Title: ROTOR STRUCTURE FOR EXTERNAL ROTOR MOTOR Abstract The present invention relates to a rotor structure for an external rotor motor. A rotor structure for an external rotor motor, comprising an external rotor shell with a center hole, and a motor shaft, characterized in that a fixed portion extending toward a circumferential outside of the motor shaft is formed on the motor shaft, the motor shaft is located within the center hole, and the fixed portion of the motor shaft is fixed to the external rotor shell through fasteners which are detachable.

Description

DESCRIPTION 2016101882 26 Oct 2016 ROTOR STRUCTURE FOR EXTERNAL ROTOR MOTOR Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a rotor structure for an external rotor motor.
Background of the Invention
In the prior art, generally, a motor shaft is riveted to an external rotor shell of an external rotor motor in order to realize the fixation of the motor shaft and the external rotor shell. If the external rotor shell or the motor shaft is damaged, the external rotor motor will be scrapped instead of getting repaired. Since the riveted external rotor shell and motor shaft are deformed to a certain extent, they cannot be applied to the external rotor motor again. Moreover, the riveting of the motor shaft and the external rotor shell cannot ensure the precision of the motor shaft, so that the motor shaft is prone to skew. Consequently, the defective rate is high, high requirements on the riveting process are proposed, and the assembly cost is high.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a rotor structure for an external rotor motor, which is high in precision, easy to maintain, recyclable and reduced in assembly cost.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: a rotor structure for an external rotor motor is provided, including an external rotor shell with a center hole, and a motor shaft, wherein a fixed portion extending toward a circumferential outside of the motor shaft is formed on the motor shaft, the motor shaft is located within the center hole, and the fixed portion of the motor shaft is fixed to the external rotor shell through 1 fasteners which are detachable. 2016101882 26 Oct 2016
In the present invention, the motor shaft and the external rotor shell are fixed by fasteners. As the fasteners are detachable, the motor shaft may be separated from the external rotor motor through the detachable fasteners, so that the maintenance is performed by replacing parts or repairing parts. In the present invention, the motor shaft and the external rotor shell are not fixed by riveting, so that the motor shaft and the center hole of the external rotor shell will not be deformed, the assembly precision is high, and the motor shaft and the external rotor shell may be recycled to replace damaged parts.
The present invention has the advantages of high assembly precision, easy maintenance, recyclable utilization and low assembly cost.

Fig. 4 is another structural diagram of the external rotor shell the present invention.
Detailed Description of the Invention
As shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present invention provides a rotor structure for an external rotor motor, including an external rotor shell 2 with a center hole 1, and a motor shaft 3. Eight through holes 8 are formed on the external rotor shell 2, the through holes 8 are arranged circumferentially at uniform intervals by taking the center hole as a center, and magnets are fixed on an inner wall of the external rotor shell. A disk-shaped fixed portion 4 is formed on the motor shaft 3. The fixed portion 4 extends toward a circumferential outside of the motor shaft 3. The motor shaft 3 is located within the center hole 3, and the fixed portion 4 of the motor shaft 3 is fixed to the 2 external rotor shell 2 through fasteners which are detachable. 2016101882 26 Oct 2016
Four first fixed holes 5 are formed on the external rotor shell 2. Four second fixed holes 6 are formed on the fixed portion 4. The four first fixed holes 5 are arranged circumferentially and annularly at uniform intervals by taking the center hole as a center. The first fixed holes 5 are in one-to-one correspondence to the second fixed holes 6.Each of the first fixed holes is matched with one of the fasteners. The fasteners are screws 7. Threaded structures fitted to the screws 7 are formed inside the second fixed holes of the fixed portion 4.The screws 7 pass through the first fixed holes 5 to be threaded to the second fixed holes 6, and heads of the screws are located outside the external rotor shell. The external rotor shell is sandwiched between the heads of the screws and the fixed portion 4. 3
