The loop fastener is used for attachment to the hook fastener. The buttons are used for fastening by passing through the button holes. The middle of the wrapping tape is further provided with a diverter hole. The two tiers are used for tying two side edges of the wrapping tape .5 respectively onto two pipes connected to each other. One end of the diverter nozzle is connected to the diverter hole, and the other end thereof is connected to a collector through a hose.
