the bearing 5 is provided thereon with a bearing fixing plate 6. The bearing fixing plate 6 is in screwed fit with the motor shell and used for fixing the bearing. A limiting groove 8 is provided on the rotor shaft 4 located on the inner side of the bearing 5. A retaining ring for shafts 7 is provided on the rotor shaft 4 located on the outer side of the bearing 5. An oil seal 9 in interference with the rotor shaft 4 is provided on the outer side of the retaining ring for shafts 7. The fit of the limiting groove 8 with the retaining ring for shafts 7 may ensure that the rotor shaft 4 will not play during the operating. 2
Claims (2)
