Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an internal spline tooth disk hobbing fixture high in precision.
Background of the Invention
During hobbing an internal spline tooth disk, a large cutting force error is often caused due to the insufficient rigidity of the clamps, so that the precision of the teeth after being hobbed is insufficient. The tooth surface may also be damaged by uneven stress onto the tooth disk. Consequently, certain hazards are brought to the production safety and quality of products.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide an internal spline tooth disk hobbing fixture high in precision, which may clamp and fix the internal spline tooth disk better and may improve the hobbing precision to improve the quality of products.
To realize this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: an internal spline tooth disk hobbing fixture high in precision is provided, including a base, and a mandrel inserted into a blind hole in the center of the base, characterized in that a spring collet is provided inside a blind hole of the base; and the mandrel is a spline mandrel matched with a spline of the internal spline tooth disk, and a lower end of the spline mandrel is fixed in the spring collet; a movable connection support sleeve, a lower backing member and an upper backing member are successively sleeved on the spline mandrel; at an upper end of the spline mandrel, threads and a locking nut configured to compress the upper backing member are provided; a 1 2016101657 16 Sep 2016 chamber, which may accommodate steps of the internal spline tooth disk, is respectively formed in the upper backing member and the lower backing member, and the upper backing member and the lower backing member are respectively resisted against tooth surfaces on upper and lower sides of the internal spline tooth disk; a groove, which may be adapted to a tapered jacket of the spring collet, is provided at a lower end of the connection support sleeve, and the tapered jacket at a top end of the spring collet is located inside the connection support sleeve. The pressure on the connection support sleeve may be better transmitted to the base by the above arrangement.
The fixture of present invention is configured to clamp the internal spline tooth disk to facilitate hobbing the same, has high clamping rigidity, may prevent the problems of deformation on the tooth surface and insufficient precision of the teeth caused by adverse factors during the process of hobbing the tooth disk, and may improve the service life of an internal spline gear.

Detailed Description of the Invention
As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the present invention provides a fixture for hobbing an internal spline tooth disk, including a base 1; a spring collet 2 is provided inside a blind hole of the base 1; a lower end of a spline mandrel 3 is inserted into the spring collet 2; and a movable connection support sleeve 4, a lower backing member 5 and an upper backing member 6 are successively sleeved on the spline mandrel 3. Threads and a locking nut 7 are provided at an upper end of the spline mandrel 3. The base 1 of the present invention is a main shaft of a hobbing machine tool.
As shown in Fig. 2, a limiting portion 31, protruded outward, is provided on the spline mandrel 3, the connection support sleeve 4 is sleeved on the spline 2 2016101657 16 Sep 2016 mandrel 3 from the lower end thereof, and the upper backing member 6 and the lower backing member 5 are sleeved on the spline mandrel 3 from the upper end thereof. A groove, which may be adapted to a tapered jacket of the spring collet 2, is provided at a lower end of the connection support sleeve 4, and the tapered jacket at a top end of the spring collet 2 is located inside the connection support sleeve 4, and a lower end of the spring collet 2 is fixed inside the base 1. The outer diameter and the inner diameter of the upper backing member 6 are the same as those of the lower backing member 5. A tapered groove 32, which is matched with the tip 8 of an upper frame of a machine tool, is provided at the top end of the spline mandrel 3.
When in use, the connection support sleeve 4 is sleeved on the spline mandrel 3 from the lower end thereof; and then the lower end of the spline mandrel 3 is fixed inside the spring collet 2 of the main shaft of the hobbing machine tool and compresses the connection support sleeve through the limiting portion 31 of the spline mandrel 3; and then the lower backing member 5, a tooth disk 9 to-be-processed and the upper backing member 6 are successively sleeved on an upper end of the limiting portion 31 of the spline mandrel 3, wherein an internal spline of the tooth disk 9 to be machined is meshed with an external spline of the spline mandrel 3; and finally the upper backing member 6 and the lower backing member 5 compress the tooth disk 9 to be machined by screwing the locking nut 7. During the clamping process and hobbing process, the spline mandrel 3 may be aligned through collaboration between the tip 8 of the upper frame of the machine tool and the tapered groove 32. 3

An internal spline tooth disk hobbing fixture high in precision, comprising a base, and a mandrel inserted into a blind hole in the center of the base, characterized in that a spring collet is provided inside a blind hole of the base; and the mandrel is a spline mandrel matched with a spline of the internal spline tooth disk, and a lower end of the spline mandrel is fixed in the spring collet; a movable connection support sleeve, a lower backing member and an upper backing member are successively sleeved on the spline mandrel; at an upper end of the spline mandrel, threads and a locking nut configured to compress the upper backing member are provided; a chamber, which can accommodate steps of the internal spline tooth disk, is respectively formed in the upper backing member and the lower backing member, and the upper backing member and the lower backing member are respectively resisted against tooth surfaces on upper and lower sides of the internal spline tooth disk; a groove, which can be adapted to a tapered jacket of the spring collet, is provided at a lower end of the connection support sleeve, and the tapered jacket at a top end of the spring collet is located inside the connection support sleeve.
