Description
VERTICAL WAIST BELT
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vertical position limiting device, particularly to a vertical waist belt used on the bottoms.
Background
Pants are the main bottoms worn on the lower body of people. The styles of pants that we can see now are formed after the continuous evolution from ancient times to the present.
However, it is apparent that almost all pants are generally industrialized products. The related operations in the patternmaking process are performed based on the data from the standard database, while the physical proportion of each consumer is completely different. In this situation, the products from mass production would inevitably cause problems such as uncomfortable and unaesthetic wearing experiences etc. in a wide application.
Nowadays, pants are usually provided with a lateral adjusting device, such as an elastic band, a waist belt etc. arranged at the position of pant waist line, especially for pants for special industries, and the adaptability of the pants is greatly improved due to the adjusting function of the lateral adjusting device. Further, for example, an adjusting mode of setting a zipper at the bottom of the pant legs and an adjusting mode of setting an elastic band at the bottom of the pant legs are used to realize a lateral adjustment of the bottom of the pant legs, so as to further increase the adaptability of the pants.
Summary of the Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a vertical waist belt having a simple structure.
In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problem, the present invention provides a vertical waist belt. A vertical position limiting device is arranged at any position above a crotch part of a pair of pants. The vertical position limiting device includes a belt, two ends of the belt are respectively fixed at a front side and a back side of the pair of pants.

Detailed Description of the Invention
Embodiment 1
Figure 1 shows a vertical waist belt.
Generally, the existing pants are laterally adjusted, and there are lot of customized pants, the patterns of which cannot fit every person. However, the comfort level of crotch area will directly affect the overall wearing comfort level of the pants. The present invention provides a vertical waist belt, which is a device for vertical adjustment. The position of the crotch is vertically adjusted through the device. On one hand, the overall comfort level of the mass-produced pants can be increased; and on the other hand, an excellent hip-lifting effect can be obtained, and the pattern design process in the pants design can be simplified, so that the production costs of pattern can be reduced.
For the vertical waist belt of the present invention, a vertical position limiting device is arranged at any position above the crotch part of a pair of pants. The vertical position limiting device includes a belt. Two ends of the belt are respectively fixed at the front side and the back side of the pair of pants. Specifically, the vertical position limiting device includes the following forms.
As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, the vertical waist belt at the front side includes a left line and a right line. The upper ends of the left line and the right line of the vertical waist belt at the front side are respectively fixed at a front waistline of the pair of pants. The vertical waist belt at the back side includes a left line and a right line. The upper ends of the left line and the right line of the vertical waist belt at the back side are respectively fixed at a back waistline of the pair of pants. The left line and right line of the vertical waist belt at the front side, and the left line and right line of the vertical waist belt at the back side are respectively connected to each other at a position below the crotch part of the pair of pants.
As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4, the vertical waist belt at the front side includes a left line and a right line. The upper ends of the left line and the right line of the vertical waist belt at the front side are respectively fixed on a front waistline of the pair of pants. A connecting line is arranged between the left line and the right line. The vertical waist belt at the back side is fixed at a waistline position of the pair of pants. The left line and the right line and the vertical waist belt at the back side are respectively connected to each other at a position below a crotch part of the pair of pants.
As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6, the vertical waist belt at the front side and the vertical waist belt at the back side are formed by a zipper. The vertical waist belt at the front side is fixed at the front waistline of the pair of pants. A left part of the zipper of the vertical waist belt at the back side is fixed at a right end of a back waistline of the pair of pants, and a right part of the zipper of the vertical waist belt at the back side is fixed at a left end of the back waistline of the pair of pants.
As shown in Figure 7 and Figure 8, the vertical waist belt at the front side is fixed at the front waistline of the pair of pants. The vertical waist belt at the back side is fixed at the back waistline of the pair of pants. The vertical waist belt at the front side and the vertical waist belt at the back side are connected to each other at a position below the crotch part of the pair of pants. The vertical waist belt at the front side and the vertical waist belt at the back side are connected to each other through a connecting mechanism. The connecting mechanism includes a button, a hoop & loop fastener and a zipper.
As shown in Figure 9 and Figure 10, the vertical waist belt at the front side is divided into a left line and a right line. The upper ends of the left line and the right line are respectively fixed at the front waistline of the pair of pants. The vertical waist belt at the back side is fixed at the back waistline of the pair of pants. The left line and the right line and the vertical waist belt at the back side are respectively connected to each other at a position below the crotch part of the pair of pants.
As shown in Figure 11 and Figure 12, the vertical waist belt at the front side is fixed at the crotch part of the pair of pants. The vertical waist belt at the back side is fixed at the waistline position of the pair of pants. The vertical waist belt at the front side and the vertical waist belt at the back side are connected to each other at a position below the crotch part of the pair of pants.
In practice, the vertical waist belt of the present invention can adjust the vertical size of the crotch portion of the pair of pants. Since the physical sizes of different people cannot be exactly the same, hence, when the pair of pants are being cut, the pair of pants need to be cut with a corresponding size according to respective height proportion of each person. Instead, when the vertical waist belt device of the present invention is used, the adjustments can be made according to the practical needs of each person. The cooperation between the vertical waist belt and the lateral belt makes it possible to realize the cutting with a same size during the industrialized production of pants, so that the pattemmaking costs in the production process of pants can be reduced.
Further, upon the adjustment of the vertical waist belt, the positions of the back ends of the bottoms of the pant legs can be effectively lifted by a certain distance.
During the use of the pants, the abrasion of the back ends of the bottoms of the pant legs is most serious. The abrasion of the back ends of the bottoms of the pant legs is significantly reduced through the method of the present invention. By contrast, in the prior art, for example, 3D ARC jeans launched by G-STAR enable the back part of the 5 pants to be lifted by a certain distance when the pants are worn, through the cutting of the cloth material, so that the abrasion of the back part of the pants can be reduced.
However, since the 3D cutting process is complicated, and multiple pieces of shell fabrics are required for splicing, the manufacturing cost is relatively high. The function can be realized merely by the vertical waist belt in the present invention, and 10 there is no impact on the production cost of the pants.
Finally, it should also be noted that the above-mentioned is only one specific embodiment of the present invention. Apparently, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and there are many possible variations. All variations that can be directly derived from or associated with the present invention by persons of 15 ordinary skill in the art should fall in the protection scope of the present invention.
