DESCRIPTION HIGH-STABILITY ROTOR CORE Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention specifically relates to the field of motors and in particular to a high-stability rotor core.
Background of the Invention A rotor core includes a number of stacked rotor punching sheets, and a spindle is provided in centers of the rotor punching sheets. When a motor is assembled, a spindle is likely to be scratched by rotor punching sheets since the spindle is in interference fit into the shaft holes of the rotor punching sheets. Due to the interference fit, the concentricity of the spindle and the shaft holes will be affected, so that the operation stability of the motor is reduced and the noise of the motor is increased.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a high-stability rotor core which will not scratch a spindle and can ensure the concentricity of the spindle and rotor punching sheets.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: a high-stability rotor core is provided, including a number of stacked rotor punching sheets and a spindle; shaft holes for fitting to the spindle are provided in centers of the rotor punching sheets, and a number of notches are provided on inner circles of the rotor punching sheets; the notches are communicated with the shaft holes, and the notches are arranged annularly at intervals by taking the center of the shaft holes as a midpoint; a number of peach-shaped holes arranged at uniform intervals are formed on the rotor punching sheets; tips of the peach-shaped holes face the outer side of the 1 2016101855 21 Oct 2016 rotator punching sheets, and the peach-shaped holes are arranged symmetrically by taking a radius line of the rotor punching sheets as an axis of symmetry; and, each of the peach-shaped holes consists of a triangular hole and a sector hole, the triangular hole being located on an outer side of the sector hole and communicated with the sector hole; there are two notches. In a case where the rotor punching sheets are small, two notches can ensure the fitting of the spindle and the rotor punching sheets.
The present invention has the advantages of protecting the spindle against scratches and ensuring the concentricity of the spindle and the rotor punching sheets. A motor to which the present invention is applied has high stability in operation and lower noise. Moreover, the present invention also has the advantages of ensuring an unchanged magnetic path and ensuring a constant moment of inertia.

Detailed Description of the Invention
Embodiment 1
As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the rotor core provided by the present invention includes a number of stacked rotor punching sheets 1 and a spindle 2. Shaft holes 3 for fitting to the spindle 2 are provided in centers of the rotor punching sheets 1, and two notches 4 are provided on inner circles of the rotor punching sheets 1. The notches 4 are arranged annularly at intervals by taking the center of the shaft holes 3 as a midpoint, and the notches 4 are communicated with the shaft holes 3.
Ten peach-shaped holes 5 arranged at uniform intervals are formed on the rotor punching sheets 1. Tips of the peach-shaped holes 5 face the outer side 2 2016101855 21 Oct 2016 of the rotor punching sheets 1, and the peach-shaped holes 5 are arranged symmetrically by taking a radius line of the rotor punching sheets 1 as an axis of symmetry. Each of the peach-shaped holes 5 consists of a triangular hole and a sector hole, with the triangular hole being located on an outer side of the sector hole and communicated with the sector hole.
Ten bulges 6 arranged at uniform intervals are formed on outer edges of the rotor punching sheets 1, and the magnetic steel is provided between two adjacent bulges 6.Each of the peach-shaped holes 5 is relatively located between two adjacent bulges 6, and each of the notches 4 is relatively located between two adjacent peach-shaped holes 5. 3
