A high-efficiency brushing apparatus for oil pipelines, comprising: an electric car, wherein a car body of the electric car is arc-shaped, and two wheels of the electric car are fixed on both of a left side and a right side of the car body; a first circle, a second circle, a third circle, and a fourth circle, wherein the electric car, the first circle, the second circle, the third circle, the fourth circle are sequentially connected, a first cylinder, an accumulator, a paint pump, a solar cell panel, a wind turbines, an arc support is fixed on the car body of the electric car. The brushing apparatus is convenient to brush paint for oil pipeline and enhance the efficiency, energy efficiency and environmental protection.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0025] The working process of the brushing apparatus as follow: placing the electric car on the oil pipeline 7 and turning on the switch which pushing the car body move on the oil pipeline; car body with arc shape can fit the oil pipeline perfectly which avoiding the car body slip from oil pipeline. Two wheels are fixed both on the left and right side of the car body and perpendicular to side of the oil pipeline; then, there is a good contact and large contact area between wheel and side of the oil pipeline which provide sufficient power for electric car.

Meanwhile, the filter equipped in spray orifice can avoid the paint into droplets which further ensure the uniformly brushing paint. The control valve equipped on the branch pipe can control the flow of paint in branch pipe if the flow is large or diminish. The soft brush is installed on third circle, which can uniformly brush the spurted paint. A high-efficiency brushing apparatus for oil pipelines, comprising: an electric car, wherein a car body of the electric car is arc-shaped, and two wheels of the electric car are fixed on both of a left side and a right side of the car body; a first circle, wherein an inner wall of the first circle comprises hard brushes; a second circle, wherein N spray orifices with filters are uniformly disposed on an inner wall of the second circle, and the second circle is a hollow circle, wherein N is a positive integer no less than twenty; a third circle, wherein an inner wall of the third circle comprises soft brushes; and a fourth circle, wherein an inner wall of the fourth circle comprises a ring-shaped electrical bar, wherein the electric car, the first circle, the second circle, the third circle, the fourth circle are sequentially connected, a first cylinder filled with paints, an accumulator, a paint pump is fixed on the car body of the electric car, the first cylinder and the paint pump are connected through a main pipe, the main pipe stretchs out of the paint pump and connects with a diverter valve, the diverter valve is connected to an end of each of N branch pipes having a control valve, and another end of N branch pipes are separately connected to the N spray orifices, the paint pump, the electrical bar and the electric car are connected to the accumulator according to a control switch, a solar cell panel and a wind turbines are fixed on the car body of the electric car, the solar cell panel and the wind turbines are both connected to the accumulator, an arc support is fixed on the car body and a container is connected to a top of the arc support, and a top surface of the container is open, a second cylinder having two openings disposed respectively at two ends of the second cylinder, is horizontally fixed on a front end of car body, the control switch is disposed in the second cylinder and connected to the front end of car body, an end of a cushion spring contacts the control switch and another end of the cushion spring stretches out of the second cylinder, a partition is disposed in a middle portion of the first cylinder for dividing the first cylinder into an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder, the main pipe is disposed in the lower cylinder, M inner cylinders disposed in the upper cylinder are separately connected to the lower cylinder according to M second branch pipes, a stirring rod is disposed in the lower cylinder, and one end of the stirring rod stretches out of the side wall of the first cylinder.
